Aldon paid little mind to the banter between the other teaches, seeming either too focused on his work or to distracted by the headmaster who had finally arrived. "Ah it's good to see you again old friend. I've taken the liberty of writing your speech, I'll leave it on the next to the microphone for you to read." the old vampire said. Aldon was visibly exhausted with dark lines under his eyes and slight wrinkles starting to show p on the backs of his hands, indicating he hadn't fed in a while. Yet he was still hard at work, dedicated as ever to the collage.
It wasn't long after that that the Avian known as Anno came flying down from a window in the ceiling of the gym. she fell quickly at first but soon slowed herself to a slow decent before touching down and giving the other teachers a friendly wave. Ello gents and ladies. Hope i'm not late." she said while folding her wings behind her back.
"No later than I am" said yet another voice who was entering the room right behind the headmaster. It was none other than the electric magic teacher Cameron Cooper. He showed up in his dashing white shirt with a black vest, but his attempt at being formal was thwarted by the goggles he wore atop his head. "Just finished the last of the renovations. Everything working at full opacity."

Alice was very interested in what the girl had to say. She had heard about things like gods and demons on the news and in story books, but she had never actually seen one, nor did she know much about them. But she was more interesting in the part about her connecting to her animal self. "Ohhh what's it like living in nature like that? It must be exciting."

The Headmaster finally stood up as he straightened his tie, but was still breathing quite heavily. ""Yet again you save my ass. I was too busy with paperwork this week to forget about writing a speech... that is also the reason why I am almost late." The Headmaster spoke inbetween breaths as he walked over to the little stand with the microphone. Looking at the paper with the speech on it began reading it over. Or tried to. At first his glasses were quite foggy from condensation, but thankfully he took notice as he put the papers down and rested one elbow on the little stand while taking off his glasses.
"Each and every year paperwork gets harder and harder. I thought with the whole ability to log everything into computers would make everything easier, but nope. As Headmaster you'll never get used to the fact that you have to fill out physical and digital forms." He spoke as he then wiped his glasses with a handkerchief from his pocket before putting them back on. At that moment he turned to look at the last two teachers as they came in. He didn't say much but gave his typical warm smile and a nod of acknowledgement as he picked up the papers to read over the speech.

The question about living in the nature was a good one "It is both good and bad, for the latter case, there is the danger of predators trying to gain territory or hunt close to our home, same with them protecting the forest from strangers, sometimes mistaking our scent with the interlopers." she frowned for a moment "The forest has always been protected by mama's family, so if a hunter comes, he or she is a threat."
Her ears twitched and moved down, as her mood went down, but she mentally shook her head and went back up to her bright side "The good part is of course living with nature itself, if you respect it and accept it, the nature will be good with you, the animals would sometimes let me get close and even race with them, papa always planted the seeds of the trees he cut for our home, and the view of the stars is clear, not like in the city, there are too many persons and sounds, in our home, we got silence and peace."

Toriel looked at the headmaster and offered "If you need the aid, I could help you with the paperwork, Mister Daichi, you already have enough tasks as the headmaster, surely you could get some of those weights off your back." she honestly didn't mind doing more work, the man was a pure soul who shouldn't be confined in his office because of boring and, if she was honest, unnecessary protocol of writing everything twice. The animalia had some basic knowledge of computer work, while she could get stuck with the more complex programs, writing documents and making tables was easy.

It'll be exciting to get out and see the world. Hopefully by then I'll have a body more suited to travel." she said while exiting the dorm with her new friends. "I lived in a little doll shop, toy store close to the Connecticut river. I mostly made dolls and puppets and did whatever i could to keep the power on after the previous owner died." she explained, telling a bit about her own home as well as a courtesy to Isabella.

"It's always a difficult at the start of a new semester. the work can pile on quickly, even with the headmaster and I splitting the work. I appreciate you being at the gate to assist the newcomers when they arrived. Things went a lot more smoothly because of it." he said to both Toriel and the Oni "Before we start, do any of you have anything you wish to say to the new students during the orientation?"

The wolf animalia was relaxed and enjoying the conversation she was having with both blondes ("So far, things have been going good, and they don't seem to mind my constant mood, that's a relief.") she thought, listening to Alice about her own home, it sounded to be a peaceful place, although a bit creepy if there were only dolls, she still remembered those horror movies that her papa had brought one time, now she could see how silly they were.
"It must be a cozy place to live, as for traveling to my home, there isn't much problem to walk through the woods, there are some paths for walking or using a vehicle. Of course, it is needed to have a permission for the latter while only being respectful to the nature if using the former." the redhead then got thinking "Or you mean that your current body can't walk so through that terrain?"

"Oh it was a pleasure to meet the students, many have only seen their own species, so us going to see them helped to break the metaphorical ice of meeting other species of living beings." Toriel giggled a bit "I'm surprised they looked at Yuugi more than I in some cases." Hearing her name brought the Oni into the conversation "I think it was your height, most probably saw you before me." the animalia told the horned woman.
Yuugi rubbed her cheek while speaking "It is odd since I look mostly human." she replied honestly, but Toriel pointed out. "Yet the horn, shackles and muscles are a big factor too." the Oni shrugged "Says the bipedal goat fully covered in fur. Besides, they needed a warm welcome and answers to the possible questions or even some pushes here and there if they were too scared to take the first step."
The blonde put her dish on the scenario as if it was a table, cracking her knuckles to be comfortable "My worries lie on the fact that some of the species will hit heads with others, either by their natural clashes or by the individual personality clash." she thought of some specific students "I already spoke to two of them, of course they won't listen since it is day zero, but the seed has already been planted. I will send a list of the students that Toriel and I have noticed that might need some supervision or counseling, Headmaster."

