Russia

After a rather stressful, but awfully quick battle against the demons. Elesis with the aid of Shepard and Samus had managed to seal the Demon Gate of Russia, keeping it safe from any further Demon attacks. Standing up and stretching a bit and 'cooling off' after the battle Elesis stuck her blade into the ground and proceed to lean on it.

"Well that was a rather strenuous battle. Glad you two showed up when you did. Even if I had managed to beat that Shadow Master demon, I probably wouldn't have been able to survive the Gate of Darkness. By the way what were your names again...?" Elesis replied as she yawned a bit. Quite tired, injured, yet still as jovial as always was still capable of maintaining consciousness.

It was like every other expedition... things were eerily quiet aside from the sounds of metal footsteps against stone echoing throughout the ruins, the occasional sound of stone cracking and crumbling, and a lone light shining from a blue metal helmet.

The brave and young Treasure Hunter Mega Man Volnutt, Volnutt for short was cautiously traversing the underground cave system that comprises the ruins of Xunantunich, with each step of his creepily echoing throughout the entirety of the ruins. However this did not phase the young man in blue armor, for he had been on far more dangerous and empty ruins that the one he is currently in.

As Volnutt was walking through the ruins trying to find the sacred treasure of the ruins, he came across a long hallway adorned with hieroglyph's and moss covering the walls. On the other end of the hallway was a large clearing in the ruins with light shining through, most likely from an opening to the surface. Examining the hallway closely Volnutt felt a little... odd about it. As though he knew something was up.

"Well this isn't fishy the least bit... oh well I don't see any other ways across..." Volnutt spoke quietly to himself as he began walking down the hallway, he heard the sound of stone scraping grinding against stone, wooden gears cranking and turning behind the walls and the sound of something whizzing by his head. Quickly turning to look at his side he saw an arrow stuck in the wall next to him.

Mega Man Volnutt had just triggered a trap! A few more arrows shot past his head, this time from behind. Quickly thinking he sprinted as fast as he could down the long hallway, dodging the arrows flying from the left and right, and after a long sprint Volnutt made it safely across aside from a few noticeable cuts in his armor from where the arrows grazed against it.

"Oh my god!!! I knew something was up! Thank god I made it out alive!" Said Mega Man as after a few deep breaths, he took a few steps into the large room in which light shining from a large opening in the ceiling of the cave could be seen.

Seeing this Mega Man took out his radio and tried to contact Ellis and the other Treasure Hunters of his group.

"Hey I made it deeper into the ruins, and I see an opening in the cavern ceiling! I might have triggered a trap or two, but I'm fine. Judging by the severity of the trap... I must be close! Feel free to track my location and drop in guys! I don't want to find the Treasure without you!"

((INTRO POST FOR LU AND CIEL!!!))
Barcelona, Spain

It was around Lunch in Spain. The sun was shining, and the weather was pretty hot. At least around 57-60 degrees Fahrenheit, and on a lone balcony in an apartment with a clean view of the sea sat the little Demon Lord Lu who was enjoying a slice of some Opera Cake (real type of cake, just look it up), was looking on at the Sea.

"Such a beautiful day! This cake is so delicious! I'm always impressed by your culinary skills! By the way would you hurry up with Lunch!?" Spoke Lu in her usually jovial demeanor as Ciel who was still inside, was still cooking and prepping Lunch for her.

"Yes my Mistress... but shouldn't we focus on trying to reclaim your throne? I mean you did detect a very powerful source of demonic energy from a very good distance away from here." Replied Ciel in a very calm tone as Lu just looked over her chair at Ciel.

"You need to learn to lighten up a bit! It's very close to Christmas. This day is beautiful! Besides we had been busy working for the past few days! We deserve a break."

"Correction Mistress. I was busy working at the Restaurant of which I am working as a baker for. You have been here doing practically nothing."

"It still stands Ciel! We need to relax once in a while! You were given the next three days off! Just take it in stride Ciel." Said Lu as she finished her cake, letting out a relaxed sigh as she leaned back in her comfy chair, all the while glancing out at the ocean... of which she saw something in the distance in the ocean. Something she couldn't really make out, but it looked like some sort of odd ship... Though she didn't say anything about it. Instead she just continued looking at the object in the distance trying to make out what it was... Ignoring Ciel's mumbling in the background...

The weather was tranquil. Not a single breeze blew in the city of Barcelona today, so the sea shouldn't be moving... except there were ripples of waves coursing through the sea visible even from the distance. What gives?

The source of the turbulent waters was a girl, literally sprinting across the surface of the sea. She had a long, brown hair partially tied behind her back into two braided buns, and a bluish gray eyes that shone with brilliance. She was wearing what looked like a modified Japanese miko outfit, with flowing white sleeveless top adorned with detached sleeves as well as black skirt with short hemline, thigh boots, and a golden winged hairband. Strangely, she had a ship-like rig built into her back, complete with two gun mounts and two radars, as well as an addition to her thigh boots that allowed her to glide across the water at speeds unknown to human.

