"Hm.", John uttered as he nodded at Dante, acknowledging him, but seeming like he was in his own little world.
At this moment, John was already coming up with a plan to revive Yukari, Yuuka, Ran, Meiling, and Aya. He was going to prepare for the Auditor. He was going to call in favors from the Kappa for nuclear bombs, some of the Hermits for advanced CQC and energy manipulation, Rumia for extensive training in Darkness magic, Patchouli for her books on reality warpers and various training manuals, and Isaac for upgrades. He would then create powerful Spellcards to use against the Auditor and put himself through extensive physical training. John didn't care how hard or how dangerous the task would be, he was going to give them a second chance to live.

"You are planning on reviving them too, right?" Nera asked John with a mather-of-factly tone
"Renamon is actually planning on crossing the boundary to search for the souls wether they are in heaven, hell or any other place, we are thinking of other ideas like getting the chance to speak with god level pokemon called Mew and Arceus, if you have other ideas, you can share it with us after the funeral" the jackal said looking at him
Have you ever crossed the line between sanity and madness? You would be amazed by what lies beyond the fog..
Human Village - Gensokyo "Ladies and gentlemen..." Keine began. "Today, we inaugurate the day of our victory over the Devourer and his wretched Nucleoid army."
Much cheering went on.
"However, our victory did not come free... many lives were lost."
The crowd went silent.
"Before we bury the lost... is there anyone who would like to say a word...?"
"... Alright. Today... Today we did well... But not well enough to ensure everyone's safety. But... Think of this. This is not as bad... As it would seem. It may come out as heartless, but be grateful we're still alive... Because we can keep fighting... We can keep fighting got our friends... Our families... Our loved ones. We have suffered much, but be grateful that we're still alive... Because right now... We're the only ones who can carry on the fight... Because... It's not over yet... It may never be over yet... Because we have only met one of many like the devourer. This fight is over... But the war for survival... Shall wage on for as long as we may live."
Yuyuko then looked up. "... And in that time... We may lose more... But pray to the stars... That we never give up hope... Thank you..."

Dr. Light coughed as he prepared his little speech.
"Hello everyone. My name is Thomas Light. Father and creator of Mega Man, and X. When I first heard of this war from an old friend of mine recently I immediately came here to assist everyone. When I heard that X was here I was a bit hesitant to let him go and fight... in fear of losing my son... I did not wish for him to fight, and I'm pretty sure none of you wished for your friends to get in harms way... X though refused... he told me he wanted to fight. Not just because the Earth was at stake, but also because the lives of his friends... people he considered as family were also in danger. He had someone he wanted to protect. He told me that he will continue to fight to protect those he cares for... those he love. We should follow that example. We shall continue to fight in this never ending war against those that are evil... to protect the innocent... our friends... even our family. As long as we do that... as long as we live to protect those we care for then we should all be a little happier... right? We will not forget those who died today. In fact we will continue to remember them for who they were. They were people who died protecting the people the world... they died protecting those they loved..." Said Dr. Light as he looked up at everyone. "Isn't that what's most important in life?" He said as he kindly went back to his original spot next to Mega Man and X.
John was not a man of many words, and he never claimed to be good at speeches, but the least he could do was speak from the heart.
After a moment of silence, John started.
"Tonight, we all die a little bit... tonight, we lost people that can never be replaced, and in the wake of their deaths, our experiences with them are all we have left. Those lost were truly special, unique. They enriched our lives and made us see another aspect of the world that wouldn't be visible otherwise. They made us laugh... they made us... feel..., John said, getting slightly choked up at the last word.
After pausing for a moment to regain his calm composure, John continued his speech.
"... I have seen many people die to protect what they believe in, what they care about. Everyone that has died here today,.. died... to protect what they cared about. They fought and died to protect their home and everyone in it. They died to ensure that we could live to see another day... They died because they believed that we deserved to live..... In my entire life as a Spartan, I have seen countless people that I held dear, die... It never truly gets easier as each death occurs, but... we Spartans have a saying;... 'Spartans never die, they're just missing in action.' We all knew that it wasn't true, but.. it gave us hope, hope that we would one day see them again, either in this life or the next. Yes, tonight, a little piece of us dies along with those lost, but in the end, they are not permanently gone, they have just simply moved on.", John said in a calm, yet saddened tone.
