    @Wonder

Ok, so if someone hypothetically kills someone, steals something, or does so etching generally bad and is never caught, does it still get calculated into the score?

Since it can tell mental state, I wouldn't be surprised if it could just read your mind and find out that kind of thing.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.

You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

        @Mima

That could be a possibility. I wouldn't doubt it.

        @everyone

Also, new second theme for Ethan. Perfect for him. The lyrics exactly state his intentions, how hellbent he is on having his vengeance, how before he dies, he will have it. It has a feeling of finality to it.

Also, The Equilizer was a really cool movie! XD

Here's a rough draft for my second character. Tell me what'cha think.

          Name of Character: Mokou Fujiwara

          Gender: Female

          Age: 28

          Appearance:

          Faction: DCERT

          Base Corruptivity Level: 28

Biography: Mokou was born and raised out in the western US, in a little town where everybody knew everybody. She was raised with a fair education, and a pair of loving parents. However, there weren't too many kids who liked her. Always thought of her as a little strange, weird, or even dangerous, and that was mainly due to her fascination with fire and it's workings.

It was a dangerous thing, something that could both purify and damn, depending on it's use, and that's what made her interested. So, she experimented, tampering with the one thing that shouldn't be touched. She learned more and more, branching out into explosives, too. Her parents were worried, of course, but Mokou assured them he would use these talents for good.

She moved out, around the time Vector made his speech, which in Mokou's eyes, was pointless and the last gasp of a madman. After a while, she joined DCERT, coming in as an amateur, and now, she's one of DCERT's foremost incendiary and explosive specialist, called in for both clean-ups, and as backup against particularly bad, nigh unredeemable Corrupted. She's deadly with a flamethrower and the end of many a Corrupted, and that, she likes.

Personality: Despite the serious and otherwise highly dangerous work she does, Mokou is quite laid back most of the time, and her boyish attitude towards most things can throw people off at times. She doesn't stress easily, and when she is, all she needs is a smoke and she's fine. She's fairly loyal to DCERT, and has a love and understanding of all things involving the use of fire.

Weapons: A flamethrower, capable of spewing wide borths of area with flame. Has quite a long range, surprisingly.

2 Incendiary grenades, and an extra flashbang.

And finally, a lighter. Not really a weapon, but it could be used to light something that is.

Reason you're in that faction: Mokou joined DCERT for a few reasons.

A: Mokou was looking for somewhere where she could use her talents and expertise with fire to good use.

B: Mokou was worried about the Corrupted, and she knew she could at least try and do something.

C: She was jobless and needed one.

              Spoiler:

Name of Character: Alexandra "Alex" Dmitrievna

              Gender: Female

              Age: 23

              Appearance:

              Spoiler:

              Height: 6'0"
              Weight: 148 lb
              Measurement: 39-25-38
              Hair Color: Red
              Eye Color: Gold

Alex has the perfect body for a model: the only flaw being her larger-than-average breasts. She has trouble finding clothes the right size, so sometimes a custom tailor fits the clothes for her.

Alex does not have a common attire, as she has an entire crew of fashion coordinators picking out clothes for her, even in her pastime. Most of the clothes are expensive, designer-brand, and all of them look absolutely stunning on Alex.

              Faction: DCERT activist

              Base Corruptivity Level: 24

As an advocate of peace, Alex strives to stay clean, no matter what the critics say about her. The number would be a LOT lower if Alex didn't drink alcohol every single day.

              Biography:

              Spoiler:

A third-generation Russian American, Alexandra "Alex" Dmitrievna is a supermodel, actor, and celebrity who is currently at the center of limelight. She was flattered with several titles, few of which being: "The Most Influential Woman of 2017," "The Most Successful Woman in their 20s of 2017," and "Maxim's No.1 Hottest Celebrity of 2016 and 2017." Some of her movies were nominated in various fields of award in the Oscars. She is exhilarating but also soothing to be around, fun but not insane, wise but not book-smart.

