I just edited the power level, I think since she would be a berserk, she would have a lot of strength, but with the drawback of ignoring pain and not being that rational. Or what would you suggest?

I make a habit out of making OP characters and my dude's about to have a threat level of no greater than 12, no less than 9.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

ah, I thought we would put levels, while also lower, similar to Wriggle´s first app, I was using that as a base, but I already went to have a 10.5 overall level

Keep in mind your character's threat level will increase as they train. You can have your character be maxed into Strength and reach the original level you wanted pretty fast.
I re-checked your application. Looks great. I can see her being a juggernaut sort of character. I'm assuming she can't break concrete just yet since her power is down to 15 now. Accepted

I actually have to put your application ON HOLD because I need you to do the Threat level stuff too. Oops.
