It's actually a bunch of mods all working together, and it's not the easiest thing to install, but here is the shader itself at least. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30936/?

The race mod i used is no longer available but everything else is still in tact. The problem was the race i'm using has nude textures if you remove the armor instead of underwear, and the website where it was formerly hosted no longer allows it.
That being said i could upload it for you but you would need a few more things to get it working and looking the way i had it then. The hair, outfit and voice are not included with the race mod. But anyway now that i've got some experiance with modding under my belt i'm more than happy to help you guys. (just don't expect me to be an all knowing being about skyrim mods cause i assure you i'm not)
