Make entity ride you via saddle+crouch

Basically, title.

I can implement a function where if you crouch and right click a mob (other than a player) with saddle in hand, the mob you right clicked on will ride you.
I'll obviously add checks to make sure you don't have hostile mobs ride you.

EchoPet basically rewrites NMS classes from ground-up and inserts them into the server :/
All I want to do here is just have things sit on your head. Not have pets.
