Ok so I dropped in the first part of the chapter.

For the Palace, anyone can notice that something is happening. From suddenly detecting the power usage to the fact that the "border" patrols are not making as much an attempt to hide and are rushing to the lower levels.

Next chapter I work with Nevaraas, which to Venturians is H-BP04
