Not total freedom. Reasonable freedom. I'm not detailing the entirety of Heaven when my characters arent the ones exploring it.

Additionally: Here's some information on all of the Guardian Angels of Heaven. Appearances will come later.

Guardian Angel I:
Rank/Name: Colonel Michael Valli
Gender: Male
Place of Birth: Boston, Massachusetts
Age: 50
Abilities: Fully Prosthetic Body, Highly Adaptive to multiple situations, Abnormal Strength, Speed, Reaction Time and Information Processing Rates.
Bio: The only Guardian Angel of the Modern Era without a latent special ability, Micheal Valli became a Guardian Angel after partaking in a super-soldier project that involved replacing every part of the body except for the brain with mechanical/prosthetic parts. Valli is literally Full-Cyborg. He is the third oldest Guardian Angel by Age, and the Longest-Serving-As Guardian Angel of the modern Era.
Notes:One of the more patient Guardian Angels. Only Guardian Angel that accomplishes assignments faster, and with fewer unnecessary kills, than Phenom.

Guardian Angel II:
Rank/Name: Captain 不鮮明 貞子 (Fusenmei Sadako)
Gender: Female
Place of Birth: Nanao, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan
Age: 29
Abilities: Looking directly at her face causes vision to be blurred
Bio: The illegitimate child of a Yakuza boss and a Prostitute, Sadako's life was rough from the very beginning. Her father was completely unaware of her existence for his entire life, and her mother suffered depression from the mental effects of her work and the fact that she could never see her own daughter's face. Sadako took up swordplay, originally, as a hobby to vent her frustrations while growing up. She was eventually scouted and taken in by an Angel who presented Sadako with a form-fitting mask that made seeing her face and features possible. Sadako soon joined GaHDD under the tutelage of Valli, turning her curse into a blessing, and her honing her swordplay to perfection.
Notes: Sadako carries a High-Frequency Katana with her everywhere she goes. When she fights, she removes her mask to give herself an advantage in combat. She is often deployed as a direct bodyguard to her Charges, which is atypical for Guardian Angels.

Guardian Angel III:
Rank/Name: Lieutenant Colonel Metkiy Strelok
Gender: Male
Place of Birth: Kiev, Ukraine
Age: 72
Abilities: Sees the world in equations.
Bio: Metkiy was born into a Russian diplomatic family that worked out of the Russian Embassy to Ukraine. When his family finally moved back to Russia, Metkiy spent most of his time hunting with his father. One day, his father awoke to his son's desperate cries for help. At the age of 15, Metkiy's vision had become riddled with equations that made up the world. The story quickly spread throughout the world, and a GaHDD operative offered to take Metkiy in, promising to help Metkiy cope with this new, strange disability. A Guardian Angel at the time taught Metkiy how to use the equations he saw to his advantage. He was turned into a weapon of brutal efficiency and pinpoint accuracy.
Notes: Metkiy is the oldest Guardian Angel of the current generation. His weapon of choice is a heavily modified long barrel .50 caliber sniper rifle. He is the only Guardian Angel assigned solely to kill targets, rather than to preserve their lives. Using his ability in tandem with his extensive sharpshooting skill, Metkiy can fire a round diagonally into a city and bounce it off multiple surfaces, striking a target on the other side of the city. Visualization of the target is executed through a HUD in his scope and GaHDD's scanner array.

Guardian Angel IV:
Rank/Name: Major Pierre Gaspard
Gender: Male
Place of Birth: Paris, France
Age: 59
Abilities: Extrasensory Perception: Foresight
Bio: Pierre is the son of one of the Lords of GaHDD, but by no means is he treated any different than the rest of the Guardian Angels. As most Lords are former Guardian Angels, who have outlived their combat capability, he inherited his Foresight from his father, and very regularly incorporates it into his fighting. Gaspard has always been a slight oddball in is operations, but remains efficient despite his shenanigans.
Notes: At the time of his Birth, his mother was on leave in Paris. Additionally, his mother is French, which accounts for his random use of French and his accent. Gaspard's weapon of choice are specialized razor wires that link to different parts of his outfit, creating a solid defence and a lethal offence. He is the second oldest Guardian Angel in the current generation

