Room 304B - Male Dormitory - Trinity Soul University | Morning

Andrew looked at Mira, and Allen as they entered his room. Quickly he grabbed his pillow as though he was going to cover his face, but he only held it in his hands. "Oh h-hey guys. Yea I'm fine... I have a tendency to knock myself out when I get in bad situations. It's actually something I taught myself. I'm okay though... so where are the groceries I bought? While I'm here now I should start on making dinner..."

Trinity Soul University - Headmaster's quarters

The Headmaster looked at Siduna as though he was examining her, then he got a very calm and welcoming smile on his face as he stood up and walked up to Siduna. "Blood Magic you say? Hmm... well that's an easy one. Ms. Dharc teaches blood magic here alongside Dark magic, and Shadow magic. She also handles teaching basic history of Dark Magic, Curses, and magical beings like fairies and demons. So if you are wondering what to do with your magic just go to her the night after tomorrow, and she should teach you about Blood Magic. Be careful though... Ms. Dharc can be a bit... harsh sometimes..."

Trinity Soul University - Road to Shopping district

In the end it looked like it was no problem whatsoever. Maybe it was just some misinformation that had happened. Now she had to think of something else to do tough. "Thank you" she said in a monotone voice as she left the quarters. She then tried to find her way over to her dorm. After going to wrong way about 3 times she finally found it. Of course it was natural for her to not bee too good at navigating a building. She had been living in a single room for few years now, which was the complete opposite. After dropping of her bag in the dorm she walked out to the main building again. She didn't really bother to stay in her room as it would just feel like as if she was home again, but now with a window.

Instead she decided to go outside. From here she didn't really know where to go, but apparently there were roads leading to a restaurant district and a shopping district. As she didn't really feel like eating anything she decided to walk over to the shopping district. While walking she something different on her skin. It was being warmed, as if there were a fire or a candle near. Of course there were none. She knew that for sure. If there had been any she would have seen them. After some more walking she finally realized what it was. It was the sun. She had been in that room for so long that she had entirely forgotten about the sun.
      Born in the light.
      Molded in the dark
      .

      Never Forget,
      Keep Fighting.
      –Don't Forget.
      Always, somewhere,
      someone is fighting for you.
–As long as you remember her,
      you are not alone.

Trinity Soul University - Male Dorm Lobby

As Progan arrived at school, he was exhausted after the long trip. His shoulders ache and quickly wanted to unpack. Suddenly, he realised that he was not told his dorm room, so he rushed towards the lobby. However, the receptionist was not there. So, he took out his phone and started playing some games.

Kusuri waited as the prevous trio had some kind of discussion with the principal, ending with the two parents leaving and the girl heading off somewhere else. Kusuri then handed in her own form to the receptionist and received her key to dorm room 202A, a gift card and a map, which she examined briefly before putting it away. She then headed off towards the dormitaries.

Kusuri noticed two other people having a discussion outside dorm room 201A, so her room should be close by. She opened the right door with the key and stepped in. And paused. The dorm was not what she had expected, for one it was a lot bigger than the word room had implied. She made a quick tour of the place, then dumped her luggage on the bad in the first empty bedroom she saw. She saw only one bed in each room and assumed that each person got their own room, she could hardly belief this. But another luxury had caught her attention. She grabbed a change of clothes and stepped into the shower to wash of the grime of the past week.

TSU Main Building - Medical Wing - medical supply closet

"...it's still here." The voice of Kiara could be heard behind the partially closed door. "I wonder...how long will it take? Oh...why did this happen to me?"
If someone looked into the closet, the would see Kiara fretting over something inside the open chest that she had brought with her. "...no one will find out about this..." She then started to close the chest, but it didn't go all the way as what appeared to be a limp arm that was hanging out of it blocked it. "Shhh...stay in now...." She readjusted the arm and pulled the latch closed. "You can't leave...."

"I left the groceries by the stove," Mira said.

