Glameow scratched Diana, but Aegis popped in to block the hit. Pachirisu disappeared and reappeared behind Diana. It was obvious that the two were trying to focus down Diana fast.
The Quick Attack landed, sending Diana to the sky.
"Good job, Pachirisu! Continue with the offense!" This clown trainer was obviously more skilled than others.

Aegis's empowered Tackle awed the audience as Pachirisu was knocked out cold. Glameow, sensing danger, quickly got into a defensive position as she growled at Aegis softly.
"I have never seen that move before!" The clown trainer was in shock as his jaws dropped.

John looked at the clown and spoke.
"It's two simple moves that we combined to have a greater impact. We're simply playing on each other's strengths.", John explained to the clown.
And with that, John issued another attack.

Route 207
The trio walked down the mountain a bit, getting to the base and onto the rocky ground. The entire route seemed to be in a rocky canyon, almost like a box canyon. Thick tufts of grass dotted the area, but the three decided to avoid them. A sign ahead read "Oreburgh City".
"A city, eh?" Snow said.
"I guess it would be something involving mining, considering where we are." Tenshi commented.
"Well, I guess we'll have to find out." Koishi said, the three heading towards the city.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

"I give! You're good at this!" The last clown surrendered and handed John a gold ticket with 3 inscribed on it. "You can now cash in your tickets for a free Poketch!"

Oreburgh City was a small coal mining village with most of the residents working for the coal mine. Everywhere you see, there were black: paved road drenched in coal dust, black-painted houses, black coal dust marks on people's faces and nails...

A youngster approached Koishi. He had a Pokeball in his hands, but he didn't look as if he wanted a battle.
"You can't call yourself a trainer without going through the Sinnoh League! There are gyms all over Sinnoh waiting for talented trainers like you! There's a gym even right here in Oreburgh! Follow me!"