Alex lived in San Francisco her whole life. While she didn't have too many bumps and obstacles in her ways, she found school education to be boring and pointless. She wasn't interested in becoming a scientist, or majoring in English in college, but she didn't know exactly what she wanted to become at the time. That was, until she stumbled upon a particular picture while doing a school project for her 7th grade history class: a picture of Gisele Bundchen in a swimsuit posing in front of a beach. Something about the picture, the lighting, the pose, and most importantly the model's genuine happiness to be in that picture, proud of her body and proud of herself.

She has found the occupation of her dream.

From then, Alex focused on taking the steps of becoming a model, while keeping up with her schoolwork to at least reach a passing grade. She was already flawlessly beautiful as is, and by the time Alex went to high school, she was already being casted to appear in movies and TV shows. Graduation from high school was a real turning point for Alex as numerous sponsors tried to take Alex under their wings, with just as many companies trying to make a contract for her to model for their products.

5 years later, Alex, as well as everyone in the world, witnessed the start of the chaos, as Victor Leire's speech was accidentally broadcasted out to the entirety of United States and, through social media, the world. As the world began to fall into panic and distress, Alex tried her best to appease her followers, using her social media to calm everyone down. However even the most influential woman of 2017 couldn't keep the entire world in order, as many people burst out into a fit of crime and anarchy and even more people fell victim to the aforementioned rampage by the 'Corrupts'

Fast forward a year later, Alex is still modeling. However she is also advocating for the world to return back to where it was a year ago: a world without Victor Leire's teachings, through the use of social media. While not a part of the frontiers of peacekeeping like DCERT, she alone is a force that contributes to the stability of the world.

              Personality:

Alex has everything in moderation when it comes to personality. She is cheerful, but she isn't air-headed. She isn't very book-smart, but she isn't an idiot either. She cares for the others' well-being, but sometimes she can be coldblooded, especially in the face of violence.

This is actually surprising, because celebrities at this time would mostly either care for only themselves, or even condone the unspeakable violence the Corrupts cause.

              Reason you're in that faction:

Alex totally agrees that the Corrupts are causing the chaos because they were oppressed and forgotten in the society. Therefore, while DCERT officers would imprison and otherwise kill off the Corrupts, Alex believes that the Corrupts can be purified back to their normal selves, which makes her viewpoint closer to the Psyches than the DCERT.

              Extra Note:

              - Alex is really, really rich. I mean, like rich. Like, she's probably up there in the Forbes list. Of course, with Alex' viewpoint of the world, she uses a significant chunk of her earnings to promote peace and order as well as find ways to calm the Corrupts down and give them a new meaning to their lives.
              - Alex loves to party in the club. It's uncommon to find her without a drink. However, she doesn't like beer, and would instead go for wine, champagne, and other liquors of the kind.
              - Alex is also a great dancer. It is said that her dancing completely enchants a person.
              - Alex is a good friend of Nitro. In fact it was Alex who helped Nitro recover from mental breakdown after Nitro's kidnapping.
              - Alex loves: Wine of all kinds, video games, anime
              - Alex doesn't really have anything she absolutely despises, per se.
              - Goddammit she is fucking hot.

Name of Character: Gerald Finnegan "Marisa's Phantom of the Theatre."

                  Gender:Male

                  Age: 32

                  Appearance:

                  Faction: Corrupt Other

                  Base Corruptivity Level: 67

Biography: The way fate unwound itself made it seem as if destiny chose him to be the mirror of the ever popular Phantom of the Opera. As soon as he reached the age where kids began to think freely, they began shunning him for his odd affiliation to knots. His father was a sailor, or more specifically, the one who ties the ships down. He knows almost every one. But no one else seems to share his affiliation. They called him a freak. His school counselors noted this and tried to get him into a different hobby.

He chose to be a stage hand. With his knowledge of knots, he managed the stage handily. He was also quite light on his feet. But this mattered not, for some of the kids in musical theatre made fun of him still. He felt horrible. Especially after one of the more popular kids made him question his whole purpose of life and how his 'knots' meant nothing to anyone in the end. After that he went home. He was so distraught he was in tears. He was on his bed for the entire day, lingering on that question. That's when he snapped. He knew that he ropes and knots define the safety of those around it. So he wanted to show that boy what he means. First hand.