Guardian Angel V:
Rank/Name: Captain Keegan Jaegar
Gender: Male
Place of Birth: Hamburg, Germany
Age: 19
Abilities: Technopathy
Bio: Keegan is the youngest Guardian Angel of the Modern Era, a Guardian Angel that was lost during the Morkt Crisis. Born in Hamburg to a Physics professor at the local university and her Mechanic of a husband, they were both shocked, but unsurprised, when they came home to their infant son disassembling the Television with his mind. They began to seek some sort of help in understanding his ability, and took him to a hospital. There, they met a doctor, secretly an Angel, who assisted in helping Keegan control his abilities. When his parents were killed in a car accident, Keegan was brought in by GaHDD and turned into an operative until it came time to replace a late Guardian Angel by the name of Sean Williams.
Notes: Keegan is the only Guardian Angel who creates his weapons on the spot using spare parts in the area. When there are no parts around, Keegan creates a magnetic charge in the most metallic substance in the area to create a melee weapon.

Guardian Angel VI:
Rank/Name: Captain Amanda Washington
Gender: Female
Place of Birth: Las Vegas, Nevada
Age: 37
Abilities: Short Range Teleportation
Bio: Amanda is an African-American woman that was born in the wrong place at the wrong time. When Amanda was born, the entire west of North America was in unrest. By the time she was 3, a long string of riots demanding spanning nearly a decade broke out across the West. When Amanda was 4, she accidentally discovered that she could teleport when she was cornered by some rather unsavory individuals. The first time she teleported, she wound up on the roof of a nearby abandoned school. For the next few years, she practiced her teleporting so that she could do it on command. She spent the last 2 years of the riots getting into and out of trouble with local riot groups, escaping with her teleportation. When Heaven caught wind of a child who could teleport, they immediately sent a space-hopper of their own to track her down. Her shenanigans, however, spurred the rioters to attack her home. The invaders killed her parents before her eyes. As the invaders closed in on Amanda, who was frozen with fear, an elderly man wearing a black cloak materialized right before her eyes, dispatching the invaders one by one with ease. Amanda's first words to the man after she had stopped crying were "Are you God?" to which he responded "Yes."
Notes: Amanda tends to hang around Keegan often, believing herself to be a motherly figure for him. Despite the amount of time that has passed since her orphaning, Amanda still feels responsible for the death of her parents. In an act of self-shame, she constantly wears her cloak's hood up, and shrouds her face.

Guardian Angel VII:
Rank/Name:
Gender:
Place of Birth:
Age:
Abilities:
Bio:
Notes:

Guardian Angel VIII:
Rank/Name: Captain Lachesis Montgomery
Gender: Female
Place of Birth: Cincinnati, Ohio
Age: 25
Abilities: IQ >400, Extreme multitasking
Bio: Lachesis is Phenom's childhood friend. They grew up together in a community that served as a cover for surface-bound GaHDD operatives and their families, based within the city of Cincinnati, Ohio. Much like Phenom, Lachesis was also born to members of GaHDD, though her parents were technical staff. Unlike Phenom, however, her family didn't die until the Earth exploded. Being one of the most brilliant minds aboard Heaven, and the only one capable, at the time, of stopping it, she feels more than responsible for the Earth's demise. She believes that if she were faster or smarter, she would have been able to break through the lock Damon Diavolo placed on X-FA-27 before he used it to kill the Earth. She often works as Phenom's Operator when he is out on a mission.
Notes: Lachesis is the only Guardian Angel who acts as an operator to anyone, mainly Phenom. When she fights, she wields a strange contraption; two Desert Eagles tied together by a dense tether. She swings them around much like a Poi dance, creating a defensive cage that also works offensively.

Guardian Angel IX:
Rank/Name: Major Phenom Ortus
Gender: Male
Place of Birth: Cincinnati, Ohio
Age: 25
Abilities: Extreme speed, released physical limitations
Bio: DATA EXPUNGED
Notes: DATA EXPUNGED

Guardian Angel X:
Rank/Name:

Ok so i want to ask everyone on their thoughts here as a sort of status check on things.
From what I see:
Intermission is going very well and that's fine.
The main thread can continue as I mentioned so we could try and bridge the gaps.
You guys gotta help keep me updated since I can't check everything as well as I used to since I'm pressed for time.