"... I don't like that stove," Allen said. "It doesn't work. I turn it on and all that happens is the selected area glows red. Where are the fires?"

It was obvious Allen had never encountered an electric stove... And neither did Mira.

"Are you sure you turned the gas on?" She asked curiously.

"What does it matter? There is no way for the gas to escape! How are you going to create flames without gas!?"

"Oh dear, what a predicament... Should we tell the headmaster?"

Andrew looked at Mira and smiled. "Thanks Mira... I should get to cook-" he said as he stood up, but he heard what Mira, and Allen were talking about...

"Wait a second... why are they talking about the stove not working? Last I saw it was an electric stove... have they not heard of an electric stove before?" He thought as he turned to Mira, and Allen.

"Uh... have you ever heard of an electric stove before? They don't... use flames to heat up. They use electricity. They're much safer than a gas stove..."

                  The two became intrigued.

"Can you actually do that?" Asked Allen. "I mean, I've never heard of it. Have you, Mira?"

"Not one bit." She said, then turning to Andrew. "I'm sorry for our behavior, but see... We come from a long time ago, so this is kind of new to us. Not to mention as ghouls, we don't remember anything other than speech, magic, basic necessities of survival, all coupled with the fact that we've never settled anywhere... We're a little on the 'not so bright' side." She explained with a nervous chuckle.

"But Mira sure knows about all types of normal schools! Right, Mira?"

"Oh, yes! I've been collecting textbooks on the many different types of schools and people you can meet! Would you like to see? Maybe you could find your normal school as well!"

"Well you can do that, and it is indeed possible... it's just... wait... your ghouls?..." Andrew replied as he sat back down on his bed with a blank look on his face. At first it seemed as though he was a bit unnerved, and couldn't think of how to react. Then without a single fear or thought he looked at them again with that same blank look. "Oh... well... I guess that explains why you don't know what an electric stove is... and I guess it's going to be interesting to have a ghoul as a roommate..." He said as he stood back up once more.

"... Uh... I guess so... why not? I doubt you might find my school though. After all I come from a relatively small town... and they don't have real popular schools... nor very big ones." He said as he walked into the living room.

For a change it seemed that Andrew actually is pretty calm now around Mira, and Allen. Though if one were to notice he isn't even making direct eye contact with either of them. If he doesn't notice that they are directly looking at them then he should be fine!... Right?

As Andrew sat down on the couch in the living room one would notice that he is actually shaking quite a bit. Revealing that he is barely holding his fears back.

Mira gave Allen the 'I thought you said you told him' look. Allen returned with the 'so did I' look. Then Mira looked at Andrew.

"Hm... I think I have one for small town. Here, look through these textbooks," she said as she gave him a plastic bag of 'textbooks.'

"Zero." A deep male voice said coming from the red glow. Zero quickly sat up and tried to cover the glow with his left hand case. Zero looks around and doesn't see anyone near him. "Guardian?" Zero asks quietly. "Yes. I felt your anger and a massive magic drain from you." The voice said. "I'm sorry. A witch appeared in front of me and my anger got to me." Zero said apologizing. "Remember something Zero, the dragon blood gets agitated easily, especially when it comes to emotions. With your past with witches, it's not surprising that this has happened." The voice said.

"Guardian, there's a summoning I want to know." Zero said looking at the glow. "Hm?" The voice asks. "It's for that sword." Zero said. "You do know the drawbacks of using that sword?" The voice asks. "Yes, I know but I need to know the summoning in case I need to protect someone." Zero said answering the voice. "..............................." The voice went silent for a minute. "Guardian?" Zero asks due to not hearing an answer. "Even though the head is the only one besides me that knows the summoning, I do see the conviction in your heart. Alright, I will teach you the summoning but on one condition." The voice said. "What is it?" Zero asks. "Never use it unless as a last resort." the voice said. "I understand." Zero said. "Then we'll start tomorrow, for now go and rest up. With your current magic level, you won't be able to start." The voice said. "Thank you Guardian Ryuukashigeni." Zero said softly. The red glow vanished from under the wrappings. Zero stands up and heads towards his room.
"No matter how strong or what power the enemy has, I will fight and protect my friends, even if it cost me my life to protect them. I will fight until I die to ensure their future."

