Currently Ryoji is just a sort of typical "punk" except with the ability to create and control fire with a thought (does not have the best control over this ability). He usually does whatever he wants, but is willing to do anything for money (like burn down a warehouse building and steal important military tech.) He also has a rather intense grudge against Hajime of whom they both had encountered each other once a few weeks-months ago. Currently Ryoji is just waiting for something to happen (like say the person he stole the Nano-machines for calls/shows up.)
Hajime was one of, if not the first super-human to escape 30 years or so ago. At first a large bounty was placed upon his head, but not too long ago (almost 10-12 years ago) the bounty was dropped as he was presumed to have died due to his body having broken down due to it being thought to be unstable. Unknown to the government Hajime is still alive, and is trying to hide and live a normal life like a normal person without being bothered by the government.
Unfortunately for Hajime lately reports of a "rogue" super-human have been spreading, and now people are being sent to look for and terminate him (the governments that are sending people out after him do not currently know that it is actually Hajime.)

Bio: Mosquito was not his original name, you know. Neither was his body. Before all of that, his name was Dillon. So he did. The project in of itself was simple. Create a war machine capable of advanced tactics, high movement, and deadly force. His brain was transplanted into his new body, and after adjustments, he was sent back out into the war. It was a stunning success. Victory after victory came in his wake, and after the war ended, he was deemed a war hero. The military cared for him, for a quite long time, and he was still used up until recently for removing those the Military deemed 'unwanted'. About 5 weeks ago, he disappeared off the radar. Gone like the wind. The miltary has since been initiating a manhunt for him, wanting to bring him back to their care.
But Mosquito did not want that anymore. He wanted to live his own life, despite his different body. So he hides, working jobs with hard physical labor to get what he needs, always on the move from those he used to call friends. At least he gets to taste non-filtered air and experience the outside worlds for once.
Personality: Mosquito is known to be very calculating, considering every option in great detail before acting. He can also, however, be caring, sympathetic to those he takes a liking to. He knows his limits and tries to keep within them the best he can.
Abilities: Due to his robotic body, physically, he's outright better than a normal, average human. Using artificial muscles, he is extremely strong, and his legs can propel him great distances. Interior rubber insulation helps repel electrical attacks while a sharp tail helps for both balance and the simple act of stabbing and cutting.
Skills: He is adept at hand to hand and melee combat, along with using very large weaponry, if he can get his hands on some. He is quite intelligent, and has a knack for improvisation.
Weaknesses: However, with all these powerful abilities and skills, he is not invincible. His armor can be pierced, and he can be destroyed with enough firepower.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

Concept introduction - Project Candice

Introduction:
After the superhuman project failed all across the world, the Department of Defense in US government developed another project... something that can fulfill both the role of both the military units and terminators of the previous test subjects. These almost entirely robotic units are to be controlled by one gigantic AI computer that is completely dependent on the orders of the Secretary of Defense, and cannot act without orders from their higher-ups. This AI, and all the drones built that are controlled by the AI, is named Project Candice.
Prototypes of these robots have already been deployed out into the world to locate, hunt down, and exterminate the remnants of the superhumans, and newer, more efficient robots that look, act, and feel more human but are still completely bound to their domineering government are being produced secretly.
Ranks:
The robots of Project Candice, called SEDs, are divided by ranks that are determined by each individual SED's power and/or toughness.
Common:
There are 5 types of Common-ranked SEDs.
LEOPARD

Considered the foot soldier of the SEDs, LEOPARDs are the most widely distributed SEDs of the Project Candice. They're equipped with thermal laser guns and mechanical eyes that are attuned to the body temperature of the superhumans, easily being able to track down a hiding superhuman. These are mindless infantry that can be produced en masse, with dozens, if not hundreds, of them sent by the government as a suicide mission to take down a particularly strong superhuman.
LOCUST

Agile fighter SEDs of the Project Candice, LOCUSTs are smaller than most of the SEDs, but are very fast and hard to detect. They come with camouflaging capability that can be used to blend in with the environment, although movement can cause shimmering of the environment and can jeopardize their positions. They attack with heat ray that are attached to their head-like appendage, while they have their back covered with motion-sensor rifle. They move in a scurrying motion, using their slender mechanical legs. They're especially deadly in the desert area.
MOSQUITO