Kris, that post is so far out of left field... For them to suddenly make their way to the Holodome when literally no Angel even knows that that is where Phenom and Bardock are except for the Lords and Lachesis... Additionally, that's not exactly how the Holodome works. Please PM me on these thigns if you have some sort of question, instead of just jumping to conclusions @_@.

Honestly, you should probably just post them exploring somewhere else, at the moment.

BLAME DOCTOR WHO!!! Please note that I will be using this as Test Character in EG Intermission, to help just make things not just more interesting, but also help test interactions between many characters among other things. Though depending on how well I can pull him off in Intermission, depends on whether or not I'll use him in the actual RP.

Name: The Doctor, also known as just "Doctor" or the Eleventh Doctor (sometimes even being called just Eleven.)

Gender: Male.

Appearance:
Spoiler

He stands at 5ft 11, and can sometimes be seen without his coat. Often times he can also sometimes be seen with various different hats (depending on what's nearby.)

Race:
Time Lord. Of which were once had one of the oldest and mightiest civilizations before the Time War in which most of the planet was sealed away in it's own pocket dimension (by all 13 Doctors) for their own protection. The Time Lord's were intelligent, knowing everything ranging from time travel to quantum physics. Technically the Time Lord's are no more, with the Doctor being one of the only few left until he releases them from their pocket dimension (of which if he can find them that is.) Though that isn't a urgent sort of deal with him right now as well... he's the Doctor. The Doctor himself though has been known to have the ability to regenerate after sustaining a fatal injury (like getting shot in the chest.) However this regeneration isn't like what you'd think. Instead of just recovering from the wound, the Doctor's entire body essentially reconstructs itself, creating a new appearance, new memories and thoughts, new personality, and new preferences.

Profession and/or Talents:
Spoiler
Time Traveller. With his "Ship" the Tardis, a ship that looks like a blue phone booth on the outside, but is nearly infinite on the inside due to quantum physics, he could literally travel to different timelines, different universes and realities, and often times finding himself in trouble. The Eleventh Doctorincarnation was a brilliant strategist, able to win the Battle of Demon's Run in only three minutes and forty two seconds (essentially being an attack on a ship in order to save one of his companions), and orchestrating the defeat of the Creevix (a race of insectoid time traveling aliens) with the aid of his previous incarnations. The Doctor was and is able to defeat many opponents despite the various tricks they tried to use, defeating them with clever ruses and well chosen words; Under the effect of the Truth Field in Christmas, the Doctor could only lie by telling half-truths, and not elaborating on the subject he was deceitful with, grinning to show an unconcerned attitude. He's also an incredibly good detective, capable of finding out the cause of certain problems in certain timelines/universes by following evidence before coming to a conclusion.

The Doctor had incredible eyesight and an eidetic memory. He could scan an entire scene and pick out tiny details that most people would miss. He encouraged others to do the same. He could also analyse objects by taste or smell.

The Doctor was exceptionally resilient and durable, capable of taking a direct shot from a low powered Dalek (essentially a race of racist aliens armed to the teeth) gunstick and have to strength to make his way to the Pandorica (a special type of prison meant for him) and secure himself inside. He's also been shown being capable of breaking free from a Cyberman's (a cyborg race with inhuman strength) grip. The Eleventh Doctor still possessed his predecessor's mechanical skills, being able to build a replacement TARDIS out of the remains of deceased TARDISes. He was also able to make a device that allowed him to swap his biology with another individual, allowing him to transport himself to Earth without the TARDIS. He is also shown to be a skilled hacker, have a good amount of knowledge about coding, and possessed a large amount of knowledge on computers.

Also because he is The Doctor (a specially assigned Time Lord given special powers, like the Doctor's regeneration), the Doctor also remembers alternate realities with not much signs of actually having gone insane because of it.

Oh and he is also shown to be able to speak with various alien races and animals (like horses and cats.)