It was the night of the show. They were playing Shrek the Musical. But Gerald was out of context. He wore the phantom's half domino mask. As usual, everyone made fun of him for it. Then, the play began. Gerald made haste. He carefully tied the rope in such a way that the rope would untangle itself in time due to its weakness. The managers of the catwalk were on the other side of the stage, chatting up a storm. He slipped into the catwalk and locked both entrance doors. He waited. Soon, he felt the time was right. He noticed that the managers tried to get in, but realized that the doors were locked. Then, he spoke with a booming voice which everyone could hear.

"Welcome to my stage! Here, I control everything! And you on stage have decided to waive my value off a a joke! I will show you, first hand, my level of power on the stage!"

He ran to his side of the catwalk and opened the door. He jumped all the way down silently and the pulled a string on the knot. One of the beams crashing down. It hit the popular one and gave him a concussion. Teachers rushed in. He pretended to fumble. He said that a mysterious man ran in and unwound the knot. The entire system was cancelled from thereon.

But he didn't convince the rest. The next day he came to school, still wearing the mask, he got attacked by the more aggressive of the theatre kids. They blamed him for the incident, and it was his fault, but one of the girls stopped them. She told them it wasn't his fault and that she'd like to think that he fought doing his job. The theatre kids left him alone for the time. He stood up and thanked the girl. But as she walked away, something possessed him to say this: "Why did you defend me? Don't you have the slightest bit of doubt?" She paused for a minute, then responded. "... I never liked that guy anyways. He was a jerk."

She walked away without another word. He knew at that moment that she may be the one for him.

Soon after, however, he moved away. He could tell that some were rejoicing in his absence. One thing that bothered him, however, was that he never saw that girl since that day he met her. Perhaps she was in another period class and happened to stumble upon him. Either way, he was sad he had to leave her, but he decided that fate will draw them together again somehow.

Every day, he wore his half domino mask to hide his shame, much like the phantom had, He taped a thin black cloth over the eye piece so that no one can see into his eye. He refused to take it off, and whenever someone tried to take it off, he grew violent. He had grown so attached to it, he never went a day without it, to the point that he sleeps, eats and bathes with it. He never took it off. No one tried to take it off. He was content.

Several years had passed. He became the stage hand he was set up to be. And fortunately, everyone respected him. He did his job so proficiently that all of the famous auditoriums wanted him, and he happily obliged. One time, though, his life changed. He saw her. The girl who helped him that day. She was a beautiful young adult now, and when she sung, her voice soared. He was never so enchanted by one's voice, the voice of grace instead of hatred. After her performance, he walked up to her. He asked her if she remembered him. However, she denied knowing him. He tried giving her hints, but she never remembered. So he decided to do the one thing that would jog her memory.

When he figured out what her next performance was, he willingly offered to operate at that theater. Knowing who he was, the managers accepted the proposal. The night of the performance came along. A musical for the Beauty and the Beast. He was amazed once again by her voice, her acting, her grace, it was as if the story were unfolding right in front of his eyes. Then, he found the opportune moment. He did his fault tie. He ran up to the catwalk. He locked the doors. He began.

"Welcome once again! The stage now belongs to me once again, as it did oh so many years ago! I shall now demonstrate my power!"

His knowledge of knots grew so intense he began to understand them to a hyperphysical level. He knew the exact resistance force of a rope, the force of a knot, and he could accurately determine when a knot will fall apart. For example, the minute he stopped talking, the knot fell apart. A beam was starting to fall. However, he modified it to stop just before it hit anyone. Then, he spoke.

"Do you remember me now, madam?"

Much to his dismay, however, she ran off. He chased her down, careful not to be seen by anyone exiting the catwalk. He called to her, and she stopped. He asked her why she left. "... I remember you. All these years... And you are still the bitter man I remember." "You sound hoarse, madam. What stresses y-"

"You do, Gerald!" She cried. "You ruined the show. Ruined it for everyone, the same way you did so long ago. I knew it was you. Only you could do something like that and have a reason to. I overlooked it then because you were tormented, and I know you are now because you are so different, but how can I overlook this incident? How, if you have done it the same way so many years ago, and may be so demented you may do it again?! Gerald... Please, stop this. I know you're better than this. But you decide that shutting yourself the same way everyone else shut you out will bring you happiness. But it only denies your chances of having any emotion."

