I'm merely trying to be creative with his ability to enhance motion.
Some of it might be stretching it, but he is staying within the bound of his abilities.
He's mimicking wind magic, but he's using a different method. He alters the air molecule's vibrations and makes them slow on the "vibe" away phase, and speeds up their "vibe" towards phase, allowing him to move and compact them, thus allowing him to imitate wind magic.
I might be pushing it, but Sidna leaves him little choice.:p
Besides, it took a lot out of him to do all that he just did.
Then she simply affects the air that IS within her range. Eventually she will reach the air he is breathing in. Also last I checked, Sidna mimics other magic types all the time.

She mimics them. That's not the same as using them. And no, eventually she will not reach the air he is breathing unless she is within range of him.

Okay, so in the future, Jason can not do what he just did, but he is able to something similar, like speeding up the molecules that are already moving towards an enemy.

Precisely. Refer to how Phenom manipulated the rain or how he had to throw stones before accelerating them.

Why not? If Sidna takes away A, B have to take it's place. C then have to take B's place and so on. If Sidna then takes away B, C have to take it's place, D have to take C's place. This continues until the air around Jason becomes thinner and thinner from filling up the repetitious holes Sidna makes. Of course there will eventually come new air to Jason, but that takes time. It's much easier to picture a sea of water(the air) and a boat(Jason). Sidna then removes a large portion of water somewhat in front of the boat. This will result in the water around the boat to got to the hole. There is now a little bit less water around the boat. Sidna then removes the water again that moment that there enters water into her area.
It's a stubborn process as if she were to take away all the air around Jason for as long as she want she will have to pretty much drain all the air in Aeterna, but to temporarily (a few seconds) reduce the amount of air in the area is much easier.

Because then it becomes an endless cycle and suddenly you're creating a black hole and suddenly you're suffocating the entire world.
Usually when it comes to stuff like this, the person running the RP has final say, and you know what my final say is?
WHEN IT REACHES A CERTAIN POINT, THE SPELL HAS NO MORE EFFECT.
Also: There's a difference between water DISPLACEMENT and air REPLACEMENT