Inventory:
Only one thing is ever in his inventory at any moment. The Sonic Screwdriver:
Spoiler

The sonic screwdriver — sometimes called the sonic — was a highly versatile tool used by the Doctor. He modified and ostensibly upgraded it over the years, giving it an increasing number of applications. Early versions were used mainly for the picking of locks and for projecting sound so as to, for example, detonate bombs. By the time of the Ninth Doctor, the sonic was able to also be used as a sophisticated scanning device, with medical applications. Subsequent incarnations gave it even wider functionality, such as the ability to hack into computers, provide geolocation and actively defend against some types of assault weapons. With the most recent version of the Sonic Screwdriver being capable of the previous mentioned functions, along with the ability to enhance a technological device (like he can improve the efficiency of a cell-phone or computer with a single use of the Sonic Screwdriver.) Though the Doctor has to get in close to an object before using it, meaning it's only really a tool that can be used in close-quarters.

Personality:
Spoiler
The Eleventh Doctor was energetic, lively, eccentric, and very alien compared to his previous incarnation. He was resourceful and quick-thinking, able to spin things to his point of view and find positive outlooks in negative situations, and, while he preferred to settle problems through negotiation rather than violence, he was more willing to result to violence when he deemed it necessary.

More childish in nature than his previous incarnations, the Doctor frequently defined himself as a "a mad man with a box", and was too childish for the psychic paper to recognize him as a "mature and responsible adult". His inner-child was most prominent when traveling with his in-laws, Amy Pond and Rory Williams, with the duo often taking a parental responsibility over him. After a bout with depression in Victorian era London, the Doctor began to behave more maturely, preparing extensively, calculating the odds and calling for help when needed, but still maintained a child-like outlook on life. Once he saved Gallifrey, he pointedly chose to stay behind and age into an old man on Trenzalore, as if unconsciously deciding to grow up.

Much like his second incarnation, the Eleventh Doctor showed a childlike recklessness, but always had a grand scheme behind his actions. He was often deceptive and manipulative: lying, habitually putting elaborate plans in place and executing them, even if the plans emotionally hurt his loved ones. He thought aloud when he was panicking or stressed. He tended to babble about what he knew about a current situation to come up with a plan, believing that he would have one when he finished talking.

This incarnation of the Doctor was very kind to and admired by children for his eccentric, tender, playful and childlike personality. He showed a great deal of compassion for children, unable to resist helping if one was upset or scared, and being greatly irritated when he found children, such as Yalala Gluck, unattended. He also showed great sympathy for those who had suffered terribly at the hands of others.

Much like his previous incarnation, the Doctor felt his age when it took him a longer time to figure things out. Because of his age, he was sometimes pessimistic, looking at the negative things about life. However, he admitted he could see the positive things with help from companions.

The Doctor was extremely impatient, needing to keep himself entertained because he'd "lose his mind out of boredom", and had a poor concept of time, doing a serious of tasks in an hour without realising the amount of time that had passed. Despite his child-like impatience, he enjoyed reading. After a growth in maturity, the Doctor's patience increased, to the extent that he eventually settled down in the town of Christmas on the planet Trenzalore for nine hundred years.

When things looked bleakest, he liked to have those around him focus on hope and survival, usually with reverse psychology and brutal honesty. When thinking about how to solve a problem, the Doctor blocked out all outside distractions, even his companions' comments. He fully expected his companions to disobey him, as most his previous ones had, and was surprised when Clara Oswald listened to his instructions. He also took a liking to people who were observant and good at making deductions, but disliked being around people who were too slow to figure things out.

Openly describing himself as "obsessive compulsive", the Doctor was known to let his curiosity over enigmas get the better of him, often putting himself and others in harms way for answers. His insistence on solving mysterious also led him to take on Amy Pond and Clara Oswald as companions.

When facing a personal problem, or when seeing a situation as too dangerous for his companions, the Doctor would demand they return to the TARDIS, or would leave them in the safest place possible. At times, he would trick them into doing so, or have someone else return them to safety for him.

(I would list more... but there is just far too much more things to list. If asked I could list them.)

