[OOC Board] - All the World's a Game

Finally! On Elsword I got enough money to buy a new costume set for my new Eve character. Thing is the costume set I bought was one of the new costume sets. The Bad Girl (Teal version) costume set:


(The blue one is the one I bought. With the perks I chose for each piece of the set after buying I now get about 400-500+ attack speed, and some reduced damage.)


I also got a weapon accessory that increases my attack speed slightly...


Why do I even brag about this stuff? It seems pointless...

Well, I wouldn't say pointless. We do many things that are pointless, like playing video games, or watching television. They are pointless, but we find enjoyment in them. Stories have more impact because you are sharing experiences with others.

The same thing applies here. You like talking about your experiences, and we lend an open ear to you. Nothing bad about that. :p

I actually had a Touhou influenced dream once...
It then became Kiara's backstory "Shattered Ice Flower"
...though the dream itself had a more...uh...
.....................ok lets just say I had to remove things that were derived from the dark side of my mind in order to make it pure enough to be a part of Eternal Galaxy.

Oh, the subconscious is such a strange, random thing that likes to raise hell for the conscious mind. Wouldn't you say? :p

Either way I love Eve's Code: Exotic class.

Her new combos as the Code: Exotic are quite simple, yet kind of destructive...

For example her dash combo involves Eve summoning out two small spears to impale the target then ends the combo with three larger spears (though it looks like 4 when executed) to strike the target and knock them back a fair bit. It's easy to do large chains of this combo if you have a high enough attack speed.

Not only that but I like the Explosion Impact skill she has.

Explosion Impact:
Eve creates a Nasod Whip made of multiple Moby drones and swings it upwards, launching any targets it hits. She then whips forward, catching targets she fling earlier and detonates the whip, causing a quick chain of explosions to deal heavy damage.


It's actually quite damaging, especially if the enemy is large enough to be hit by all explosions. Even then any enemy that is caught in the whip will probably be dragged toward you as they get hit by the repeated explosions. It's awesome if you get a large line of enemies together then perform the skill.


Then there is her Junk Break skill...

Not only that, but her advancement Code: Nemesis also looks pretty deadly.

With skills ranging from summoning a large spear, to a large machine gun...

It's basically like Eve's yelling "I NEED MORE GUNS!!!"
Also... just read the description for Code: Exotic and the Code: Nemesis classes... it makes the classes seem all the more epic.

Code: Exotic
Eve continues to follow the red-haired boy, but it soon becomes a challenge. The enemies only get tougher the further she travels and she has nearly reached her limit. Eve is no combat unit and her controlled battle units, Moby and Reby, are nearing the threshold as well. A hidden code that is yet to be activated lies deep within the structure of her programming. The code 'Exotic' was used to initiate a destructive battle type unit during the ancient war. However, the war was short-lived and it was left incomplete. The risk of activating the code is high as the outcome is unknown. One day, Eve becomes desperate for power and activates the code. The queen of destruction arises.

Code: Nemesis:
Becoming faster, stronger, Battle Code Exotic began to develop. Eve had fought many infected Nasod and devils, but sought more power. The code needed to be changed for her to become more efficient in using more ancient Nasod weapons. Summoning a large arsenal of enchanted weaponry, the Goddess of Justice will overwhelm all her opponents!

You know, I've been thinking, if Eve and Cortana meet, Cortana might be able to help her unlock her codes.

Cortana would be able to enter Eve's mind and "flip some switches", allowing Eve to have that extra programming.

Just an idea.

Yea that could probably happen in Cucoo's RP where I have introduced basic class Eve. Allowing her to grow throughout the RP.

One problem though... would it even be wise to activate some of the codes like the Code: Exotic. I mean it even says that "the outcome is unknown" which gave me an idea for Cucoo's RP.

Like say Cortana and Eve got separated from Hajime and John some how, and had to survive until they find them or vice versa. Eve would probably be overwhelmed and as a last resort Cortana helps Eve activate the Code: Exotic. Causing Eve to become more powerful, yet also slowly start losing control due to the sheer power until Cortana would find a way to limit it (which wouldn't take too long because of Cortana's computational abilities. Even then I imagine that it would take some time to reprogram Eve's Code: Exotic in Cucoo's RP due to how ancient Eve is. It would probably take Eve only a few minutes. At most probably 10 minutes, but during that time I imagine an unrestricted Eve Code: Exotic going absolutely berserk and wrecking anything that tries to stop her until Cortana can limit the Code: Exotic.)

That's just an idea I just had.
