[IC] - All the World's a Game

He said as he flew off. All the other Robot Masters waved goodbye to the 3 Spartan's. They had a wonderful time playing with Jack and Daniel. They are indeed worthy opponents.

Ancient City

Jack, Daniel, and Six all headed towards the exit of the Ancient City and waited for the other Spartans to arrive.

"This is Spartan-B312. Time to go home, Spartans.", Six said via his onboard communicator.

Right before they all left, Six instructed one of the Spartans to stay behind for Gerard. When Gerard was ready, the Spartan would escort him to a Pelican, and they would fly back to London.

After a couple of minutes, All of the remaining Spartans boarded their Pelicans and left Gensokyo...







Medical Ward - Prometheus Labs - London

Thanks to Claire, many of the more heavily injured Spartans were healed and ready for duty. She even managed to help doctors save a Spartan from death.

As soon as Claire was finished helping everyone in the medical ward, an announcement was heard over the intercom.

"Attention, Spartans are returning from high-priority mission. 10 KIAs reported, no MIA Spartans.", the voice on the intercom said.





Sector 4 - Prometheus Labs - London

After the debriefing and dinner, Thomas-079 gave Chris a tour of the labs, telling him about all of the facilities and technology at their disposal.

After the tour, an announcement was heard over the intercom.

"Attention, Spartans are returning from high-priority mission. 10 KIAs reported, no MIA Spartans.", the voice on the intercom said.

"You hear that? Let's go check it out.", Thomas said as he walked towards the Hanger.

As soon as the announcement was heard Chris followed Thomas to the Hangar. While Claire immediately stopped to go the hangar to see if Six is with them.

Shortly after both Chris and Claire made it to the hangar. Where they wait for the Spartan's to return.

After 5 minutes of waiting, all of the Spartans returned home and landed in the Hanger.

Jack and Daniel were talking about their fights back in Gensokyo as they exited the Pelican, while Six grabbed his LAEVATEINN and began to walk out of the Pelican.

It had occurred to Six that Claire like him, but didn't even know what he looked like. At this realization, Six decided to remove his helmet and let Chris and Claire see his face instead of the helmet. Six then walked out of the Pelican, ready to greet Chris and Claire, face-to-face.

When Six stepped out of the Pelican Chris and Claire looked at him...

For the first time they were able to see Six without his helmet... Chris was surprised, while Claire was... also surprised. The only way they recognized him was by his armor.

Claire immediately ran up to Six and hugged him, despite him carrying the LAEVATEINN. Chris casually walked up to Six and gave him a salute.
"Welcome back Six."

Six held the LAEVATEINN with his left hand as he hugged Claire with his right.

"Good to be back.", Six said to Chris after the hug ended.

"Told you I'd come back, didn't I?", Six said as he smiled at Claire.



Jack and Daniel were watching Six as he was welcomed back.

"Forming relationships? That is not acceptable for a Spartan.", Jack said in his usual emotionless tone.

"You say that like Spartans aren't human.", Daniel calmly said to Jack.

"It has nothing to do with that. Relationships make a Spartan weak. It gives Spartans a weakness that can be exploited...", Jack said to Daniel.

Daniel simply looked at Jack, then at Six and Claire. It was unusual to see Six smile that much. Both of them looked happy, as if there was nothing wrong in the world.

"Then God help anyone who tries to exploit that weakness...", Daniel replied.

"I was still worried though Six. You may have told me that, but there was no telling what would have happened out there." Replied Claire as Chris places a hand on Six's shoulder.

"Six I have something you might be interested to hear." Said Chris as Claire turns to her brother. "Don't tell me... is it that you're going to be joining the Spartan program or something?" Claire replied to her brother before Six could even respond.

Six didn't know if Chris was saying what he thought he was saying, but either way, Six was surprised by the possibility that Chris might be a Spartan.

"What? Is that true?", Six asked Chris.

Chris sighed, but not in an annoyed way at how Claire pretty much what he was thinking. It sounded more of a "you've done it again" kind of sigh. Either way Chris turned to Six and chuckled.

"Yep. I'm joining the Spartan program by recommendation. After I ran a mission to destroy the nearby Neo-Yakuza base with a few other Spartan's. Afterwards the squad leader recommended that I should take part in the program. So I agreed... what are your thoughts on it?" Chris said as Claire looks at Six then back to her brother. "Personally I'm okay with it. Chris does seem to be ready for the program right?"

"Well, I'd say you're very qualified. I'm actually a little surprised because you'll be the very first Character to become a Spartan super-soldier. There's honestly no telling what might happen. Your natural Character abilities could amplify the Spartan Augmentations to new levels. You might turn out like a Spartan-II.", Six said to Chris.

"Of course, that means I'll be your boss... Don't expect any special treatment.", Six jokingly said.