"Alright, Barcelona is in sight!" The girl smiled brightly and bent her knees in a squatting position. Then, as her velocity grew faster and faster, she leapt, launching herself down a huge distance.

"BURNING LOVE!!!" The girl shouted happily, landing right on an apartment balcony, more particularly the ones where Lu and Ciel were having a snack time. Her naval equipment, including her water glider, disappeared. "Alright, so this is Barcelona! As expected this city is very modern! I wonder what I can do here!"

The ruins reminded her of New Londo, there was this feeling of death everywhere she looked, the lore hidden within the cracks of the walls, but something that kept her on the reminder of the haunted city were the traps. A bottomless pit here, a crushing wall there, the ones who built this place didn´t want anyone to even get close to whatever was hidden in the ruins.

The wanderer kept her torch only showing minimum light, the ruins had hallways devoid of any light, but using a normal light would be problematic for her to see the pressure plates or almost invisible trip wires. so here pyromancy glove was the torch, it had its natural light and could be powered or lowered depending on the situation.

"At least there have been no skeletons guarding the place, there isn´t much space for maneuverability here" she said to herself feeling the weight of her two handed sword, she still could use the side sword and the shield to bash an aged skeleteton´s head though.

Russia

Hearing the sword user ask something, the bounty hunter responded for both of her and the commander "My name is Samus and she is Jane Shepard, we were going up North to deal with a problem of mine when we saw you fighting the hordes" Then the commander continued "So we decided to help you, an odd quantity of creatures, but seing that portal, I can imagine how this place and the surroundings would have suffered with calamities."

Have you ever crossed the line between sanity and madness? You would be amazed by what lies beyond the fog..

"Roger that, Volnutt, deploying now."

Ellis looked down the helicopter. It was possible to drop down from this altitude, but doing so would risk a leg injury: something that the crew cannot afford in this mission.

"Max, drop the altitude a little bit." Ellis ordered to the pilot of the helicopter. "Slowly, until I say stop. A'ight?"

As Lu was trying to focus on trying to distinguish whatever it was that she saw out on the sea, Ciel who started calling her with no response, decided to check on her.

"Lu didn't you hear me? I was asking what you wanted for din-" Ciel said as he saw the rapidly approaching target, of which Lu also took notice of but was in too surprised and stunned at how fast the object was moving to do anything. As such Ciel instinctively grabbed Lu by the shoulders and pulled her off the balcony and quickly into the apartment. After of which Ciel immediately got into a defensive stance as he took out his two rifle-shaped gunblades, aiming both of them at the strange... visitor? What Ciel noticed quickly was that the strange object wasn't an object at all... but rather a young woman who looked to be around his age in terms of appearance. However that did not dissuade him from dropping his defense... especially with all the strange devices that this woman had attached to her.

Lu of which is now dazed by what Ciel had done to get her out of the way.

Russia

"Ah~ I see. So you both decided to drop in after seeing a lone woman fighting against a horde of demonic creatures? How nice of you. I definitely would not have been able to do much else if you hadn't came along. I also am afraid that the people in the nearby city probably wouldn't have done anything until it was too late. Besides I doubt that anyone down there would know how to seal a Demon Gate. By the way the name's Elesis if I hadn't said so already."

"Wow, the weather is fantastic! Not too hot but not too cold either! A perfect-" The girl who just unequipped her ship rigs continued her delightful monologue until she realized she was under gun point by a strange man in blue.

"Aaaah! What are you doing to me, you creep!" She screamed, covering herself with an empty pantry dish on a table to form a measly bit of protection against bullets. "Don't shoot at me! I'm just an ordinary battleship girl! Pleaaaaaase~!"

So the mechanic wanted to know about myself. This caught me off guard at first, but then I remembered. Of course, denizens of this world do not carry PokeDex, and therefore cannot identify me. A proper introduction is to be had.

"My name is Sana. I am... was, a Gardevoir under a trainer until I was released into the wild. This humanification, I think, was caused when I was drifted into this world." I introduced myself, hoping that she'd comprehend. Pokemon is a popular game in the real world, I heard, so surely it won't be a surprise if she knew what I was talking about... right?

Ciel did not do lower his aim, nor did he show any signs that he would. Instead he shot a very harsh, almost unnerving stare at the strange... battleship... girl.

"I'm not going to shoot. But only if you tell me what made you decide to make a crash landing on our apartment balcony, and nearly harmed my mistress in the process." Ciel replied in a pretty cold tone as he placed his finger on the trigger of one of his Gunblade rifles.

Clockworks

"Then I guess we'll have to put them back to rest.", Takoizu calmly said as she pulled out her scorched M6D and waited to follow the Higher Power's lead.

Takoizu may have been calm on the surface, but she couldn't help but feel the tension in the burning air, as if the very land itself was holding its breath for the inevitable confrontation with Vanaduke. It was clear that this place was not safe, that if she didn't have her armor, she would be severely burned by the scorching heat.

