As Andrew finally got done filling out his form, he handed it to the receptionist who then looked at the form. After she looked at the form she gave Andrew his key, map, and card "Your room number is 304 B. Andrew took the three items and smiled. "Thanks!" He said as he dashed out the door with the items in hand.
The other Receptionist who was busy with Kiara raised an eyebrow at her question. "Uh... you mean the Medical Supply Closet? Wait... aren't you the head nurse's new "apprentice"?" The Receptionist said as she handed Kiara a form and pen to sign.
The 3rd receptionist looked at Spira and smiled as he took out a small form to sign. "Oh you want your dorm room number and key? Just fill out this form, and I will give you everything you need."
The last receptionist looked at Sha Yun and chuckled a bit. "Do you need some help? If you do not understand English very well I could kindly give you a with a different language..."

After watching the Light Dragon show and listening to Headmaster Daichi's speech, He headed to the receptionist desk.
"I would like to get a room alone please and where is the nurse's office?" He asked.

And with that Trista picked up her bags and proceeded into the main entrance of the university.
Once inside the main lobby, Trista noticed a whole bunch of people gathered around the reception desk. The same girl that had carted into the building earlier was one of those people. She appeared to have worn herself out by running around and pushing her cart. Mustering as much courage as she could, Trista slowly stepped towards the reception desk.
"H-hello? I-I'm here to collect my... dorm key." Trista nervously called out to one of the receptionists.

Jason followed suit and arrived at he reception desk, where he saw a large group of students, mostly consisting of the newcomers. The place was becoming a little too crowded for Jason's tastes, but it wasn't going to stop him from getting a room and putting his stuff away. Taking care not to bump into anyone, Jason maneuvered past the people until he found a space at the desk as well.
"Excuse me. I was told to come here for everything I would need for the university.", Jason calmly said to the receptionist.

The receptionist handed him the papers and his eye twitch when he saw the info he needed to give. After hesitating for a minute, he filled out the paper and handed it back to the receptionist.
"Thank you. Your room is 323 B. Here is your key and a map of the University." The receptionist said handing him a key and a map.
"Thanks." He said grabbing the stuff. "The nurse's office is down the hall." The receptionist said. He nodded and headed to the nurse's.

After getting the forms, Spira got right to filling it out. She was usually used to filling them out as she had lived in several hotels before. Once done she handed the form back to the receptionist. "Is there anything else I have to do?"

The Receptionist looked at Kiara, and the papers she handed to her. "Oh so you are Nurse Hanna's assistant... well here is the key to the room next to the Nurse's Office, but you still have to fill out this one form first..." The receptionist said as she handed over a form for Kiara.
The Receptionist looked at Allen and back to her computer. "A room alone... I'm sorry, but we don't have much more rooms like that left... We can give you another room, but you will have to live with others. Anyways here are the forms to sign. Just fill it out, and I'll give you your room key." The Receptionist said as she handed him a pen.
The receptionist with Spira took back the forms, and examined them. "Okay Spira..." He said as he took out a small map, gift card, and key which he handed to Spira. "Here you go. Your room is 201 A in the female dorm. You can find it on your map."
The receptionist with Trista smiled. "Oh... I'm sorry, but you will need to first fill out a form so we can figure out which class, and element you use." She said as he handed over the forms for Trista to fill out.
The last receptionist looked at Jason and took out a few forms. "Just fill out this, this, and this. Then I will examine the forms, and give you your respective dorm room number, key, and map." He said as he gave Jason a form of his own to fill out.

Jason sat in a nearby chair, quickly scanned the forms, and filled out the information needed with ease. As Jason filled it out, he pondered what the school was going to do with him. To be honest, he didn't really thing they would be able to teach him much, considering that his magic was not known by any of the teachers here. Maybe if he imitated other magic types, he could learn to better control his magic. He could only heat the air around him up by a little, but that's why he was here, to learn to create flames from that heat, or make rocks burst from the ground by tearing them out with his mind. Once Jason was done, he walked back to the receptionist's desk.
