It's just that only certain towns/cities have pre-schooling facilities. My town had 3. A kindergarten/preschool, a "nursery" (an on-school location to teach the underaged), and a "reception" (another on-school site to teach those who intend to start school soon). If you lived where I did and your parents were considerate enough, you would have 3 EXTRA years of education near the beginning of your life. "No preschools", my ass.

So before you go representing our country, know that I TOO live here. And, by Tsukuyomi, I at least try to make Britain look welcoming. Unlike some people.

As DBZ teaches us the louder you scream the more powerful you become. To be a god you have to go into a public area full of people and scream louder than anyone else. Do that and you'll become a god in no time.

Some other tings you can try to help speed up the process are as follows.

Walk around without a shirt. Puff out your chest. Suck in your gut. Make a mean looking face and keep that look everywhere you go no matter what you are doing. Break things for no reason. Post your phone number and mailing address on 4chan. put your computer in a microwave and turn it on for 5 minutes. Play touhou on lunatic mode. Drop the soap. Walk into any randome bar and punch the biggest guy there.

If all else fails go into any church of any religion on a Sunday, push the speaker out of the way and scream I AM GOD I AM GOD I AM GOD into the microphone. I promise you it won't piss anymore off.