Among the crowd of students heading to the orientation, a white-haired young man walked with awe of the University, impressed by the number of magic users throughout the school. My, my, there really are more mages in this world than I anticipated, Angelico thought, while gazing at the many students. Humans, animal people, animated dolls: hell, there were even demons and other vampires present. Because of this, Angelico felt truly comfortable: A place where all races represent the wonders of magic, the vampire thought, It's a place I can feel truly... welcome.
With a swift motion of his finger, Angelico telekinetically unzips his dossier bag then levitates his diary and pencil towards his hands.
"Day 1: Coming to this university was an excellent idea; I felt myself becoming less of an outcast that I was beginning to become. A place where magic is the 'norm.' A place where many races can stand as one. A place where-"
Angelico accidentally bumps into a meek-looking blonde human girl with two other... non-human girls, and drops his diary while he was writing.
"Ah, I apologize, I wasn't looking where I was going," Angelico states with an embarassed smile.

As her roommates chatted away, Trista was enveloped in her own innocent excitement over what may be to come. To have the opportunity to achieve her goals so quickly. To learn under what probably a powerful and highly-experienced magician. Trista playfully skipped, unaware of her surroundings or what was going.
And then a thud. Like a bubble being burst from poking, Trista was startled by whatever had bumped into her back. Turning around, the girl saw a peculiar looking white-haired young man before her.
Trista, unexpecting of someone else's presence, lost a good amount of her composure. From her excited and confident gait, Trista once again collapsed into her anxious state.
"Erm... O-Oh... No... I-I'm sorry. I was... I was a little... carried away... I... I didn't... see you coming..." Trista shyly replied, embarrassed over what had just took place.

Amongst the chattering of the staff members, Oneira left herself to her own devices. As she reached down her dress for her mobile phone, Oneira couldn't help but pry apart some of the exchanges that went down. Though it wasn't her place to judge, not that she had the energy or time, Oneira's predatory senses could detect something from the two teachers she encountered earlier. Oneira had caught wind of it earlier but she noticed something in both Toriel and Yuugi. Whatever the case, it bothered Oneira. Not by much but just enough to distract the Lone Wolf from her phone. Ms. Krane contemplated this, bearing in mind that exchange she had just minutes prior out in Daichi's Private Field. It was clear that the two didn't trust Oneira. A shame. Oneira would have loved to become friends with Yuugi, the Gym Teacher.
Alas, such was the fate of Ms. Krane. She had experienced it many times before. And was doomed to such a continued fate.
Before continuing to mull over the situation with the two teachers, Oneira's phone vibrated in her hands. A message.
Unlocking her phone and navigating over to her SMS, the Lone Wolf saw a message from one of her team; her agent's assistant to be exact.
'Oneira, you looking at Chirper right now?! Word has been blowing up about you being at the university. The WDF Crowd has been going crazy! Check this out!' the text message read attached with a single photo obtained from the internet.
Scrolling over to the photo, Oneira saw a blurry low-quality photo of her standing with Toriel, Yuugi, Daichi, and a number of students present. Just as Oneira had predicted, her presence was now publicly known. Though it was sooner than she would have liked, Ms. Krane conceded to what was already inevitable and put away her phone. The true battle had now begun. Not only was she dealing with having to get the teachers to accept her but also the entire population of the island. Oh, what a battle it'd be.

Below Angelico was the person he bumped into: a seemingly petite, blonde-haired girl, most likely a young one from a first glance. Realizing from her facial expressions, Angelico saw that she was quite anxious, even to a point where non-Mind magic user could take an educated guess that she had anxiety. However, upon a closer look, Angelico saw that... the girl vaguely resembled Elizabeth, his fallen beloved, causing him to compassionately smile at the girl as he usually would to Elizabeth.
With his fingers "guiding" his diary and pencil back to his bag with telekinesis, Angelico allows his things to float back into his bag, zipping it to a close. "My apologies, it was me whom was too engrossed in the delicate process of writing," he replied to the meek, yet nostalgia-inducing girl, "Would you like a hand, mein liebling?"
Smiling, no longer out of embarrassment, but out of compassion, Angelico offers his hand to the knocked down and anxious girl, giving a quite humane image to the ghastly-white-haired vampire: kind, compassionate and genial.

With Toriel's offer to help out with paperwork, and their general discussion on what they will say to the students. Mainly things about reassuring students that they need not worry about feeling like an outcast on campus, and that the teachers were pleased to meet some of the new students today. Mostly all pleasing stuff. He even chuckled about Toriel and Yuugi's exchange of how they look and how it might make students feel.
After they were done the Headmaster threw in his two cents about the conversation. "Yes. The students may butt heads with each other off and on. Always typical to encounter such things in this world. Don't worry. I'll reassure the students that if they ever need someone to talk to, that they can just come to me." He replied after putting down the papers with Aldon's speech written down.
