He used Blender 3D to model it and then used something else to translate that into minecraft.

Tbh I was not expecting the translation from the model to look that good. That is impressive.

He used World Machine, not blender.

I mean, it's possible to use blender but that would be too time consuming and would be a lot of effort. Plus the textures and such :3
