You don't know my pains in RTY 1... Almost everyone I knew on that server found Cirno. Except me! The one who so desperately wanted to slay her could not find her yet so many others would accidentally stumble upon her.

When did I say that. I've long ago said that I found out that's not true. Cirno needs there to 1. be a Ice/Cold biome where she spawns. 2.There needs to be snow on the ground. 3. There needs to be a ice lake near where she spawns.

No wonder nobody has found her yet with such specific spawning conditions.
Well, now I know what area to look for.
