"101 Combat Tactics, The Biography of Sun Tzu, no no no... This won't do," Sarah muttered as she pulled out books. She picked out one from her small pile and frowned. "The Darkness: Combat Evolved? Isn't there something practical here?"
Sarah sighed and looked away from the Dark Magicks and into the other collections, thinking that some books were misplaced. In her search she noticed a girl in a student's uniform. The girl looked unassuming enough. Blond hair, blue eyes, probably of German descent. All the purple the girl wore was enough to burn down an entire shopping district, but Sarah had seen worse fashion in her life. Living amongst vampires had taught her that. Besides, she thought, the girl looked adorable in her little purple student's uniform. Who had the guts to wear something so striking out in public? Apparently, this girl.
"You be needin' some help there?" Sarah asked, noticing the girl seemed to be as lost as she was. "I found the Dark Magicks section. You be lookin' for that?"
As of things couldn't get more interesting, Sarah noticed a girl with animalistic features peruse the ice magics section!

Mira was following Jason and Andrew with (guess what) a smile. But there was something underneath that smile. There was something dire she needed to tell Allen.

Andrew looked at Jason, and Mira as he kept walking.
"By the way Jason... what brings you here to the University? I mean... if we are to be roommates I should at least try and get to know you better. Heck if I know a bit more about you I might even lighten up a bit." He said as he kept walking. It was obvious that even though he might be unable to completely overcome his fear that he is at least wanting to get to know Jason.
Andrew looked at Jason, and Mira as he kept walking.

Jason knew that if he told Andrew why he was here, it would only make things worse. After all, Jason cut someone's fingers off. That was not news Andrew would expect, and would cause him to be afraid of Jason. Instead of lying to Andrew, Jason decided to give Andrew an answer that was true. After all, Andrew asked why he came here, not what happened to make him come here.
"The same reason everyone else is here. I need to get better with my magic type.", Jason calmly said, telling the truth, but not the entire truth.
Jason knew that if he told Andrew why he was here, it would only make things worse. After all, Jason cut someone's fingers off. Andrew looked up at the sky as he thought for a bit.
"Well... you see that's a funny story actually... First thing I should mention is I use Rune Magic. A magic almost anyone can learn if they know the proper runes to draw, and if they know how to focus their magic. I know that because I read the brochure for this place. Well one day I was just doing nothing in my room when suddenly I got the strange urge to draw strange runes all over my walls and floors... After I was done the runes glowed brightly, and well... the runes kind of paralyzed me quite literally. I was as stiff as a rock for what seemed to be hours. After that I began to practice, and study a bit... then the sad part comes in when my grandfather became ill one day... he's been in the hospital ever since still recovering. He's no longer ill, but the doctor's said that he must stay in a retirement home in the case he comes down ill again. I found out about the University, and my grandfather paid for my entire tuition. I just hope to become better with my Rune magic so I can be a better mage, as well as help my grandfather in the case he ever comes down ill..."

Andrew's explanation was not ignored by a letter. She was quite touched by the story.
"Well, you do what you can and I'm sure it will all pay off in the end. Because the only real power of magic is not how strong or fast you are, or how you execute it. What matters most is that you have the will to perform magic for those you care for. And I'm sure that with more practice, you will eventually reach a level of which most cannot match."

On one of the many tables was the wolf with some books opened, she was reading about how the emotions were bonded with their magic ("My emotions can create from snow storms to deadly icicles if I get to emotional.. that can be handy") Kris thought while reading and got onto something interesting
There was a part that heavily warned that someone shouldn´t hide his or her emotions because the magic will get stored up until the person has an emotional crash thus creatin a magical destruction around the caster (I remember about that.. im just glad i barely touched that boy´s chin with my ice when i exploded, he could have been beheaded if he was less than 30 centimeters closer to me")

Jason listened to Andrew's story and quietly contemplated it. Unlike Jason, Andrew came here so that he could help his grandfather. Jason was basically sent here because he cut someone's fingers off. At least Andrew was here for a good reason, to do good. Jason lightly frowned at his situation, but other than that, there was no indication as to what Jason was thinking. He still kept that calm, somewhat impassive look on his face, as if he was bored.
"That's a good reason to come here. I hope it goes well.", Jason calmly said to Andrew.

Kris was satisfied with the books she found and took some for further research and she decided to take a seat in the shopping district to relax ("Ther´s sure a lot of stores here, and many people too") she thought looking around
The wolf was scared, but she was doing what she could to adapt to this new world. Sure everything could go ok, but that was something the white haired didn´t take for grant. Everyone is different be it good or bad and Kris had to adapt to it
