The savoryness of the buttered up bread portion coupled with the sourness of the blueberries formed a cacophony of delicious blast in Kongou's taste buds. "Mmm~ It feels like I've finally became my true self!"

What has happened in the last few days? Everything passed by in a blur of memory for me. The days of me prowling for that creature from the void is past as I now merely walk the path of being an agent for this man. I don't necessary mind, however; the pay is good.
I stayed silent as I followed Snake. Doesn't help anyone to be a blabbermouth.

"Yes. Ciel does quite a remarkable chef and baker. Isn't that right Ciel?" Lu replied as she looked up at Ciel who was standing in the kitchen preparing some food for himself. Of which Ciel just rolled his eyes as he turned to Lu and Kongou. "Yes... I've always 'wanted to be a baker'." Ciel spoke in response to Lu's comment. Ciel's words made Lu giggle a little.
"I love it when you say it like that. That sarcastic tone in your voice is so damn satisfying." Lu said as Ciel could be heard grumbling something to himself as he continued to prepare his own meal.

As the helicopter continued to hover over the opening in the cave's ceiling, the Scout hearing Max say something about just jumping out of the Helicopter made Scout contemplate doing so. However as he looked out of the helicopter he noticed how high it was, and seemed to get a little nervous about just jumping out of the helicopter. With a small tsk the Scout did jump onto the ladder and began sliding down the rope ladder and into the cave, and once he reached the bottom of the ladder he jumped onto Mega Man Volnutt with a loud thud.

Having the man agree to keep into contact with Julius regarding this vampire girl, and having received a rather casual handshake. The Vampire Hunter then watched as Hazama stepped back before disappearing in a white circle... Naturally though that itself didn't cause any alarm with Julius, and the only thing that Julius was thinking of how... off Hazama seemed. Like... he was telling the truth, but at the same time there was just something not right about Hazama.
Either way with that little bit of business taken care of, Julius turned around and entered Palutena's Apartment once more.
"Well that's done with. Looks like I have ANOTHER job to deal with." Julius spoke aloud as he entered the apartment.
Mess Hall - Prometheus Labs - London
As Neuman asked a rather... simple question to find out why the Disfrozen Battery essentially blew up Jack's suit, Chung facepalmed as he realized the problem. "Oh damn that's right! I forgot to take that into account. All I needed to do though was actually just tweak the battery a bit, and tinker with a set of Spartan armor to make it to where when needed, the armor's main power supply will de-activate when the Disfrozen Battery goes into effect. Doesn't sound too hard, but this time I think I'll talk this idea over with the higher ups... Actually get some help with the damn thing."

Managing to course through the ruins, the wanderer found the source of the sounds and noticed a group of people, or more detailed, a group of characters (possibly doing the same as me, they don´t look too obvious as tomb diggers or something similar") she thought deciding to stay in the shadows ("They aren´t too organized for what I see") she saw the scene where the young man jumped from the helicopter and almost landed on his face and couldn´t help but smirk.

Hearing the time traveler´s vote, Nera looked at the knife user and then to the dark hallway, she too some seconds to think of the possible outcomes and sighed "All right, but remember guys, that thing may look slow, but it has both a fast swing that can easily slice what the blade touches, and whatever happens" she looked at the creature´s body, while it looked relatively ok in human biology, it needed to be incredibly strong to use the giant knife with such ease "Do not let it grab you, it has inhuman strength" she warned while letting her claws show.
Meanwhile Renamon took the medical kit and kept looking at their surroundings "If we can outsmart it, maybe we could run instead of fight, we are in total danger and have next to nonexistent knowledge of our surroundings" she advised while making sure the medical bag was safe.

"Right. I suppose the only way we'll know what action needs to be taken is when we get there to assess the situation.", John said as he approached the gate to the SDM and looked around.
It seemed as if Meiling, the gate guard, was not there at the moment. That, and when John pushed open the gate, it slowly swung open with the faint groan of its hinges.
(Unlocked. That makes things easier., John thought to himself as he looked over his shoulder and spoke to Mara.
"Let's move. The sooner we meet up with the others, the sooner we can resolve the situation with Jack, and the sooner we can help Yukari.", John said.
Firestorm Citadel
Takoizu did exactly what the Higher Power had said and flew forward with no signs of stopping. When one of the undead got in her way, Takoizu activated her thrusters and used them to further increase her own flight speed, letting her ram straight through the creature like a semi truck to a person. Seeing that she would need to increase her altitude, Takoizu flew higher into the air, allowing her to avoid the undead as the duo made their way closer to the citadel.

