Here I'll give you the current status report by characters:
Yuuka - Regenerating lost energy in Garden of the Sun
John - Reading "Danmaku for ⑨s"
Renamon - Sitting on a window frame, watching the outside.
X - Recovery complete. Possibly eating clam chowder.
Aqua - Hakurei Shrine, with Terra, resealing the shrine. Planning on having a team of Neo-Yakuza Characters duke it out with Aqua/Terra/Reimu.
Nitori - Observing Zero
Zero - Battling Blitzcrank in virtual world.
Mima - Fighting Red Eye
Raven - In Paris
Overmind - om nom nom

By storyline:
Main party - Cannot advance until Aqua finishes rebuilding Hakurei Barrier.
Nitori storyline - Zero needs to finish battling.

I'm out of the rut. I basically wrote a whole book on using Danmaku.

I would say X is actually alone somewhere just thinking of all the things happening lately. Probably wanting to be alone.
