Let me put it like this. You have numerous levels of injury

Hurt - cuts and scrapes and singes, little stuff they can walk off
Moderately Hurt - Wind knocked out of them, bruised, deep cut, slight burns
Seriously Hurt - Nearly knocked out from an impact, dazed, broken or heavily injured(but not quite broken) bones/other body parts, Moderate burns
Critically Injured - Limbs/Digits are being lost, Multiple Broken Bones, Heavy Bruising, can't fight any longer until rested, Heavy burning skin may or may not be gone.
Mortally Wounded - Not quite dead, but you're going to be eventually. You're bleeding out for one reason or another or you've had a vital organ irreparably damaged. Time to write your last Will and Testament
Dead - You are dead.

Secondary Weapon: Hidden water Blades in sleeves and pockets, just in case, her manipulation of water keeps the water in shape, she can also hide it as a puddle on the floor, can 'refill' blades with a water source

Other Equipment: A vial of pills hidden in her body for her asthma, and also a vial of poison which she can manipulate. She has a black cat by the name of Hyo

History/personality: She was raised as Seelisch's adopted daughter, her past is unknown. Wants revenge on Tyruss as Seelisch dream was to create a Utopia. Well skilled with Electronics, a very powerful water magician. She has a screw loose somewhere, making her emotionally unstable, sadistic and very very violent, but on the plus side, she is quite smart for someone who is 15 years old with a photographic memory. This is because she has split personalities, one side being a very smart person, civilised and 'normal', the other being a psychopathic, murderous, primal, sadistic perfect killing machine, balancing both attack and defense .. She's considered normal if there is a cat. It keeps her calm. If there is no cat around, and you disturb her for no apparent reason, SHE WILL KILL YOU WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT, unless you really have a really good reason, if not, START RUNNING. Sometimes, she has urges to kill stuff for no apparent reason, she just likes the feeling of how easy life is taken away She likes being alone, except around her adopted father, she loves Seelisch alot.
Before the hacking, Pandre was Seelisch secret, after failing to have children. Pandre was one of the very few beta testers for the Hive. In the Hive, she could kill and hunt without being disturbed. To curb her insanity outside and inside the Hive, Seelisch gave her Hyo for her tenth birthday. Hyo sometimes could restrain Pandre, but sometimes when she was pushed to the edge, she will snap.
After the Hive got hacked, Pandre moved to Adhibe and faked her identity. She now lives in a hidden cove which can only be reached during low tide or by manipulating the sea. She joined one of the many thieves guild in Adhibe, and has grown very skilled in stealing, burglarizing and assassinating. She waits for the day when she can finally get revenge on Tyruss, even when she's very young.

Appearance: She looks very sweet and angelic, using her looks to manipulate you. Her normal attire is a black hooded cloak, around a white dress. At night, she swaps it for a black pants and long sleeved shirt, making her a perfect night assassin. She prefers to go around barefooted. Her hair is raven black, often tied into a ponytail, has very black eyes that contrast with her pale skin. She has a leather strap around her waist, with a leather scabbard for her dagger and some other stuff.

Strengths: Skilled manipulation of water, even manipulating objects by affecting the water in them, and absorbing water from the air. She is a strategist, planning a few steps ahead of her target.

Weaknesses: Difficult to remain sane, will often lash out in insanity... Fire and the occasional asthma attack, which can be prevented by her medication
