The rank definitions seen in This Thread have been updated. Check thread for details. While all staff definitions were rewritten, the most notable change is the addition of :titles:. Particularly, we now have a :Lead Youkai Builder: title within the builder rank.
The three :Lead Youkai Builder: are Cyros_Lugoth, KokoNuttz and nuclearblt.
Congratulations on your titles!
The :Lead Youkai Builder: title is given to those who are designated as the "heads" of the builder rank. These builders are generally willing to go the extra mile to organize and head large-scale projects for Gensokyo.

Staff already had a very long and drawn out discussion over this topic. The leaders are not leaders of specific builds, they're the leaders of builders overall.

I may lead a build (Makai and SDM Gardens) but I don't lead builders. There's a difference.
