Central Market - Jefferson, Skylands Republic - ((@SereneGrace & TRXD))

Troy wasn't that good at reading strangers as well as he could read his countrymen. Kaiden looked like a cheery fellow and didn't seem to be the type to dwell on negative emotions, just like Miriah, but every person had their flaws and was bound to suffer at some point in their lives. Judging by the cautionary tone in Kaiden's voice, it didn't seem like he was too fond of the idea of bringing Troy along with him. Miriah's words had touched him and Troy's previous purchase had helped smooth the waters, but there was still that nagging sense of distrust. There was nothing hostile or antagonistic about it, however, only wariness.

Trusting strangers in a place like Jefferson didn't come easy to the residents here, and Troy could sympathize with them. Here he was, a Galest monk from a foreign nation in strange clothes amongst locals. He stuck out like a sore thumb! Obviously someone would think a man like him didn't belong here. A man like him wouldn't be trusted so easily. But Troy didn't have any ill intentions or weapons on his person. All that he wanted was adventure, camaraderie, and a chance to find his eternal flame.

Something in Kaiden saw through the monk's stoic demeanor and put him at ease. If he wouldn't be trusted, he would at least be tolerated.

"Thank you," Troy said to Kaiden, grateful for the help. He looked to Miriah as she spoke up, seemingly upset. "Hmm? Oh, certainly. I'll follow you if you need assistance."

The monk wasn't sure how this 'Air Force Command' factored into this voyage, but if Miriah had to mention it with a concerned tone, then it had to be very important to her. Troy would follow without a fuss.

      Airspace

Lia was making sure the ship was safe from another pirate attack util they were finally alone in the air "Well, that went pretty well for a morning" she said to herself easing from the chair´s straps and heard something on her back

The pilot looked at the door of the piloting room and noticed both Mard and Thomas, the former looked a bit shaken, but lacking an arm, then came the latter who looked barely conscious with some blood oozing on his head "Well I will be damned, your first firefight scars" the redhead spoke setting the auto pilot and walking towards the two of them.
Have you ever crossed the line between sanity and madness? You would be amazed by what lies beyond the fog..
