However because the system had been utterly destroyed, this was impossible. Therefore the war continued for a hundred millennia. Eventually the "Inevitable Conclusion" occurred, however the means of this event had been changed so that it would not be a premature death of all life." Aurora paused.

"Old makes way for new." The Reaper started. "If a plant dies, it decomposes, becoming part of the soil and making it more rich, giving new plants a easier gorwing time. Lingering in the old ways isn't beneficial."
"Sounds like the old situation of unplugging life support from a patient who can't be saved." Mima commented.
"Similar, but not exactly." The Reaper replied.
"Old makes way for new." The Reaper started. "If a plant dies, it decomposes, becoming part of the soil and making it more rich, giving new plants a easier gorwing time. Lingering in the old ways isn't beneficial."
"Sounds like the old situation of unplugging life support from a patient who can't be saved." Mima commented.
"Similar, but not exactly." The Reaper replied.
Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

Nevaaras - Skies over CY-001
Up high in the skies Astraea kept flying. The heat was intense as she flew and landed on a nearby building.
"No signs of the target in sight..." Astraea said as she looked around. She was still trying to look for Megumi who had been eluding her for a long time now. However she can tell that she is close... she just... can tell. All informations he had gathered had indicated she is within the Colonies limits.
Just as she was about to fly off she heard a small beeping sound as her communicator picked up a call from her boss.
"Astraea we have detected the target's location. According to the tracking chip in the back of her neck she is within the colony about one mile North of your current location. Please head to the target's location, capture her, and bring her back pronto." The man said on the other end of the radio before hanging up.
After the call Astraea smiled slightly as she turned North. "One mile from here? I can make it there in a few minutes... Looks like I will finally finish my mission... After I'm done with her I will then begin searching for that other guy... whatever his name is..." She said as she slowly took off into the air, when she was finally high enough in the sky she took off at 85 mph towards Megumi's location.

After hearing about all Aurora had said, John couldn't help but feel a little more aggravated. They had given Aurora many alternatives, yet she ignored them and wanted to wipe out the entire galaxy. This time, John spoke with a more serious tone.
"Aurora, just bring back some of the people. You do not have to replicate the same thing over and over again. Thinking that doing the same thing and getting a different result is pointless, and I'm sure even you know that. It's done, but it's not over. Just bring them back without wiping out the galaxy.", John said to Aurora.
All of a sudden, John had an idea. Perhaps Aurora couldn't listen to them because she was an AI. After all, she was run by programming, which meant that perhaps she couldn't make any other choice. If that was the case, then John needed to know. With that thought in mind, John asked Aurora another question.
"Aurora, are you not following alternative methods because of your programming?", John calmly asked Aurora.

After SimO asked Ethan about whether or not he had a lighter, Ethan lightly smiled inside of his helmet as he removed his lighter from its storage compartment.
"Yep. Got one right here.", Ethan said as he showed SimO the lighter.

"Aura... Cyrstals? I don't know what your talking about. The only crystals we know of are the ones in the mines about a few days away from here. However they don't have any natural energy in them. We have conducted studies and found that they are perfect for storing energy. Other than that we don't use these "Aura Crystals" or whatever you call them for a power source. Instead we use something similar to Fusion Engines and generators to power the tech here." The guard replied as he turned back around to talk to his fellow comrades.
Nevaaras Headquarters - Nevaaras CY-001 - Miranda's Office
At what Miranda heard she seemed to sober up almost instantly.
"Wait... can you... can you run that by me again? Did you say that the past is going to be trying to... reclaim everything? What the hell do you mean by that...?" Miranda said as she leaned back in her chair. She rubbed her eyes as she shook her head.
"I hope I'm still drugged up..."

Megumi looked at the water bottle and biscuit pack on the floor as she sat up. She quickly grabbed the biscuit and in a few bites she ate it all. Afterwards she took a big drink from the water bottle, drinking about 3/4th's of the water in the bottle. Afterwards she stretched as she stood up.
Looking around she paid no attention to Morice's glasses.
Turning to Morice Megumi thought for a minute before answering...
"To be honest... I cannot tell you. If I were to then I am afraid I would have to attempt to end your life. Fortunately due to how kindly you treated me I will refrain myself from killing you. However I must hide my identity... now if You'll excuse me I must leave now. If I stay here any longer I will be in trouble." Megumi said in a monotone tone of voice as she turned to the door to leave the building...

After a few minutes of flying Astraea finally reached her location. Exactly one mile North of her previous location. After she reached her location she landed on another building with a small thud sound as she landed on the roof. Unknown to her is the very building that Megumi and Morice are in.
"Now where is that girl? She should be around here somewhere..." She said as she began to keep a close eye out for any sign of Megumi... which unfortunately for her... she is inside the building she is standing on...

Morice gave a slight hmph before sitting on his bed and taking out a tablet.
"Whatever. In the end, I know what you can do to an extent, so I guess that'll do for now."
He activated it and turned on the radar to see if the captain actually did send a scout. He saw an entity was above their heads on the roof.
"And watch your head. Some idiot is on the roof for some reason. Watch you don't become their landing pad.
He looked around for any friendlies.
Unfortunately for him... He saw someone at a window and he turned yo it and then BAM! There was a giant bipedal lizard-like creature at the window. Morice jumped and gave a slight yelp. Then, he calmed down. He rushed to the window and opened it, letting it in. The creature stumbled a bit but was able to regain balance.
"What the hell were you thinking, Jim?!" Morice yelled. "Aren't you supposed to give me a message before doing this kind of stuff?!"
Jim answered in a hoarse, raspy voice. "If you would have paid attention, you would have seen that I did."
Morice looked at the glasses and saw that one of the lights were flashing green.
"... Well pardon me. I was dealing with someone."
"Were you?"
"Yes."
"And why hadn't you taken them? Such hospitality can only be paid back by their services."
"She was helpless. Plus, I don't see why she would be -"
"She?"
"Yes, it was a girl."
"... Very well. I'll let that one slide."
"Alright. And I take it you're my escort?"
"Indeed."
"... Alright, I guess you can stay."

"I will be sure to take that in mind. Now I see you have somewhat else here to see you... as such I will make my leave now." She said as she noticed the 'lizard man' that is Jim.
When she left Morice's temporary home she thought about the noise on the roof. As such Megumi turned to see what caused that loud thud. What she saw stunned her, and made her jaw drop.
"No... it can't be. How did you find me so quickly!?" Megumi said as she summoned her Ceramic Carbide sword the Black Blade, and got into a defensive stance. It was obvious that she was almost fearing this strange woman... The woman known as Astraea... the Rogue Agent Hunter of GRACE Industries.
Megumi looked at Morice and nodded.
"I will be sure to take that in mind. Now I see you have somewhat else here to see you... as such I will make my leave now." She said as she noticed the 'lizard man' that is Jim.

SimO plucked the lighter from his hands, gently opening it and igniting the flame, and held it up to the infestation. The infestation seemed to retract from the flame, as he moved it over the door, and eventually, the door uncovered, spotless. It then held the lighter next to the door, revealing a keypad. SimO tapped the keys on the pad, and a dinging sound occurred. The door creaked open and SimO handed back the lighter.
