Here is the entire list of characters. The ones with some information after the colon for the respective character denotes that that character is ready to have suggestions provided. Please ignore the names that proceed the characters, that it used for something else entirely.

NPCs use the data extracted from existing accounts, therefore a person has to have both a relevant name as well as the skin of a Touhou character.

For NPC creation we need both a Minecraft account name and skin of the respective character for it to work. There is no way to get around this problem without use of third-party software, which is generally left best alone.
