Room 201A - Female Dormitory - Trinity Soul

With a sudden jolt, Christina woke up to a conversation between Spira and another gal with a Scottish accent... Probably the other roommate. Good, at least there are no obnoxious people in my dorm. Christina thought as she decided to walk out, still half-asleep.

"Fire, eh? I had a small inklin' that that was yer forte," Sarah said.

Sarah didn't feel like elaborating on that part for fear of pissing off Spira. Saying that 'fire suits you because you're emotional' doesn't sound very well, after all. But in all seriousness, fire did suit Spira. She seemed to be withdrawn, quick with a quip and fiery when her anger rose. Plus, her hair color seemed to give something away. What was it with hair color and magic, anyway? Was there some odd gimmick associated with them?

There was a line of questioning that Spira left behind her, something of which Sarah noticed. If she thought her magic was fire and she said that she used it twice in her life, then wouldn't she know what her magic was? Come to think of it, what happened to that blunt attitude as she explained it? Maybe she lost the energy to keep up her front, Sarah thought to herself. Blinking, the vampire scratched her head and chose not to follow up on any further questioning.

"I specialize in dark magic," Sarah added with a smile. "Dinnae ken much about it though, but it's in me blood, as they say."

Then, she noticed the other roommate, Christina, approaching. Sarah had to stop herself from flinching back in surprise, as the roommate wasn't what she was expecting. Everything about this new woman exuded productivity and possibly arrogance, given the way the woman was dressed. It brought to mind an old Scottish saying about cows with fat udders, but Sarah tried to keep it down. Trying to be courteous, Sarah swallowed her pride and reached out to the new girl.

"Oh! Ya must be Christina. Me name's Sarah Hunnigan; pleased ta meet ya."

"Oh, hi." Christina gave a quick wave at Sarah. European look... Definitely Scottish or something like that based on the accent... Red hair... Bloody hell what is up with red hairs in this dorm? "Christina Madera."

"I need to read more books."Sha Yun laughed and scratched her head sheepishly. "I only lived in monastery so I didn't lot of books."

Dorm 209A - Female Dormitories - Trinity Soul University | Day

A simple response to another simple response. Trista couldn't complain. She herself was not a girl of many words. But even so, it seemed as if Sha Yun failed to notice the book on Lunar magic. A book that Sha Yun had even heard from Daichi would be a very rare thing. Regardless, Trista decided to proceed with what she had to say earlier.
"So... Erm... I was reading through this book," Trista said as she placed her hand on the Lunar magic book. "and... well... Do you... remember what I said about Drake and what I felt?" She nervously continued. Trista didn't know where this conversation would lead or as to how Sha Yun would react. But she needed to tell someone. And so far, the only ones she could really talk to about this were Sha Yun, Lynne, and Sarah.

Sarah nodded at Christina and leaned on the kitchen counter. She wondered about that accent of hers, and her attire, but the latter could come later. There were so many questions to ask, and since they were roommates, the vampire aspired to get to know who she was bunking with, and who she would be cooking with/for. She tried to ignore a strange feeling that was welling up within her, something that hinted at food nearby. Yet, Sarah had just deposited two bags worth of food in the fridge, so she was perplexed as to why she was feeling so... interested. Did someone get wounded in an adjacent room?

"Where ya from, Christina?" Sarah asked as she glanced about for the source of the strange feeling. She looked up and refocused her attention. "And, what kin of magic do ya do?"

"Aiya, you had a headache or something, didn't you?" Sha Yun looked worried as he unwrapped one of the White Rabbit candy and popped it into her mouth. She smiled with delight as she savired the flavor. "What's wrong? You having headache again?"

"I've been around places so I can't say I'm from a single area." Christina said, referring to her extremely chaotic childhood without hinting too much. "Oh and in terms of magic..."

Christina snapped her finger, and the entire room except for Christina flipped upside down. However, the furnitures didn't fall, as the local gravity was also flipped.

              "I can do this."

Sarah yelped in surprise when the room was flipped. She half-expected herself to fall to the ceiling in a crumpled heap, and she prepared for it by holding onto the kitchen counter, but to her amazement gravity also seemed to have been switched up. The vampire looked over at Christina and tilted her head to look at her right-side up. It wasn't every day that you stumble across a magic such as this, so Sarah was very interested, if not concerned. She pushed down the desire to check if the food in the refrigerator had been tossed about and instead held her head, feeling somewhat woozy.

"Yar be messin' with space?" Sarah cried. "Blimey... I imagine you're a blast at parties... Oi, you sound American to me. I'm wrong, aren't I?"

"Like I said... it doesn't matter anymore. It was something that happened quite some time ago in my first year of High school." Andrew said as he turned to Allen and shook his head no.

"What happened in the past can't be changed, and that's a fact. Not even magic could alter it. It wasn't that big though... just something... personal. A secret between me, and a few old friends of mine..." He said as the water in the pot finally started to boil. As it did Andrew proceeded to put the pasta in the boiling water. "Now mind leaving me alone for a bit? I need to focus so I can remember this recipe..."

"I guess you could say that I'm the Party Starter." Christina said as she grabbed herself a cup of water. "And... Yeah, I was grown up in Anerica for the longest so you could say I am most influenced by America."

                      Mira stood up.

"Oh, I almost forgot! Here, Allen. I got you something from the market."

She took out a raw strip of bacon.

"...." Allen was silent, staring with a drooling mouth.