MOSQUITOs are even smaller than LOCUSTs, being the smallest of the SEDs, but they make up for it by having the ability of flight and extremely fast speed. This makes them hard to individually shoot down, but also leaves them vulnerable to area-of-effect attacks like explosions and or psychic attacks. Therefore they are sent as search-and-sabotage drones for weakened superhumans that manage to escape from LEOPARD or LOCUST onslaught. They come with 2 pairs of wings and a 5-shot attached to its stinger, as well as 4 skinny legs to land on with.
APE

APEs are huge, fighter SEDs that are almost always accompanied by several LEOPARDs. They're the heavy artillery of the bunch, equipped with heavily insulated cannon piece that fires a large laser blast on its right hand and a larger version of LOCUST's heat ray on its left. They're also considered juggernauts, with armor that is able to sustain damage from multiple superhumans with ease. However, because of their sheer size, they're easily noticable and, compared to the other Common-type SEDs, they're significantly slower.
DOLPHIN

DOLPHINs are aquatic Destroyer-class SEDs that can glide across waters at very high speed, go underwater, and fire hydraulic torpedoes that are especially effective against the ship hull. They're also equipped with belt-fed hydromachine gun with custom bullets that ignore water resistance. Because they're so small, they do not have enough fuel to sustain a long trip, and must refuel inside larger and more durable WHALEs.
Uncommon:
Currently still in development, these SEDs are more specialized and are very rare to be seen.
WALKER

First type of Uncommon-ranked SEDs ever made, WALKERs are heavy, all-around combat drones deployed in huge extermination projects of at least 10 or more superhumans. They're equipped with state-of-the-art arsenal of firearms and are faster and tougher than the previously mentioned APEs. Because of their cost of production, the government hardly deploys this SED unless it is absolutely necessary.
OGRE

After testing the weaknesses of the original APE, the Department of Defense created a blueprint for an improved APE, codenamed OGRE. With an even larger laser blaster and an all-new thermal ray gun, OGRE's firepower is extremely upgraded, while internal generators strapped to its back allows the OGRE to navigate the battlefield faster than APE ever could. They're still slowest of all Uncommon ranked SEDs, but their firepower makes up for it.
KNIGHT

Originally developed by the Parliament, KNIGHT is an agile, melee unit that can take down an important superhuman, therefore crippling the enemy. They're equipped with thermal claws that can melt through steel in seconds, and blackened titanium shield that can protect the KNIGHT against incoming attacks. Additionally, KNIGHTs are equipped with pseudo-telekinetic field on its claws, allowing it to repel objects away from it.
No more than one KNIGHT is deployed per battlefield because of the KNIGHT's programming. Research showed that when more than one KNIGHT is deployed on the battlefield, their competitiveness prevented them from reaching their maximum potential. There are patterns on every KNIGHT's shield that are never the same.
WHALE

WHALEs are gigantic, Battleship-class SEDs that are also capable of submerging itself underwater. They exchange the mobility DOLPHINs get for increased durability, firepower, and the ability to carry multiple DOLPHINs in itself like a carrier. Up to 20 DOLPHINs are within every WHALE, which makes WHALEs one of the most common Uncommon-rank SEDs.
OCTOPUS

OCTOPUS are very rare even for an Uncommon-rank SED. Only 6 to 7 are created at a time, and all 6 to 7 of them are deployed together as a squad along with a Unique-rank SED as their leader. OCTOPUS are non-combat units specialized in abductions and kidnappings. They are both aquatic and terrestrial, and are especially effective in abduction missions against psychics with fire-based attacks or against hybrids without capabilities of swimming, as they can use their tentacles to bind someone and then jump into any body of water, neutralizing them. The tentacles are laced with special rubber that are extremely resistant against extreme heat and physical damage. Other than the extremely tough tentacles, OCTOPUS are equipped with a camera at the center of its bulbous body that feeds information to their squad leader, OCTOLACE.
Unique:
The Japanese government, now allied with United States, developed a unique set of SEDs that are almost humanoid. These SEDs are stronger than any other SEDs, and are one-of-a-kind as they are made by assembling mechanical parts to female orphans with irreversible damage, be it physical or mental.
Unlike the lesser SEDs, Unique-ranked SEDs can talk, and are programmed certain personality. They're all mindless and exist only to eradicate all superhumans on the planet, of course.
So far, the Unique-ranked SEDs that are seen by public are...
ARACHNE

