so.... WHY did yuuka ask for it to be increased by 30 blocks? what is that space to be put to use for?

and what are the latest decision for the use of the levels?
b1: rooms
b2:?
b3:?
b4: hot springs
further levels due to the extra 30 blocks?

I was asking that myself, for i dont ever remember saying such a thing, i do remember saying that we might have to dig a few lower but thats about it

b1: This is the floor ABOVE the grand plaza;
b2: Rooms
b3: Shops
b4: ?
b5: Hot Springs

I'm only naming B1 the floor above the grand plaza, because it's consistent.
You get to the Grand Plaza from the main entrance by going to B1 (the farms), then to (B2) the rooms and walk a bit in B2.