She left him there. He was so confused. He went to his house then. He was so torn that he began to rampage among his furniture. He stumbled into his bathroom and looked into his mirror. He wanted to see what he had become... But his mask prevented him the chance to look into his own right eye. He was torn. He slowly rose his right hand towards his mask, prepared to remove it. But he realized what he was doing and he stopped himself. He went to remove it again, but he couldn't. He was so confused, he screamed. It woke the neighbors nearby. One of them walked over to his house and knocked on his door, asking if he were okay. But he bid them to leave. He ran out the back door, running away from society.

He returned the next day. Just in time to hear the infamous speech of Vector Lyre. He thought about what he had said. He became a verge corrupt.

He went to his next job in spite of this. As fate may have it, the girl was there. He basked in her grace, but made sure he wasn't seen by her. Suddenly, he heard someone come in the back. It was a corrupt. He hid. He saw the corrupt prepare a handgun. The corrupt aimed it at the girl. At that moment, Gerald knew what to do. He tied in a special knot. The Phantom's noose. He grabbed the corrupt by the neck and began choking him. No one noticed. No one stopped the show. Soon, the corrupt died. He took the body out back along with the gun as quickly as he could so that he could return to his job. That's when he knew what he wanted to do. Protect the girl. Kill anyone who wants to hurt her.

This would place him under normal... If it weren't for the fact that the girl was affected by Vector's speech. After the show, a DCERT officer rushed in, looking for the corrupt that was already disposed of, but instead found the girl, and the CR radar picked her up as a corrupt. He pointed his gun at the girl, asking her to be taken in quietly or be shot. The girl was terrified. She began to take out a knife that she had hidden in her thigh band, but Gerald beat her to him. He tossed the noose at the DCERT officer and choked him out. He struggled, but eventually died. Gerald faced the girl. She hugged him, and was in tears.

"... All those people... They wanted to hurt you... Because you were different. But no more. I understand you."

Gerald was so happy that she finally accepted him.

"My dear, I have seen you attacked by that demon officer. But no longer. I shall protect you. In exchange, you will sing. You will sing your beautiful songs for me. And together, we will change this world. We will show the world grace. Tell me, my angel of music, your name."

"My name is Marisa Hera. But you may call me by that title, the Angel of Music."

From that day on, whenever Marisa was hired to play a role, Gerald followed as a stage hand. The companies began noticing the pattern and decided that if they were to buy one, they must buy the other. And so a beautiful relationship flourished. And any DCERT officer who came in was killed by the Phantom's noose. This was the story of Gerald, Marisa's Phantom of the Theatre.

Personality: He isn't very vocal with anyone but Marisa, but when he is, his speech pattern is theatrical. He is generally kind, but if you hunt Marisa down, he will consider you his enemy and will try to kill you.

Reason you're in that faction: It would normally be neutral, but since Marisa is a corrupt and he hunts down anyone who tries to kill her, he kills DCERT officers. He is called a verge corrupt because he may be corrupt... But there is a chance of bringing him to sense...

Skills: He is very nimble and flexible. He can seem to disappear in the dark background of the preparation room. But most notable is his sense of hyperphysics in roping. He can tell the strength of a rope and the resistance force of a knot. He can create a perfect mechanism using his ropes and chains.

Weapons: Thick rope, chain and a dagger.

A pyrotechnist, huh? This'll be interesting. Especially given her role. Actually, though, that's just it. A DCERT operative, yes, but she murders Corrupts with no remorse... that is another level of DCERT called 'exceptions.' That is a level of at least 40-50. You don't have to change anything, but seriously consider it. If you wish to change it, just say so. If not, just say so.

She has some remorse, but she sort of keeps it bottled down, negative to the job and all. Besides, she's sent in to go after the worst of the worst, so she knows she's taking down horrible people. So, not really. She's not insane at all, and knows when enough is enough.

She's a hardened soldier, she's seen some horrible things, a majority of which caused by her destruction. But she does it for the money, for a good cause, and after the war is over, if she survives, she'd probably seek out a therapist to calm herself so she doen't get to that level.

