As soon as the Gensokyo is restored, with the Barrier existing while non-existing, (some aspects have to be kept alive for the assurance of the existence of Youkai) they might open up to tourism even more than they did before.

Also X is mostly oblivious to others feelings of love for him. I mean he is still quite naive about certain things. He never had anyone tell them that they loved him. The only way he would know if someone loved him is if they told him directly.

Meaning if someone else has feelings for X they can perhaps beat Alia to the punch by confessing their feelings to him. X would be confused and shocked, but he would then understand what's going on.
