now that I think about it, sort of.
The reason they're playing nice is two things: They know they need each other to win.
Remember how I said that the Iupiter Class Cruisers are the measure for deciding the war?
The three divisions: Alpha, Beta, and Delta have, together, 3 Iupiter Class Cruisers
Noble Guardian Order: 3 Iupiter Class Cruisers
The Guardians: 2 Iupiter Class Cruisers
Right now it's VR vs NGO where it's 3 vs 3
if the Guardian's joined either side, the scales would be tipped in the favor of whoever they join.
If Alpha, Beta, and Delta do not work together, they would be at a disadvantage.

Aye, It's starting to get into the part of the story where things start to get exciting as things are heading more into the gullet of the War of Eternity.
This first section was like the calm before the storm.
and speaking of weather...
Classes for me have been canceled for the past two days here almost.
Wind chill makes it feel like -30oF So they're canceling again until 5 PM EST.

Anyway one nice big opening post for chapter 6 in EG.
This is one of the more important things. If you don't read that post, things will get confusing.
Good thing I'm thinking of having Aion at the end of each section go through a thought process where he analyzes things that happen in mainstream which may help keep track of important things.

I have a good question.
Are they still going to finish the training program? It would be odd if they cut off before even being trained. To be honest, I had something planned with the harder tests.
What are your thoughts?

Probably when they go to the Orcus Class Cruiser there will be moments when that could continue, but now that I think about it, calling it training was not the right thing...it was more a test.
If anything, it won't be a simulation, but a real deal in the later chapters.