Name of Character: Rosa Lostwall (The Rose of the Corrupt)

                            Gender: Female

                            Age: 21

Appearance: Lostwall is a fair, light-weighted 5' 5" (164.5 cm). Rosa has long creamy blonde hair that is either done up in twintails or simply let down. Rosa also has piercing scarlet-red eyes that easily identify her. Unusually, Rosa is not seen wearing casual clothing or fully adorned with armour. Instead, Lostwall opts to wear gothic lolita clothing much like those which she used to wear when her family was in its prime. Unbeknownst to most people, Lostwall does have a hidden, thin layer of armour beneath her dress in order to protect herself from threats.

                            Faction: Corrupt

                            Base Corruptivity Level: 78

Biography: Rosa is the only child to the once famous and wealthy Lostwall family. Born to Locke Lostwall, owner of Lostwall Publication, and Marie Anderson-Lostwall, Rosa grew up in a private and rich household. Living a life of luxury, Rosa spent her days in shelter from the outside world as her father's multi-millon empire of newspaper and media publications helped sustain the family's wealthy and successful lives. Having little knowledge in regards to the outside world, Rosa lived a mostly carefree life unaware of the affairs of those not as fortunate as herself. To her, all she cared about was her simple wealthy lifestyle and the joys that her father experienced as he gazed over the fruition of his media empire. Throughout Rosa's years of luxury and wealth, the Lostwall family were regarded as an object of both envy and admiration amongst the upperclasses and wealthy within America. If any man picked up a newspaper or magazine from a nearby news-stand or convenience store, it would undoubted have Lostwall's name on it.

A couple of years before the serial killings enacted by one Vector Leire, Lostwall Publication was beginning to lose ground in the media industry. With paper publications being a thing of the past, the Lostwall Publication's sub-divisions were slowly but surely becoming bankrupt. With most people turning to other sources for their news and stories, Lostwall's empire of newspaper and media publications was becoming something of a joke. Investors began to back out of their investments, using their money to invest in technology or modern entertainment. Before long, Lostwall's empire had caved in and the Lostwall family without any source of income.

A year passed by and both Rosa's parents were suffering from increased stress and depression as upperclass men and millionaires laughed away at the once great Lostwalls and their non-existent media business. Having been forced out of their once beautiful mansion, the Lostwalls were left with but their waning family fortune and a small home in the state of California. As the letters and mail came in and the social gatherings passed by, the Lostwalls were being laughed at by those who used to work for and alongside them. This unending lack of care towards the Lostwalls drove both of Rosa's parents down a spiral of depression and torment. No man stepped up to help out the Lostwalls in their time of need, no-one willing to get the former millionaires back to their former glory or even willing to give the Lostwalls a chance at a new life. To everyone that used to know the Lostwalls, their life was over and their time was up.

A few months prior to Leire's arrest, on a quiet winter's night, Locke Lostwall and his wife committed suicide. Leaving everything he owned to his only daughter, Locke ended his life knowing that he would unable to return to his glory days. But, despite Locke's tragic death, the upperclasses still did not care about the Lostwalls. While some simply regarded the death as a coward's way out or just ignore the death completely, others still laughed away at the now deceased Locke Lostwall. This had upset Rosa greatly. The sheer heartlessness of Lostwall's old investors, business partners, and associates made Rosa wish but one simple thing. That her business partners would have at least cared about her father and not let Lostwall Publication sink into the ground.

Months passed by and Rosa tried to make a living for herself. Disconnecting herself from her old rich friends and her father's former colleagues, Rosa's heart and mind slowly rotted as she saw constant reminders of what she used to be and what her life used to be like. Thoughts of malice and fury filled her head as she caught news of greedy businessmen capitalising on the downfall of the Lostwall empire. New media outlets spawning from seemingly nowhere as they filled the void that Lostwall's old empire left. All of them formed not in respect of Locke Lostwall but instead to merely exploit people and for the sake of making more money. Not one of these media companies possessed the same spirit as that of Lostwall's. If anything, they seemed to mock Lostwall Publication at any opportunity they could. All of it made Rosa furious. Very furious. But it wasn't until the day of the outbreak that Lostwall completely turned her life around.

