I want to say like what wise old men watching power hungry fools would think...

Ok, so they don't really like the CoV, but they keep the lower class happy, so they have their purpose.

How does the CoV think about the CoT?

The CoT surprisingly just dismisses the CoV (Council of Venturia...going to call the religious council that for now.)

The nobles don't do anything outright against the CoV because the lower classes hold it in high regards. It wouldn't help them to get rid of it.

I guess that also tells us what the Council of Twelve is in charge of.

Is there any animosity or tenting between the two councils? If so, how does it manifest itself?

...not much. Don't have anything particular, but I can say that compared to the Council of Twelve, their power on deciding what to do on certain matters is nearly non-existent.

    True.

Okay, so this religious council... what are they in charge of?

Possibly. Proof of Venturia is plentiful and the connection between her and the Gaia computer would be known. Since the Prometheos were the ones to discover the Gaia computer, there could be ties felt by some to Venturia.

    Ahh, I see now.

At first, I thought we were only talking about the Arcains.

Anyways, do the Prometheos believe the same thing the Arcains do, and even if so, would the Arcains allow it, considering the tension between the two races? That would decide whether or not there would be Prometheos in the religious council.

    Nobility is Prometheos only
The Council of Twelve consists of nobility.
The Religious Council might consist of some Arcains and Prometheos. Still debating...

Aion becomes a part of the Arcain council? Isn't he Prometheo?

Well the nobles have their council, which is used to make decisions. I was thinking there were twelve nobles and thus it would be the council of twelve. Aion becomes a part of it.

Ok, so I think we covered their class system, right?

    What about the government itself?

That could be a difference. Definitely would make sense since the latter would consider it a gift of Venturia.

    Ahh, I see.

So the nobles want to tap into the secrets and power of the GAIA computer, while the religious group wants to preserve it, right?

Nothing particular... Save for something to do with the Gaia Computer...
