What is the initiate goal again? refresh my memory, for I has forgotten =w=
Also how big of a role will SCAE be playing in Season II? Because I have a few ideas of my own for it...and they're all devious. I just have to work out the conspiracy board out so it all flows better than I had
And to make it work, I need some ideas on some of the characters that make up SCAE's main 'center' / the leaders of it.
Actually, what was the plan with SCAE? lay it out for me here or in PM, I want to see what I can incorporate into my conspiracy web in order to make Eleos work out the way I want him to.
Originally posted by Cucoo How many of those LAVAETINNs are there and where would the information be to replicate them? And can they be destroyed by C-4?
So far, there is just one. Information would be in the Lab's secret database, but it would be very hard to get through. As for the C-4, possibly. It is made out of the same materials as Spartan armor.
Originally posted by Cucoo Therefore...would an organization like SCAE really let their enemy keep such a powerful weapon that could be an end-all to everything?
In all honesty, I was only planning for it to be a one time thing, to give the Spartans the ability to mop up the Nucleoids. I wouldn't exactly say that it's an end-all. It can still be destroyed, it takes ungodly amounts of power to activate and use, and it's heavy. So far, it can only be used with the oversized reactor module THOR, and even then, THOR can only power it for a certain amount of time before it needs to recharge. Without that, MJOLNIR armor would only be able to turn it on for a single instant, only enough to warm the weapon. If anything, it was a plot weapon.
@Katrix
Originally posted by Katrix I just thought of something. The LAEVATEINN can destroy everything that exist right?
If it's made out of particles or energy, then yes. It all depends on what the Nobodies are made out of. They need to be made out of something if they can physically hit you. If that's the case, then it can destroy them, or at least destroy them on the physical level. (correct me if I'm wrong)
That being said, I was not really planning on using it on Nobodies in the first place, only on super OP Characters that would kill the group in a couple of seconds...

Exactly what I've done with John. He's tough, but he's no god. He can still be killed and there are ways to do so, it's just that nobody has figured it out yet, despite the fact that I keep saying it over and over again. -_-; There are flaws in his various fighting styles. With a good strategy, you can beat him.
@Wonder
What do you have in mind?
As for the End-All abilities, The Devourer Arc was lust a point in time where things got out of hand. We will be settling down now, so don't flip your lids just yet.

Most uf not all characters crossed the OP line

Do... Does missing an arm count? XD
Oh and also, I'm planning on tackling some of the builds that are needed to be done in Gensokyo at around 2:00 - 2:30 PM. Anyone want to help me?
Ok, so would there be a way to short it out and have it destroy itself? Because sabotage always works. And then I would try to figure a way to have Eleos destroy those records of its existence and everyone that is related to its creation (For Eleos, I codename these sorts of missions "Operation Erasure")
And even though you had it as a one shot deal, it can still serve as a target for SCAE because it is as powerful as it is.
Also... @ Anyone that had plans for SCAE
What were the plans exactly for SCAE? I want to know so I can incorporate them into my conspiracy web for the organization, plus what plans were there for the characters/people in command of SCAE? I want to put names to the roles in my web of conspiracies.
Also what would be the end goal for everything so that I can use that to help structure SCAE's plot.
EDIT: And one more thing: I need an updated roster of everyone's characters (post your character lists or PM the list to me or something so I can incorporate them into my web)
No, that would be incredibly difficult. The gun weighs 300 pounds and is secured in a vault that only Six, Halsey, and only high-level clearance scientists know. As for the records, that would be difficult as well, considering how heavily they guard their secrets.
You see, there's four databases. One has the public stuff that aren't as well guarded. It is simple stuff, like food storage, material fabrications, etc.. Level 2 is low-level technologies, like reactors, bullet designs, etc.. Level 3 is more important stuff, like MJOLNIR armor designs, gun designs, medical technologies, etc.. The final one is VERY well guarded. It has the experimental and truly dangerous weapons and technologies that can alter the balance of power in the world, like THOR, SLEIPNIR, LAEVATEINN, GUNGNIR, PHOENIX, COLOSSUS, FAFNIR, CRONUS, and ATLAS.
The SCAE want Characters gone. They believe that only humans are meant to live on the panet, and that there is no place in the world for the Characters. Characters are a plague on Humanity that will only use their abilities to conquer humans. Their end goal is to create a Character-free world, but the leader wants to become a Character himself, once all the Characters are gone and rule over everyone. (typical conquer the world plot.)
The leader has a god complex, the scientists do inhumane experiments, their army is merciless and has an elite force with prototype Character powers, and they will resort to blackmail, attacking while somebody is asleep, etc.
I'll have John's profile to you in a moment. It's not done yet though.
There must be a way to exploit this. In the only MGS game I've played (the remake of Snake Eater on the 3DS) Snake got in to the main base impersonating Raikov, the second in command to Volgin. I would think a similar means would be able, of course with a lot of preparation and a very tedious execution of the plan would be in order (every movie with a similar scenario comes to mind)
Second: even though SCAE would try to capture the secrets, Eleos would most likely destroy them instead and make the excuse that he couldn't capture them (even though he made no attempt to do so.)
And I had the perfect thing that would explain Eleos's philosophy here... I forgot it already =w=. Basically if I remember it, it would explain why he would choose to do that.
Third: the weight of the weapon doesn't really matter when you're sabotaging its systems :P He would just try to either A) crack it open and rewire it or B) use some special explosive to destroy it completely.
The LAEVATEINN works of giving particles charges right. What if those particles can't hold a charge. They can only be neutral. Thinking as Nobodies are neither darkness(negative) or light(positive) that would kind of make sense.
Born in the light.
Molded in the dark.Never Forget,
Keep Fighting.
Don't Forget.
Always, somewhere,
someone is fighting for you.
As long as you remember her,
you are not alone.
Because of Xehanort teleporting a B.O.W. into the Labs, they would have upped their security with auto turrets. As for impersonating someone, you will need an eyeball and the code to the vault. You would also need to know where the database and the vault are. They don't let just anyone into the labs. As for the gun, what I meant was removing it from the rack. You won't be able to crack it open, due to it being on a rack. If you want to destroy it, the best course of action would be to use ungodly amounts of explosives. Remember, it's a Titanium Alloy, the kind they use on MJOLNIR armor, the kind that can survive orbital drops at Mach 33.
What I'm trying to get at is that it's much easier said than done. It won't really be as simple as walking in with a mask and security code. It would be the equivalent of sneaking into Organization XIII's base, possibly worse, due to the security footage and turrets.
So I guess I won't be the person controlling SCAE? That's what it seems like.
@Katrix
Ok, now that actually makes sense. I can understand that. If that's the case, then yes, the LAEVATEINN would not work on them. Best case scenario, it might kill them from the radiation of the laser, but it wouldn't be worth using at that point.
In the end, conventional weaponry would be more efficient.