Live on national televison, Rosa heard the pleas of one infamous serial killer as he was being arrested. Vector Leire.

"If you really think the world turned it's back to you...
Make it pay. Leave a mark in you own way! Let them know who they deserted! Take it by force and make it pay! It's not your fault!!! It's theirs!!! [...]"

This simple plea, this speech struck Rosa deep. Much like Leire, Rosa had been betrayed by that of society. She too had been abandoned by those she trusted. And now, with the words of Leire, one thing was clear. The hierarchy of society was heartless and corrupt. Those at the top would rather axe each other off than support one another. And that authority and order meant nothing when cash in involved. With this revelation having dawned upon the young daughter of the Lostwalls, she now had but one goal. Those who left her father for dead needed to pay for their actions. And the only way that was going to happen was through blood.

Over the year following the outbreak, Rosa began tracing down the names of those who used to work with her father and plan to execute them one by one. Armed with what she could buy with her father's fortune and what possessions she inherited, Rosa now aims to fulfil her goals of revenge and in turn attempt turn society on its head. Through her newly found skills, her charm, and her dedication to her cause; Rosa has found herself a reputation amongst fellow Corrupt. Her title and moniker? The Rose of the Corrupt.

Personality: A rather sadistic and sultry person. Lostwall takes pride in making her enemies suffer at her hands and bares no remorse towards killing those she deems an enemy. Rosa is known to use her charming figure and her silver tongue in order to get what she wants. Lostwall is the kind of person who rarely takes no for an answer and will use any means necessary to get the words she wishes to hear. Because of her newfound anti-authority mindset, Rosa will also find herself aggravated or frustrated if found in a position where she is being forced or being controlled. In fact, Lostwall can even turn against other Corrupt should they oppose her or attempt to manipulate her for their own benefit.

Weaponry and Inventory: Rosa is not known to be a fighter or a soldier. She does not engage in open combat but will use firearms should the need arise. On her person, Lostwall possesses a small ornate knife that she uses for her executions and for close-quarters combat, and a small custom-made silver coloured pistol similar to that of a USP Match which she had obtained from her father.

A USP Match similar to that of Locke Lostwall's old pistol.

Rosa's knife which she uses for executions.

As noted before, Lostwall has thin layer of protective armour beneath her dress. While it is not of the same protectiveness as that of standard issue DCERT bulletproof armour, Lostwall's armour protects her against blades, blows of a low impact, and even low caliber bullets.

Reason you're in that faction: With her family name humiliated and made a laughing stock, Rosa seeks nothing more than vengeance against those that wronged her and her family. Along with her goals of vengeance, Rosa in turn seeks to take down other manipulative or large-scale authorities and businesses much like those from her past. Undoubtedly, Rosa possesses a deep hatred against the DCERT and their intentions of neutralising and controlling the Corrupt. If there were any reason that Rosa would be Corrupt, her hatred of DCERT alone could fuel her corruption.

So there you are, the first non-GM-owned Corrupt. Took you all long enough to have one. There are a couple of things I need to check over but, for the most part, she's done. As a matter of fact, this character was actually from a draft for the original Corrupture but was actually never finished.

Also, I'll need to double check as to how fairly placed my character's Corruption Level is. Rosa is of high corruption, no doubt about that, but I don't wish to place her in the absolute irrational end of the scale. Lostwall is rather rational and is at least aware of what she is doing but she takes no remorse in her actions and is of very ambiguous morality. Lostwall's Corruption Level does not derive from irrationality or lack of control but from her unwillingness to conform with society and her desire to kill those who she deems an enemy to her.

Also, as I'm using uncertain sources for my images, if any of them are seemingly broken, tell me so I can put them up on imgur.

To be honest, most of the Corrupted are going to be NPC goons anyway. Only the officer-level Corrupture were worth mentioning as an app.

                              Otherwise, lolita Corrupture OP.

I wouldn't say that Rosa is a goon but, at the same time, she isn't one who would be leading a legion of Corrupt to free Vector. I would argue that, like Wonder's Phantom of the Opera, Rosa is a significant enough of a Corrupt to warrant an app.

Also, who doesn't want some lolita up in here?