Top torso of a human girl and the bottom torso of a mechanical spider, ARACHNE is a dangerous mixture of beautiful and deadly, as all of the Unique-ranked SEDs are. This particular SED attacks with its pincer-legs, which secrete lethal toxin that are specifically made to combat psychics and superhumans. The source of this toxin is on top of her abdomen, encased in tubes of highly-enhanced duplex glass.
ARACHNE is given a sort of tsundere schoolgirl personality.
NEPTUNE

Designed like a very slender girl wearing a velvet nightwear, NEPTUNE carries around an extremely large coilgun, TRIDENT, that fires highly accelerated bullet that can pierce through machines and organic cells alike. The bullet fired by this coilgun is 2 kilograms and travels 5.9 km/s initially, allowing it to deliver 34 megajoules of force at impact. NEPTUNE has a head-mounted display that increases her accuracy with the coilgun.
NEPTUNE's personality is that of a deranged schizo that talks to her coilgun and calls "him" Troy. She claims to others that she plans on marrying "Troy" in a distant future.
OXYGEN

A commandeering force in large battlefields, OXYGEN is the closest thing to the AI Candice that has the authority to order the other drones in combat. Transported around by O-2 Thermal Pressure Transporter, OXYGEN inputs commands to all Common and Uncommon-type SEDs in a large radius around her via a complex algorithm that determines which strategy is best in the situation. The laser eyes around the top side of the O-2 scans the battlefield, granting OXYGEN clairvoyance of the field, while the two blackened titanium shields protect OXYGEN from projectiles. OXYGEN has no offensive aspects in her, and will flee if she determines that there aren't enough SEDs to protect her.
OXYGEN as a "person" is authoritative and commanding, and will not hesitate to make sacrifices to reach her goal.
EDEN

EDEN, as the name implies, is a paradise of machines. She is a mobile repair center for SEDs in need of a fixing in the heat of battle. While EDEN might seem helpless while repairing a SED, she is accompanied by a mouth-like appendage that can fire laser blasts and a rocket that allows for a quick movement in face of a danger.
EDEN is unsympathetic about everything, and is the only Unique-rank SED that doesn't just want to kill any superhuman on sight. She's manipulative, sadistic, and sarcastic.
CRUISER
image
CRUISER can only be deployed on a large body of water. To make up for this, CRUISER has possibly the most firepower, able to carry enough ammo to level a sizable island. She is stationed in a secret location somewhere in the west coast.
CRUISER carries the characteristics of a ship captain: rough-mouthed, battle-hardened, and insightful. She knows how to lead and, unlike OXYGEN, CRUISER cares for her fleet of DOLPHINs and WHALEs.
OCTOLACE

Combination of the words OCTOPUS and "displace", OCTOLACE is the leader of the squad of OCTOPUS abduction squad. She is highly eccentric, even for the bizarre amalgamation of a robot and a human girl that are the Unique-rank SEDs. Instead of absolutely despising superhumans and psychics, OCTOLASE loves them. Even with multiple rewiring done by the government, they could not destroy that aspect of her personality. In normal circumstances, this level of extremity would result in the SED's termination, but the government kept her; the loving of targets she is tasked to abduct actually becomes a boon in OCTOLACE completing the mission successfully.

Not much is known about Candice, except that she is the AI that controls every and all SED. She is hidden somewhere in control of United States, and may not even be at Earth.
Author's Notes:
The idea of this concept is to create something to make sure that the hybrids, superhumans, and the psychics really are living the life of a fugitive, that they really are on-the-run. It's also an excuse for those that want to strike back at the military to have an obstacle in their path.
There will be updates as this RP progresses with new enemies and more information.

Sidna would probably be pissed that she/he/it would not be able to do anything to Candice, or probably wouldn't really care. Candice however wouldn't even consider Sidna to be a threat, because there probably is no way for Sidna to interfere with what Candice was programmed to do.

Too much Mosquito. Also, I sorta have an idea. Considering my Mosquito is quite old, and probably uses a good portion of the tech the ones in Candice do. Maybe he was the testbed for most of this tech, a predecessor, really.