Library - Shopping District - Trinity Soul University | Morning

So Sarah was located in Room 201A which, if Trista recalled correctly, was located on one end of the dorms while Trista's was located closer to the other. It would be a bit of a walk to reach Sarah's dorm from her own, but that didn't bother Trista too much. Sarah then turned to read her book on Dark magic after saying all that she had to say. Taking this time to her advantage, Trista opened her own book and began to start reading.

The majority of the book consisted of the basic history of magic and how all of the elements came to be. From the elements of Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Dark and Light; there formed numerous other elements. Lightning, Ultima, Blood, Shadow... There were numerous ones that Trista knew of and there were those that she did not. But something was off. Her own element was listed but there was no insight given. No history behind it. Only the simple sentence: 'An old magic that harnesses the power of the moon.' It appeared that Daichi might have been right. There might not be any documentation on Lunar magic. Trista let out a disappointed sigh as she closed her book and began to search for other books that might have the answer.

Library - Shopping District - Trinity Soul University @TRXD

Sarah was pleased to find that the practical guide to Dark and Shadow magic in her hands was thoughtful enough to provide an explanation on the basics of magic. From what she had read, and according to the author, magic was an inborn ability that can be passed down through generations by genetics or special items that had the potential to grant magical prowess, such as staves. To utilize this magic, one had to reach into a metaphorical pool of energy and mold it to suit their needs, such as willing forth fire in a pyromancer's case. This pool of magical energy, dubbed 'mana', replenished itself over time like stamina did for a runner, and it had the potential to expand as the magician's skill increased. Entertained at the thought of growing more powerful as she studied, Sarah continued reading as she got up.

Noticing Trista had become engaged in a search for book again, Sarah held her tongue and wished her the best. Returning her attention to her book, the vampire walked over to the checkout counter. While magic had limitless potential, the magician could only use so many spells and magicks before becoming exhausted. Using magic in moderation would prevent this exhaustion, as would utilizing specific tricks that were special to each field of magic. The book listed dark magic as an example and remarked that mana usage would be cut down significantly if the magician used dark magicks under the cover of darkness or in dimly lit areas. However, using dark magic while in direct sunlight would tire out the magician more easily, as the darkness required for spells would have to be produced instead of procured.

It was enough to make Sarah's head spin! She gave her information to the librarian and checked out the book, offering an apology for the noise she had been making as well. With the book 'Shadows and the Light Without' under her arm, Sarah ventured out to the doorway and stopped at the edge of the shadows. Where to go now, she wondered. She checked her map and noticed an arcade, her eyes widening with childlike delight. It had been so long since she had gone to an arcade, let alone played a video game.

Perhaps she could indulge a little bit before taking care of other matters? Sarah grinned and nodded at that thought before venturing out onto the streets of the shopping district. Once again, she kept to the shadows as she walked.

"Sorry, you have not been given a dorm room yet. Please come back later!"The receptionist said to Progan.

Progan was confused but decided not to press into matters. "Where to go... where to go..." Progan thought to himself. He pulled out his smartphone once again and searched for a map on Trinity Soul University. "Let us see now, I might as well head to the library to search about my type of magic.", with that, Progan headed towards the library.

Trinity Soul University - Restaurant District

The district was filled with shops and vendors selling various items, they sold food, drinks, snacks and all kinds of other things there. Progan immediately headed out to buy some milk and Ramen. Carrying 2 cartons of milk in his huge backpack, he chomped down on a large bowl of Ramen.

"I felt like I haven't eaten in ages, this stuff taste amazing!" Wolfing down on his Ramen. After the short break he headed out towards the library, hoping he would find something useful there.
