BTW here is a cool video of Chung. It was his trailer for when he was first released.
It's a cool little video and is a... okay example of what he can be capable of... I guess... I wish it was longer... Also please note that Chung's Berserk mode that appeared in the video was actually his Iron Paladin class Berserk Mode.

Let's look at his bio shall we?
Members of the Seiker family are known protectors of the Hamel City, the capital of the Senace Kingdom. It is to this name that Chung was born. Widely known as Prince Seiker, Chung was trained for combat from his early years. When the Senace Kingdom came under attack, Chung's father, Helputt, devoted himself to defending it. Unfortunately, the demons had possessed him, causing him to lose all control of his own body, and the noble fighter unwittingly came to lead the enemies to attack Hamel. The Prince tried to stop his father, but got seriously wounded by him.
With the help of Elsword and his friends, Chung escapes the battlefield and is on the way to recovering from his wounds. Meanwhile, most parts of the Senace Kingdom are now occupied by the demons. He then decides to leave Hamel to the Red Knights and go with Elsword to train and become stronger than ever. He swears to himself that he will not use the Seiker name and will call himself Chung until he returns to save Hamel and take the Water El back from the demons.
Pretty prevalent in this character trait is that he suffers from mental breakdown as time progresses. So, someone with enough emotional stability to help him through his meltdown...

Chung is also technically 18 in the RP since he has been in the real world for about 2 years or so like other characters. So... yea... there's that. Also please note that he is a Tactical Trooper currently, though I might make it to where by the time the sequel starts he would have already made a change to the Deadly Chaser class after deciding that his Destroyer, and Disfrozen Portal won't be enough on it's own to get him through many battles. He will still have his Tactical Trooper brand Destroyer and Disfrozen portal, but he will also have the Deadly Chaser's armor, hairstyle, and Silver Shooter revolvers. Though I don't think that would matter much except he might be a bit stronger emotionally. Maybe not, but still.
