He stands at a rather tall 6ft 3, and weighs in at about 199 lb.
Faction: DCERT Spy, for he is a Spy working for the DCERT. His job is to try and gather information about anything related to the Corrupt, usually going undercover to join small Corrupt gangs.
Biography: Andrew Alger is the older brother of Drake and Maxwell Alger, Andrew has always been a more kind and caring guy. Always there to help get his younger brothers get out of trouble when needed. For a short time when they were younger Andrew, Drake, and Maxwell would often times gang up together to take on any gangs that were everywhere in their hometown. They eventually became known as the Alger Triad in their hometown of Santa Cruz, California. In the year of 2006 and at the age of 21 Andrew sort of stopped with gang fights as he had finally found true love and married a woman by the name of Claire McDowell. A year later they had a daughter who they named Mary. Then Andrew got a job with local law enforcement so he can better protect his family. He still kept in touch with his brothers thankfully.
However in the year of 2017 when the whole incident with Vector Lyre the three brothers seemed to... split. Andrew and Maxwell began to see from different viewpoints. Andrew thought that Vector was well... not insane... just... downright wrong about everything, and was just another criminal out in the world. Andrew watched on as his youngest sibling Max (short for Maxwell) began to... act differently. Max began to act a bit more violent, and rebellious. Getting into trouble far often to the point where Andrew finally realized what was happening. Before he could even tell the rest of his family what he realized, Maxwell came forth and said that he was leaving, that he was going to follow the advice and "wisdom" of Vector Lyre from then on out. From there Maxwell had left the family to follow his own path.... something that... saddened Andrew, and shocked him at how Max just came forth and told the whole family. Before they could even call the cops or law enforcement... or anyone Max was already long gone. The entire family had begun to fall apart. A week after this Andrew caught his wife cheating on him with another man, and the two got a divorce... Andrew got full custody over Mary in the end, of which was the only thing that made him happy.
A few months passed, and Drake moved away to San Francisco and by the time that DCERT was established in 2018 he quickly got a job with DCERT and just recently he and his daughter moved to San Francisco due to his job required him to do so. He is still unaware that his younger brother Drake is in the same neighborhood, and soon will be the first time the two would probably speak to each other in since Drake moved... hopefully...
Personality: Andrew is almost always calm, and relaxed. He never stresses over trivial matters, and is a generally laid-back kind of guy. Out of work Andrew tries to spend as much time with his daughter of whom he loves with all his heart as much as possible. Andrew does everything he can to protect his daughter, one of the reasons why he joined DCERT. Even though the job does require him to work for lengthy periods of time, of which he might not actually be away from home for a few days. On these kinds of assignments Andrew has hired a "Nanny" of sorts to help take care of Mary. Though whenever he is home off of work he will do everything he can to spend time with his daughter. Also when off of work he is far more laid-back, always just enjoying all the pleasant things in life.
During work though Andrew does take his job seriously, never one to question an order from his superiors. He always thinks before rushing in, and is never one to actually fight on the front lines. Using his job as a spy he tries to undercover, easily being able to adopt a new persona to sneak into a Corrupt gang. From there he either tries to bring down the small Corrupt gang from the inside, or inform his superiors about any information he had gathered. People say that Andrew looks like a rather strict guy, but he is somewhat the opposite. Yes he takes his job seriously, but he is known to make quite a few witty remarks here and there even when actually on an assignment.
Andrew also smokes quite often, but only when not actually working. Nor does he smoke around his daughter, in fact he tries to hide the fact that he smokes from his daughter. Andrew also suffers from recent bouts of depression due to the fact that his wife had cheated on him, which had greatly effected Andrew and in turn Mary. Often times when not on work, and his daughter is asleep at night he will go out to a pub and actually get hammered to the point where he needs a designated driver. He tries not to, and still wishes the best for his daughter. Andrew also does not work well under high pressure, actually losing his cool when pressured under the right circumstances.
Reason you're in that faction: The only two reasons he is with DCERT is to protect his daughter, and because he wishes to hopefully find his brother Maxwell before he gets himself killed.

Andrew may not look like it, but he is a pretty good expert when it comes to hiding his identity. To the point where some call him a "Master of Disguise" (which he is not. For he is just really good at it.) When on an assignment he changes his outfit, and even his voice to match his assignment. He learned how to do this through intense practicing over the years. At first it was for entertainment, but now this talent of his helps him with his job. One thing he cannot do though is, is actually get down a new personality, and when under the right circumstances, and he is pressured Andrew will actually lose his cool and in turn lose his identity. Luckily it is actually hard to pressure him.
His weapon:
The only weapon he ever wields: A Six shot, double-action S&W Model 29 Magnum Revolver that is chambered for the .44 Magnum Cartridge. Of which its performance is a bit better than the Desert Eagle in certain aspects. It has a 4 inch barrel which makes it somewhat easier to conceal. It is a powerful, and reliable weapon that Andrew always carries around with him. He was issued with it when he joined DCERT. It is also his preferred weapon to use.
