I just don't feel like I even exist. It's like I'm in a room outside of reality, and outside of existence with nothing but a computer being my only connection to the real world.

I've been sleeping off and on now. So... no.
I will act seriously. It's just on nights like tonight where I just feel like I don't even have an effect on anything at all. Like I don't exist yet want to.
(It also doesn't help that my doctor prescribes me medication for my blood pressure and he says that it's supposed to help me sleep, but yet I find myself unable to sleep. I am going back to my doctor tomorrow.)

In fact, I've been known to get so hyper that I could stay awake for days at a time.
It's been happening less often though, so that's some good news.

I can see why you would feel that way. The best you can do is have an effect on your own life instead of worrying about the bigger picture.
It keeps you sane if you don't sweat it.:p
