"I thought you were back at Ceres, so I checked with your parents still living there... but they said you left for college. Trinity Soul University. What were you thinking, Trista? You know that the presence of other magic users will cause you more pain than back at home."

Sighing, Kris walked out of the arena "Guess I´ll just go back, I´ll need something to relax my mind" she spoke to herself while going somewhere else

Vivian was enjoying a book about pyromance, even though it was possibly the most basic type of magic, it had various ways of manifestation

"I didn´t know there were so many abilities, I thought there were not so complex spells" she said as she was reading about abilities like fire whip and fire storm. She was actually imagining herself making pillars of fire coming from nowhere and leaving puddles of lava

Mira and Allen came through the door of the dorm, Allen being dragged in.

"Mira, I'm not even that young!"

"Well you're not that old, either," she said firmly.

Mira set her bag down. Inside were the mangas and the book.

Trista was taken aback by Cygnus' remark and counter. But at the same time, she knew Cygnus was right. This was a magical university, not Ceres. They were no longer in the calm Californian suburbs. This was a place where people of all kinds came together to study and perfect their magic. But that was something that Trista desired to do. She could not explain why; but inside, Trista wanted to learn how to master her magic. To find the full potential of the power of the moon and what it had to offer. Trista was willing to do that regardless of the kind of people that studied here and how the thought of them scared her. And besides, what else was Trista going to do? With powers like hers, she couldn't simply let her powers go to waste or even... have them exploited by others.
"I know but... But this is what I want to do, Cygnus. This place may be scary but... I'm willing to take the risk." Trista responded. "And as you can guess... I have magical powers now. I came here, to this university, because I want to learn how to use them and master them. I even have a teacher that is willing to give me personal classes. Isn't that amazing? I don't even have to worry about other people while studying and learning." Trista followed up in excitement. Trista hadn't forgotten how excited she was to have personal classes. Even if the teacher claimed to have forgotten some areas about it, it would still be fun and highly interesting to Trista. Trista just hoped that Cygnus would see her side in this. She didn't want to be dragged back to Ceres. Not just because of the fact that Trista wanted to study here, but a number of reasons.

Trista made sense. Perhaps it is safer for her to enroll and attend this university than to stay at Ceres. Cygnus was still anxious about her, considering that the very moment the two reconciled, a severed hand appeared out of nowhere, but as long as nothing harmful happens to Trista, it was fine. And when such harmful thing happens, Cygnus will be there to protect her at all cost... Even with his life.

"I guess you are right, Trista." Cygnus conceded. "If by any chance you need help... You know who to ask."

Room 209A - Female Dormitories

Lynne returned to the dorm room and, without a word to inform still-sleeping Sha Yun, she crouched at the corner of her room, door closed, curtains shut.

She started drawing.

The drawings would appear for 5 seconds before the spell denied their existence. At first Lynne drew her family... Her father and mother, her dog Vincent... But as her pen sped up and the darkness sapped Lynne's emotions, the drawings became twisted: beasts, demons, creatures of abominable histories, deeds, and purposes.

She once again sank into the bottomless abyss of silence and isolation.

And like that, Cygnus agreed with her and dropped it. Trista thought that she would have to move back to Ceres. Trista may have only been here briefly but she was beginning to like it so far. The place and the people may seem scary to Trista but the people that she had met so far and the prospect of learning new things outweighed that. No amount of force or convincing was going to change that. Not even Cygnus himself. Cygnus had a tendency to be a bit overprotective around Trista but, with sufficient convincing, he can lower his guard. Trista didn't mind Cygnus' protective nature at all. In fact, she felt comfortable knowing that she had someone to watch over her. A guardian or a protector. One that would always be there to stick by her side. Almost always...
"Thanks, Cygnus." Trista replied followed by a light giggle. But thinking about the whole aspect of protection and searching for her, was this the reason why Cygnus was here? Did he actually come here just to be with her again? As nice and as pleasing as that thought was; Cygnus wouldn't be allowed to stay for long if he were here to do just that. Surely Cygnus had other things to do and if so, what was he going to do? "But... Since you're here, what are you going to do? Are you going to study here as well?" Trista asked in full curiosity.

"I came here to find you, of course." Cygnus said as he placed his pistols on the lab table. "Now that I've found you, I aim to study Astrology to improve my control over Altair and Vega."

TSU Male Dorm: 323B - Noon

Zero wakes up. "That dream, that was the last time I saw Raylin and Amata." He said stretching. "What do I do now?" He asks himself. He then remembers the paper he took from the board in the Shopping District. "Might as well go since I have nothing else to do." He said and left for the Restaurant District.

TSU Female Dorm: 106A

Raylin wakes up, front side on bed. She pushes herself up. "That was when Zero gave me the crystal wasn't it?" She asks herself as she rubs her eyes. She looks over to a mirror and sees that her hair is a mess. She quickly fixes it with her hands. "I'll go take a bath to relax some." She said and headed to the bathroom in the dorm.

