I'm amazed no one thought of Blastoise for Nitori. It covers both the turtle aspect and the tech aspect.
Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
Hina: Murkrow It is said to bring misfotune to people who see it at night.
Akyuu: Hoothoot It marks time perfectly. Might be good for Akyuu's writings if she has an accurate time.
Sekibanki or Kogasa: Misdreavus For Kogasa, it scares people, which might be good for Seki as well. THe main reason for Seki would be that it's pretty much just a head isn't it?
Sakuya: Pawniard It has knives for hands and they follow a leader. Enough said.

I was thinking Murkrow's bad luckiness would be good for someone. Can't believe Hina wasn't the first thing to come to mind. ^_^;
Hoothoot and Akyuu kind of seem like they'd get along. But I don't think her encyclopedias have deadlines. ^.^
Sekibanki is the TH14 girl, yeah? Misdreavus acting as a floating head seems funny, and I think Duskull can pull that off too.
This one though... Pawniard do follow a leader, but it's more of a gang thing than a Master-Servant relationship. Although the only other knife-like Pokémon I can think of is Skarmory, which isn't too much friendlier. -__-
EDIT: Added Utsuho and Cirno teams to the first post.

Well, Sakuya could use some helpers to make a "point" to the fairy maids. On another note..
Rumia: Gulpin They both eat. A lot. And Rumia could feed Gulpin her leftovers, since Gulpin's stomach can digest anything.
Tenshi: Castform Tenshi affected the weather in SWR, so why not have the weather pokemon?
Momiji: Bastidon A good offense needs a good defense.
Kokoro: Duskull Kokoro uses masks to show her emotions, why not have the one pokemon who wears a mask?
Kasen: Accelgor Sort of iffy on this one, but I sorta thought it would be a good representation of Kasen's arm, since it looks quite similar and they are both quite fast.

I still think Misdreavus makes a better flying head.

I don't know if Gulpin would like to eat Rumia's leftovers. ^_^ But I was looking for an "eater" Pokémon.
Tenshi's built up a number of suggestions now. Guess that means it's about time to work through them and put a thingie together.
I think that puts Momiji at Mightyena - "wolf" Escavalier - "Sword" Bastiodon - "Shield" Sounding pretty snazzy.
Wakasagi is a mermaid so I was thinking Gorebyss myself. I don't want to pile too many fish on her though. So I think we should learn more about her personality and pick some for that.
Same for Seki. She's gotta be more than just a head-throwing girl. ^.^ What is their dialog like in-game. (I can't read Japanese for butt.)
