If you can rename individual blocks, you could go into someone's chests and name every item they have to write a secret message! Or grief the living Hakurei Amulets out of them. One of the two.

This would rather make it hard to distinguish items for people that are either using other texture packs or are unfamiliar with all of the Touhou items. Cool idea nonetheless, unless you could have the option to turn it off and on at will.

It'd prolly work better as part of that Texture you may make, Remi. I know Scooter was able to change the names with the English language.