Isaac was agitated that Malthael would get away without any problems, without any accountability. At the very least, Isaac thought it would be best if they could at least track him by some means, to keep an eye on him if he tried to cause more trouble.
"Yea, we should call anyone who can help with this. We also need to track Malthael to see what he's up to. Do you have anything that we could use to 'bug' and track him?", Isaac asked Koishi.

"That would probably be best.", Dr. Neuman said with a light smile before continuing, "While I don't think improving your the armor is a bad idea, I just hope that next time you'll follow pproper procedure."

"Believe me when I say this, without us, many innocent people would have died, either from people with power subjugating the weak, or by rogue Characters bent on destruction. The Labs has also made numerous advances in the field of medical science, information processing, energy production, robotics, and communication technologies, spreading the advances we have made to the rest of the world to improve quality of life. I won't deny, the original SPARTAN Program from the game was shady and had numerous grey areas, but this one is quite different. Everyone volunteered for the program.", the SPARTAN said as he followed behind.
The red SPARTAN would have taken the lead, but it was in his experience that one should never completely trust someone they just met. The woman seemed friendly enough, but he found that it was always safer to be cautious about these kinds of things. After a couple of seconds of walking, the red SPARTAN spoke once more.
"You know, we don't have to walk there. I came in a Warthog."

Shadow simply watched as Malthael escaped into the distance, and with that Shadow sighed as she looked down at Isaac and Koishi.
"Well now. Looks like he escaped. What do you plan on doing now?" Shadow replied in a rather snarky manner as suddenly, a voice of someone that Isaac might be familiar with spoke up as well.
"Yeah what do you plan on doing? Letting the bad guy escape isn't the smartest move ya know?" Said Dante who is now at the outer rim of the crater. This had visibly caught Shadow off guard as the black hedgehog quickly looked up at the Half-Demon.
Seeing Shadow's reaction made Dante chuckle a bit, but upon seeing Isaac... Dante stopped chuckling as he began to recognize Isaac...
"Wait a minute... you're the... holy crap are you seriously that guy?" Dante replied as he slid down into the pit to get a better look at Isaac. Upon getting closer he got a good look at Isaac's armor and was genuinely surprised. "Well I'll be damned! It is you! Remember me? Back in Hawaii three months ago? We got into a little tussel back on that beach before that giant disco ball appeared. Remember? Oh please tell me you remember!" Dante spoke in a rather excited tone, despite his history with the engineer.

As the Dovahkin jumped down, Volnutt pushed the currently dazed Scout off of him before standing and dusting himself off.
"Huh? OH yeah! On the way here I didn't find much, except for quite a few traps. A pitfall trap, some typical arrows in the wall traps, and some other things. I also saw some of the design of the ruins and judging by the walls we might be getting close... but..."

Koishi lowered down to Shadow and Dante's level. "You can't fight him, you and us would be puhing up daises . He's sorta... immune , I guess is the best word to say it. His body is sort of seperated from our own reality. That smack against the wall I did didn't even harm him. You'd need literal power over death to even try and take him down." Koishi explained, before pulling up a little walkie-talkie like device.
"GlaDOS, set the Inventory's sensors to track Malthael if you can manage, I want him in our sites at all times." Koishi talked into the device.
"I already have, as to avoid your... emotional tendancies." GlaDOS responded. "However, he's moving through space at a very, very high level of speed, and it is difficult to keep track." GlaDOS finished.
Koishi nodded to herself. "Thanks."
"If you mention it, you will get a only slightly lethal does of neurotoxin pumped into your room when you sleep." GlaDOS replied, before Koishi put the device away.

Higher in the air, heavy smoke obscured most vision, as bolts of fire rained down from above, nearly mising her as they impacted with the bridge, leaving more clumps of shadow fire all around. HP weaved and stabbed his way through, before eventually coming to what appeared to be the end of the bridge. There was no grand gate into the castle, but an elevator, somberly chugging along. HP turned around to see where Takoizu was, to be greeted with the sight of no-one but the zombies. He scratched his fiery head.
"The hell did you run off to...?" HP said to himself.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

"Very well! I promise you that I will not fail! Now if you'll excuse me, I must start preparing for tonight! For a true ninja never goes unprepared. I will speak with you within the next hour! Goodbye!" Bang replied as he then gave a quick salute before dashing off out of the Heida Manor, and out into the village.