Chris and Claire's Sleeping Quarters - Prometheus Labs - London | Dawn

"Then I guess we just sit tight until she gets here.", Six said to Chris in a tone of satisfaction as he sat in one of the reinforced chairs and slightly leaned back and crossed his arms.

A little smile was visible on Six's face as he internally celebrated his first successful gift-giving. He was relieved and pleased that all the hard work and time put into the blade was appreciated by his friend.

Rooftops - Santa Cruz - California | Night

As Koishi jumped from the building and onto another rooftop, Isaac looked over to Shadow and spoke.

"Well, looks like we should follow her. Let's go.", Isaac said to Shadow before activating his thrusters and flying after Koishi, catching up with her relatively quickly. As Isaac flew alongside Koishi, he looked over at her and asked her a question.

"So do you think Malthael has gotten any stronger since we last saw him?", Isaac asked Koishi.

Streets of London

Jack simply gave a faint sigh in response to Eve not answering him, and with that, he decided that the only way he was going to get to The Labs sooner was if he started walking now instead of grumbling to himself about it.

He actually found it quite irritating that his time was being wasted by wandering the streets instead of taking to the skies and getting back to base in a timely manner, but he felt obligated to show lenience towards Eve. After all, she did repair his armor, gave him valuable Intel, and he felt some empathy towards what he heard about her past. These three thoughts cycled through Jack's head as he constantly reminded himself why he was humoring Eve by giving her a "piggy-back ride" back to base. God forbid if the other SPARTANs saw this sight. Jack felt that this deed alone was already demeaning and embarassing, he didn't need the other SPARTANs taking notice and spreading rumors about how he's "gone soft".

As Jack continued his trek back to base, he was relatively silent, simply being absorbed in his thoughts.

Armor Technologies Lab - Sector 4 - Prometheus Labs - London

As Raven finally spoke up and approached the testing area, Lily and a handful of scientists looked over at him.

"Oh, hey Raven.", Lily said before a scientist began to answer his question.

"Actually, this is not a new armor. It's the same armor Lily has been wearing for the last couple of weeks, only not all of it's functions were active. Only it's base functions were active, and even then, it was running on GEN 1 software and parameters, due to us not completing the software in time. We had to substitute its software with GEN 1 software and work on the new stuff later. It usually takes ten minutes to upgrade the armor's software, but after that, it will only take a couple seconds to outfit the SPARTAN for combat, while the old one would sometimes take hours.", the scientist explained to Raven as final diagnostics were being run on Lily's armor.

Sector 4 - Prometheus Labs - London

"Yea, that would be nice. Maybe some ice cream? I think I deserve that much after taking a hit to my 'sensitive equipment'.", Dr. Neuman said to Chung as he slightly readjusted the collar of his labcoat and began to walk in the direction of the mess hall.

London - Prometheus Labs Entrance

The black armored SPARTAN was somewhat confused with Alkaid's request, especially since it was the equivalent of walking onto a military installation and asking if the personnel would train her how to fight. The SPARTAN remained silent for a second before speaking to Alkaid.

"Prometheus Labs is not really a training facility, not for civilians. You're allowed to visit after signing in at the security office, but you would need to be escorted by a SPARTAN and be registered for higher clearance before you could explore the other parts of The Labs. From there, you might be able to get one of the SPARTANs to spar with you.", the black SPARTAN said.

Xunantunich - Belize

As soon as Ellis called out to Max, a man in bulky power armor quickly responded to the mechanic-turned-treasure hunter.

"Got it.", Max said to Ellis as he dropped altitude, taking care not to hit any trees as he hovered as close to the ground as he safely could.

Firestorm Citadel

The crumbling, burning remnants of Almire were all around, an a long bridge stretched to the resting place of Almire, Firestorm Citadel. There appeared to be some sort of gate ahead, with a few walls before the bridge, which was covered in patches of unnatural-looking red fire.

Before that, however, there was a floating skull, surrounded by some kind of magical aura next to the elevator.

"More fools trying to take on the Citadel, I see?" the skull said in a melancholy voice. "Third fellows this week. Wonder when they'll give up on trying to take this place. You look a little different from those knights though. Figures nobody warns anybody about this place. Idiots, really." the skull sighed.

"So, what brought ya here? Bet? Knights sending you on a suicide mission?" the skull asked.

Santa Cruz

"Stronger? I don't think so. Angrier? Assuredly." Koishi replied, as the crater loomed ever closer. "His minions will probably make fighting him a whole lot tougher, though. That, and we don't have others to help cover us."

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.

You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

Seeing her ship landing, Samus looked at the two redheads "Well then, Ridley won´t stay on the same place for long, we better move" she spoke activating the ship´s elevator. Shepard then looked at Elesis "Maybe the demons were related with our problem, Ridley would do anything for an element called Phazon, do you know anything about it?"

"Hm.. what a strange oddity, humanification during the transition.." Gaige mumbled thinking of the situation "Can´t trouble my mind with that, but Pokémon is massively popular, I have seen some of them from time to time, at least you managed to be independent in this world."
