I believe that you can use @<player> or /whisper <player> now, instead of /tell and /msg.
So that part has already (sorta) been fixed, I guess?

That opinion can be quite different for some people.
I've heard from Nazrin (at least, I think I heard it from him) that the Prism notifications (like: "<Person> may be using an X-ray thing") are displayed with that exact same color.
Maybe Tenko can change the color of the /tell messages to another color that isn't used yet?

I want them to test the permission file out :x
But I can slap the permissions into every group if you want; it just gets tedious trying to manage perissions.
