(If this person was captured instead of out right killed, then he must be important for the ones controlling this madness") Nera thought while taking one of her three healing salves. "Yes, this place is filled to the brim with death, only the nine could know how many souls have been lost to create such place" she spoke while breaking the binds on the male.
"I would like to take you somewhere safe, but on the outside, things are in a similar state than here, so you got two options, either stay here in the shadows, or follow me" The yaju offered while giving the healing potion to the swordsman.

Automaton Workshop | Chronomancer's Tower - Outskirts of Pine Grove | Time: 4:11 PM "A- attacked?" Lavender asked in disbelief once again when she finally understood what was going on. That rude intruder who broke the top portion of the tower was aiming to attack herself and her Master, but thanks to the Master's quick thinking, the two were able to escape. While her new Master, Azeruk, was still in the flesh in front of her, Lavender couldn't help but feel anxious and nervous about his well-being. It was because of one of these attacks that Lavender lost contact with her old Master and her only home burned to cinders. Oh how worried he must be. "Um... Master... if she's going to come back... we need to... run away... right?" River | Near Tenma's Court Kazeane stepped out of the river and onto the riverbank where she kept her dress dry and tidy, not really caring about whether Takeshi saw her bare body or not. He saw her naked countless of times over the past century of him working as her bodyguard, so this one instance does't really make a difference, would it?
After picking up the dress and putting them back on, Kazeane realized how oversized they were. Might have to ask the tailor to make her a new one for everyday occasions. "Right. I'm ready now."
Upon hearing Zena's plans and instructions, and being filled with energy again. Braum flexed his muscles before lifting his shield up. Though the part about getting hit made Braum more ready to face this girl.
"Braum understands! Do not worry about not getting hit part. For Braum is like Mountain. Strong and unmovable. I will protect young Elf Girl." He spoke as he readied his shield. "Ready when you are!" Said Braum as he was ready to charge through the tower again to look for Seki and Aion.

Being offered a potion AND an apple... Saru looked at Achlys, then the two objects in hand... Without saying any words though he grabbed the apple and began munching it down. The way Saru was eating showed impatience, and quite a bit of hunger. However this hunger was justified as he hasn't really eaten much except a few things back at the city of Sanctuary. After eating the apple he then snatched the potion and began drinking it. It was clear he didn't like the taste of the potion, but the way he was looking... was a lot better. For he was already beginning to feel better.
In fact his tail seemed to be recovering... his bruises from being thrown and crash landing was beginning to no longer bother him as he began beating his chest while letting out a loud howl.

"Right. I'll grab you some supplies for the trip, then we'll head out.", Azeruk said as he suddenly disappeared in a flash once again, but soon returned with a leather backpack full of various supplies in one hand and another, equally filled backpack slung over his shoulder.
In his other hand was a rather sharp looking shortsword. It was quite surprising how quickly Azeruk had reappeared with the items, for it had only taken him a total of three seconds.
"Here Lavender, take the backpack and sword, I've got to take care of something.", Azeruk quickly said as he handed her the backpack and rather sharp sword, then disappeared once again.
River | Near Tenma's Court
As Kazeane left the river, Takeshi was still thinking about Kazeane's question. He knew that she was disappointed that he had acted so obliviously to the question, but that was something she was going to have to live with for now. Of course, as Kazeane left the river, Takeshi's gaze wandered over to Kazeane as he thought about the context of her question. Although he was Kazeane's Guardian, guardian or not, he could not deny that her figure was... appealing to say the least. With that thought, Takeshi suddenly caught his own gaze and rather hastily moved it elsewhere, else he arouse Kazeane's suspicions. Takeshi silently chastised himself for losing composure for just a brief moment, but he also couldn't help but feel that through the 100 years that they had spent time together, he had definitely grown rather attached to her. That attachment, though it felt so inviting, was also possibly dangerous in his eyes. Takeshi did not know if there was any other case where a Guardian had feelings for one of their charges, but he could only imagine that it never ended well, either by the Tenma of the time learning about it, or by the Guardian and charge's circumstances.
As Takeshi mulled about with these thoughts, he eventually turned his gaze up towards the tree they called home and simply gave a light sigh.

