(Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance - Hot wind Blowing (Wind of Destruction) (1:19))Woods | CaliforniaJason was hit by the shockwave hard enough that it nearly sent him flying, but as he started to feel himself go, he leaned forward hard and pushed himself with his legs in Alex's direction, helping him rise to a stand as he contemplated what to do next. At the very least, he was able to see his blood ripple right when it came into contact with the shields protecting the psychic. With that, perhaps he would be able to find a way to trick Alex into trying to block an attack that hasn't hit him, wasting his energy. The only other alternative was simply whaling on him until he feels tired from deflecting, but every punch would push Jason away just a little bit. This feigned attacking was much more effective since if Alex caught on, he might lower his defenses, and then Jason could really do some damage. If not, then he was still expending energy.