Just as Trista thought, he was here to be with her and to find her. Of course, Cygnus would be studying at the university while doing so. Cygnus said that he would studying Astrology here at the university. This made Trista giggle quite a bit. Cygnus had a tendency to mix up Astronomy, the study and observation of the stars, with Astrology which was the practice of predicting one's future depending upon the alignment of celestial objects. It was one of the few jokes that Trista had regarding Cygnus. Despite the fact that both Cygnus and Trista loved to observe the stars, he could never say Astronomy right and usually mixed it with other words. Of course, Trista presumed that he meant to say Astronomy. For all she knew, he could have actually been serious about going into Astrology instead. But that little tidbit aside, Trista's curiosity about Cygnus' guns began to grow. Of course, Trista could help but smile a little at the well chosen names for the guns. Vega being the brightest star in the constellation Lyra. And Altair being the brightest star in the constellation Aquila. But the questions around them still remained. Where on earth did he acquire them? What had he been doing? Unless... Could it have been that he obtained them some time after he left Trista and left Ceres? Out there? But the biggest question out of them all was a simple Why. Why did he decide to use guns? Does he actually shoot people with them?
"I... I noticed them and... I like their names." Trista said. "But... Why guns? Do you... Do you shoot people with them, Cygnus? Do you..." Trista asked. Her last question ending abruptly as she stepped away from the table. The look on Trista's face and her voice showed it all. She was shocked and afraid. Would Cygnus actually harm people with firearms? Would he actually shoot someone? Would he even... kill?

"I'll only shoot those that tries to harm you in any way." Cygnus swore his allegiance to Trista, but it had to be cut short when a brisk footsteps echoed through the empty hallway, getting closer and closer.

So Cygnus did shoot people. But it was not out of violence but more for the protection of others. Specifically Trista. While relieved in the knowledge that Cygnus didn't shoot for the sake of shooting, Trista was still uncomfortable with the thought of Cygnus actually using guns to get his message across. These were guns! Cygnus actually shoots people with them! Nothing could change that fact. Trista was even willing to argue that and tell Cygnus about her thoughts on the firearms. But just as she was about to open her mouth and speak up, Trista could hear footsteps approaching the laboratory. Was someone coming into the laboratory? Did a member of the crowd from earlier locate them? Or was it merely someone who was lost? Either way, Trista couldn't be certain. And when uncertainties were involved, Trista became nervous. Trista then moved closer to Cygnus. But due to the fact that he was sat on the table, Trista couldn't move closer and hold onto him.
"Erm... C-C-Cygnus? You said that... that no-one came here... right? Wh-Why do I hear footsteps?" Trista asked. Her speech returning to its usual stuttering and shy nature. She didn't know who it was or who it might be causing those footsteps. It could be Lynne catching up with them. It could even be Sha Yun, as doubtful as that sounded. Or it could be some stranger... or worse.

Without a word, Cygnus grabbed Trista and sheltered her within his arms, his back pointed towards the possible entryway for the intruder, his hand gripping Vega and pointed towards the door. The footsteps ceased, but began again, but this time it went further away before it reached the level of inaudibility

Being held by Cygnus, Trista awaited for would happen next. Listening to the footsteps, Trista couldn't help but observe what was going on around her. The feeling of being sheltered in Cygnus' arms. How warm he felt and how easily Trista could just rest in Cygnus' arms. If it weren't for the possibility of someone walking in, Trista could do just that.

Eventually, the footsteps stopped and then started again only to move away. A few seconds afterward, the sound was gone and hopefully so was the source. Trista gave out a sigh of relief. They had gone. And it was the two of them once again.
"They're... gone..." Trista said openly. "I wouldn't know what to do if they did come in." With that out of the way, Trista and Cygnus could return to whatever they needed to discuss. Like about Cygnus himself. Trista had talked about herself but Cygnus hadn't said much about himself. It was only fair that Cygnus returned the favour. Trista moved out of Cygnus' grasp and prepared to talk to Cygnus some more.
"So... Erm... What was it like? What was it like out there? Having left and all..." Trista asked. It was probably one of the bigger questions out of them all. What exactly was what it like for him to have left and what he went through.

Hannah just looked at Jason and rolled her eyes. "Whatever works for you kid. We just need to find my body parts before something-OUCH-happens. Right now I think something fell on one of my arms... So..."



MEANWHILE IN 304B

Andrew was still locked in his room, his door barricaded, but dinner was done and was still warm. 4 plates of baked boneless chicken breasts, pasta, tomato sauce, and Parmesan Cheese were laid out on the counter for everyone.

Hajime stopped his attack after Azeruk's reply. "She... lied to me... whatever... I can tell you will be a strong opponent. I shall still challenge you to a duel. If you accept I will be sure to give you a fight you won't soon forget..." Hajime replied as Maya smiled... somewhat sadistically as she floated away on her broom.

"Will you accept my challenge swordsman?"

Dorm 304B - TSU Male Dormitories | Noon

"Okay...", Jason muttered as he tucked Hannah's head beneath his arm like a basketball and left his room.


As Jason left his room, the smell of baked boneless chicken breasts, pasta, and tomato sauce filled Jason's nose, causing him to salivate. To be honest, Jason really was hungry, but he also needed to find Hannah's body with her. He knew that by the time he got home that the food would be cold, but Hannah would get angry at him if he simply went to eat. Then again, he could just eat a little, at least just enough to hold him over. Finally making up his mind, Jason spoke to Hannah.

"Hang on. I need to eat something, just enough to hold me over.", Jason said as he placed Hannah's head on the table and quickly began to eat his food.

"That depends... How skilled do you think I am?", Azeruk calmly asked as he grabbed his swords and ready them all for battle.

To be honest, Azeruk felt a little like this was a waste of time, but on a positive note, he had a sparring partner. Azeruk didn't quite know what this person's capabilities were, but the man didn't know Azeruk's capabilities either. Either way, Azeruk would get the training he desired, and the man would learn not to pick fights so quickly.
