Ghoul's night out, it's time for the festival
Of the demons, time to just let it go.

It's 2020. Welcome to a world filled with ghouls. These ghouls are creatures created from the intense regrets of dying humans. In other words, these creatures are, by their very nature, made up of negativity and evil. But then that's for you to decide. Of course it's too late for humanity as a whole to decide, for their decision had already been made. As proof, the AnGEL (Anti-Ghoul Elimination Legion) was created. They used special weapons made of deceased ghoul bone to fight off ghouls, as it was the only thing strong enough to do damage to ghouls. They were heroes among the humans.
The ghouls, well... As aforementioned, these beings were created by rage and hatred. But does that mean they are evil? What ghouls are are floating skeletons, cloaked in black robes. In each of their skulls are swirling representations of their powers. For example, an ice ghoul has a blizzard swirling inside their skulls. Their skulls also represent their level of hatred and regret. For males, the more rough and rotten a skull looks, the more regrets they have as a ghoul. For females, it's how smooth their skulls are.
They do have human forms. They can switch between the two at any time. Their human forms represent their original bodies before death. There's no way to physically tell that a ghouls is taking human form. The only difference is that at will, a ghoul can breathe their power out of their mouths. This is not preferable in combat, however, for in their ghoul forms they can summon or activate their powers more freely. While ghouls do have their human forms, the human forms can deteriorate with age and damage.
Now a ghoul's attitude is completely different. From eachother. Not all ghouls are evil. There are some who simply want to make it by. Why, some even want to make friends with humans. So... Who are you? Are you a human? Are you ready to kill a ghoul, which is quite hard to kill? If so, how far are you willing to break morals to kill ghouls? Are you a ghoul? Are you a killer, a pacifist or a defender? Not all ghouls are evil. Not all humans are good.
It's about time you entered the world of hatred and loss.