Bio:
Spoiler
The Eleventh Doctor was a gauche, capricious, emotionally unpredictable and adventurous incarnation of the renegade Time Lord known as the Doctor, as well as the final incarnation of his original regeneration cycle. However, by this point in his life, his reputation had grown immense, attracting a new strain of conflicts. Wishing to withdraw from the dangers it created, he became a secretive and guileful individual for the sake of himself and those he held close. He engaged in a centuries-long struggle to the death against his enemies, including an assassination plot and a last stand against the Silence.

His multi-century war with the Silence critically involved companions Amy Pond, Rory Williams and their daughter, River Song. Ultimately, the most significant defeat of the Silence required him to marry River in a dubiously legal ceremony, but one that they both seemed to regard as genuine.

After the touch of a Weeping Angel robbed him of Amy and Rory, the Doctor retired to Victorian London and associated himself with the "Paternoster Gang". During this period, he rediscovered a woman named Clara Oswald, whom he thought had died previously in the distant future; she once again died here. Fascinated by this "impossible girl", he set off to solve the mystery of her multiple lives, and take her on as his latest travelling companion. He discovered her to be part of his time line, having entered it in order to save him from the Great Intelligence. In doing so, he revealed to her his secret incarnation, who had fought in the Time War.

With his previous incarnation, the Doctor revisited the Time War, and discovered that he and his past incarnations had actually saved the Time Lords from destruction, but lost knowledge of the event. This allowed him to cleanse his hands of a genocide he never enacted and happily accept the incarnation he once renounced.

After that he had then proceeded to travel with his dear companion Clara Oswald, but unfortunately for him currently, he had decided to travel to the Universe of EG (and current point of time in the RP), but had there were some complications. For something had happened to the TARDIS which caused him to be teleported outside of it and in a random spot in the Galaxy of the EG Universe and away from his TARDIS (with the TARDIS and his companion Clara locked inside) ending up somewhere else completely in the Eternal Galaxy.

History:
Spoiler
The Doctor" was the primary alias of a renegade Time Lord from Gallifrey who travelled through time and space with various companions in his obsolete and "borrowed" Type 40 TARDIS. He was the universe's "greatest defender", having saved the cosmos thousands of times throughout his long life, becoming a great legend across the whole universe (or at least some Universes.)

Though largely a believer in non-violent conflict resolution, he was, when absolutely necessary, a great warrior. Indeed, some civilisations in the universe (e.g. the denizens of the Gamma Forests) translated the word doctor as warrior, whilst others saw him as a compassionate benefactor, worthy of their admiration and compassion.

Although he had saved untold numbers on his travels, he was thought to have caused the deaths of billions at the conclusion to the Last Great Time War. Though most of the Daleks were killed in the crossfire, Gallifrey — disappearing, rather than being burned — was hidden thanks to the efforts of "all thirteen" of his incarnations, the first eleven of which retained no memory of the event. For his actions, the Time Lords granted him a new cycle of regenerations, allowing him to live on after using up all available regenerations in his first cycle of regenerations.

The Eleventh Doctor is currently his last and current incarnation, yet still is active in helping various people throughout the many different Universes.)

The Doctor in general has also shown a great liking to humanity, and have gone out of his way to save the human race on countless of occasions.

Currently in the RP, he is separated from his TARDIS and companion, and somewhere random in the universe (of which I per someone's request, I will send him to said location as his starting location.)

@sus
Unfortunately for you I know quite a bit about how the Doctor operates (specifically 9th and 10th, but they keep similarities throughout.)

Which means I know that he would definitely both see eye-to-eye with Aion and would be at odds with him since, well, Aion is kinda letting the Void have its way.

I know what could break with the Doctor introduced.
And I look forward to seeing if you realize what that will do and what that means you'll have to do so as to play him out to his full potential.

Also do realize that a past incarnation of the Doctor did deal with something very similar to what the Unknown is. I can't recall what it was but it was brought to my attention before.

So I hope you realize what you're actually getting yourself into with him, because I accept your app.

@Cucoo

I know what I'm getting myself into with his app. I really am. In fact it was why I've been hesitant. Besides I do have the help of not just S1, but others that will be willing to help me with him. So thanks, and I am fully aware of what I am getting myself into.