Once the elf girl saw her new friend had recovered, she took her long sword in both hands and followed closely behind him. Just up ahead she saw a small squadron of undead. no doubt Braum would have gladly dispatched them in an instant if she allowed it but the elf girl stopped him. "Please allow me face these." she requested as she came out from behind him. Zena wasn't looking to show off, It was simply better for her if she fought these undead. Charging forward, a light shined from her blade as she skillfully lunged it out towards the soldiers. The first of the undead would block her simple jab with a large metal shield. However no sooner than the blade had touched the shield, the swift elf girl had turned her body 360 degrees as she brought the blade into the fiend's side,
Not only did this slice the undead in half but it caused it's bones to evaporate into ashes. Zena didn't simply slay the undead, she had freed it's soul. She attacked the second undead in a similar manner, only this time when she jabbed at the shield, the blade managed to pierce the metal. It sunk into the metal a few inches and the elf used this to pull the shield out of the creature's hands with her world then quickly spin and strike the soldier's helmet with shield that was still attached to her blade. This created just enough force to knock the helmet clean off his head and loosen the shield from the sword just enough that it slid off once the last swing had been finished. the paladin then quickly made another slash directly back at the now exposed skull of the skeleton. The moment this hit the worrier's soul was free and the rest of his skeleton quickly turned to dust or ash. It was hard to tell which.
A burst of light came from her hands as she shot out a small projectile with just enough force to knock the remaining three undead off their feet and onto their backs. The elf's sword radiated with a bright light that was almost blinding in this dark tower. With one final swing of her blade, she leaped over the fallen skeletal bodies and easily cut through all three of them, armor and all with a single slash. Her blade seemed to get sharper for every undead she killed, or rather for every soul she set free. It actually seemed that she had more energy now that she freed a few souls than less from the small fight. At any rate Zena was no slouch ."Phew, i haven't fought like that in a while. Come on, we must hurry." She said as she kept walking forward, leaving her friend room to step in front of her and take point again if he wished.

The man seemed to be very grateful to the yaju, "Truly?" He asked seeming almost suprised. "Yes thank you, I'll go with you. I've been trapped her for some time, i had almost given up hope of ever seeing daylight again. But in my time here I've learned a thing or two about this dreadful place. I don't know why it is you're here but perhaps i can help you." He suggested as he waited to be freed by the kindhearted woman.
While releasing one of the binds, Nera looked at the male "While having a possible ally is good, I´m no fool when meeting strangers" she spoke as her free paw moved, and the healing salve was floating out of the vial, yet it didn´t get close to him "How can I trust someone who was the lucky one to be tortured rather than out right killed like the thousands of souls here?" she asked with a normal tone, but it was filled with experience as the floating liquid started boiling to the point that it could burn flesh to show she was prepared to attack him.

The man's happy tone quickly turned somber and somewhat shameful as the yaju questioned him. He honored her request. "I wasn't always the "lucky" one who got to live. when i first came her it wasn't alone. The bodies you see hanging on the wall belonged to my brothers. That...devil of a woman, she quickly defeated and captured all four of us." His voice seemed a bit shakey as though the words he spoke pained him or caused him a great sadness. A tear or two appeared in the corners of his eyes but he swiftly wiped them away in hopes that they would go unnoticed.
"When we got here she started asking us questions about the magic tomes. You know, the ones left by the seven heroes who defeated the divines. My eldest brother was one of few with the knowledge of a book's location... But my brother was no coward!" He said that last part with more intensity. He now had passion and fire in his eyes as he was clearly proud of his brother's selfless acts. "He spat right in that witch's eye and told her to go to hell... But when he wouldn't answer she killed him. His tone then returned to a saddened one as he finished up his story. "She asked my other two siblings but none of us knew the books whereabouts. I'm the only one left, If you had left me here i would have surely been next."
The black and white vixen took her time to process what the male said, how he talked and examined the dead around. She could feel the truth coming from his voice, yet her nature kept her neutral without any emotion, "I can hear the truth coming from you, but right now I need you to forget about the pain as much as you can, it would be worthless if I free you only to have you have an emotional trigger and kill yourself while battling something" she said releasing the binds on him as the salve then went back to the vial and landed on his lap.
The yaju went back to the box and used her already dirty water to try to open its lock, she knew that this time the water would be unusable, meanwhile she spoke to the swordsman "Use that on your most important injuries first, then go for the superficial ones"

Thanks to Bayuu's half apple and Zena's Photomancy, Zero was back to normal and was quickly catching up to Zena and Braum. "I don't completely trust that guy, even if he misunderstood the situation, he let that necro escape." Zero thought as he wasn't far from Zena and Braum. Only about a minute later he caught up to them. "Zena, I'm back." He said to her and only glares at Braum.

The wind orb that Zero made to send a message to Nera was easily getting through the place. It remained close to the roof to avoid being spotted and arrived in front of Nera and went by her ear and relayed his message and disappeared.
"No matter how strong or what power the enemy has, I will fight and protect my friends, even if it cost me my life to protect them. I will fight until I die to ensure their future."
Automaton Workshop | Chronomancer's Tower - Outskirts of Pine Grove | Time: 4:12 PM "O- okay." Lavender flinched when Azeruk disappeared and reappeared multiple times, delivering Lavender several things that she has never seen before. The first thing: a leather backpack, looked pretty explanatory as she inspected it to find a lot of space within. But the second item, the shortsword, was a mystery to her.
"What is this...?" Lavender questioned as she held up the shortsword. Unfortunately, she lifted it by the blade side, allowing the sharp blades to cut through her hand and cause blood to trickle down. However, Lavender didn't seem to find it painful as she continued holding the blade.