                      "... PORK!!!"

Mira tossed it in the air and Allen inhaled deeply. When he exhaled, a fire blast came out and fried it! He caught the roasted bacon and horked it all down.

"Mm, that was good! Can I have more?"

"Now now, Allen. Your friend here is cooking something up. It would be disrespectful for him to go through all that trouble just for us to get full before the main course. That was an appetizer."

                      "Heheh! Alright."

"However, being as how he's cooking, it will take a while. So what do you say to taking a little stroll?"

                      Allen was pumped.

                      "Alright, let's go!"

Allen was already partially making a break for it.

"Wait, Allen! I'm not as young as I used to be, you need to slow down!"

Allen was in the hallway and he turned around with a smile.

"C'mon, you can't get any older, remember? At least not any older than you already are!"

Mira was suddenly in front of Allen with a foreboding look and a raised hand.

                      "... Uh oh."

That slap sent Allen down the hallway. Mira turned back to Andrew with a smile and bowed.

                      "We'll be back soon."

                      She walked off.

Spira let the conversation progress a little without her. She just sat there and listened while at the same time easting her apple. When Christina mentioned that she had moved around quite a bbit she got more interested tough. "You too? I've lived in all kinds of different hotels for most of the life that I can remember" Spira said in her normal voice. She then began to wonder why Christina had moved around so much. When the room flipped she didn't notice until a few seconds after it happened. When she did notice however she was a little shocked. "Hey wait, what's going. What type of trick did you pull" Spira asked in a slightly angry voice.

Trinity Soul University - Shopping District <Sinuda>

After a few minutes talking with the librarian about what a library actually was and then a few more minutes to actually lend the book, Sinuda finally walked out of the Library. She understood now that the just the two districts probably contained so much more than she knew about. The next thing she had to learn was what all of those places actually was and not just look at all of them like stores. Well, that would have to wait for another time. Now she would prefer to just go back to her dorm and do ... ... well what would she do? She didn't really know what she would do. Would she just do what she would always do and read some book? In this case the book she had just gotten from the library. She would have to wait until she got there and decided at that moment.

After a bit of walking she finally reached the dorm where she was supposed to stay. From what she could tell, no one had been there since she left her baggage there. She walked into the room and began to actually take what she had out of her baggage. It wasn't much tough and after a few minutes she was finished. She then began reading the book she had gotten from the library.

Most influenced by the Americas, but there was an exotic touch in there muscled in with some offset grammar, leaving Sarah to believe that Christina was raised somewhere else but learned English as a second language. It was a damn good job by Sarah's standards, as she could only speak but one language. Seeing as the room was set back to normal, the vampire shuddered and felt her body readjust to the room again. She figured the magic that Christina utilized was capable of taking care of a lot of problems, and suffice to say that Sarah was intimidated by it. Without mobility, one was like a sitting duck.

Hearing Christina's question snapped Sarah out of her contemplations. In truth, Sarah hadn't gotten very far in her field, at least nowhere that was worthy of bragging about. She couldn't snap fire to her fingertips or rotate a room. Still, she had a power and she was eager to learn how to use it.

"Well, I'm a dark magic user," Sarah stated. She looked for something to use, speaking all the while. "I dinnae ken what I'm capable of to be honest. At the very least, I can show ya this..."

Concentrating now, the vampire focused on her right hand and held it up. Her red eyes narrowed on her palm until a flicker of black danced across the open surface. Latching onto the spark of energy, Sarah willed more sparks to arise until a small orb of pure darkness appeared in the palm of her hand. With a slow, gentle movement, Sarah crushed the orb of darkness and watched as the essence spilled out onto her hand and coated it in a black latex substance, stopping its spread once it reached the vampire's wrist.

"I'm... Not entirely sure what this is supposed to do," Sarah explained. "I'll have to touch people and hope for the best."

"Calm down, it's just a way to disorient people." Christina chuckled at Spira's irritability. She's going to be fun to tease.

"Well I'm a Dark magic user-"

The statement followed with Sarah's demonstration: A dark energy swirling around her palm that, according to Sarah herself, could do something to person or thing she touches. Interesting power, Christina thought, So many people with fascinating abilities... This is going to be fun.

"And you?" Christina asked Spira. Gotta make sure what people can do around her if she wants to stay safe in these areas.

Then she was asked a second time what her magic type was. Well, she couldn't really complain. Of course she was going to be asked about something like this. "I guess I have fire magic. I don't know too much about it tough. I don't even know what types of magic there are. I've only used my magic twice" she said. Just as last time, the attitude in her voice kind of fell away. Especially during the last sentence. In fact it almost sounded a little sad instead.

Sarah waved her right hand and watched as the darkness that coated it withered up and receded back into a hazy ball of energy. The vampire considered showing off something, perhaps even practicing, but she figured she would get better results by doing so at night. She crushed the ball of energy and felt the darkness seep back into the atmosphere, back where it belonged. For what was light without darkness? Sarah smiled at that and turned back to her two roommates.

It seemed that the two were getting to know each other, but it came as a bit of a surprise to Sarah. By the looks of things Christina hasn't been acquainted with Spira for long. Did she just come in and take a nap without leaving her name, or was there nothing to say between the two? Shrugging, Sarah decided to speak up.

"Say, if ya two dinnae want what the cafeteria offers, I'd be happy ta cook," Sarah offered. "In fact, if ya like salsa, I'll whip up a batch fer tonight."
