Rez stood up after finishing his sandwich and grabbing his bottle of water, eager to find out what dorm he would be living in for the rest of the year. He held out his arm as if to beckon Mutsuki onward.
"After you, Ms. Mutsuki. And please, call me Rez." He said, urging her on. He then stepped over, next to Maya and spoke to her. "How do you like the idea of that? Being neighbors with Ol' Rez?"

"I- it's good, I guess." Maya shuffled as she stood up as well. Then it suddenly dawned on her: if Rez was to live on campus, he'll have to really cut back on his skirt-flipping and other perverted habits. "B- but, you have to stop flipping girls' skirts once you begin living in the dorms, okay? That goes for all the other sexual harassments you do towards girls. It may get yoy expelled!"

As Drake let Karuna, Mirabelle, and Misaka speak, he tapped his fingers on his cane as he waited for what they will decide to do. He heard them talking about going to a park after school and see what the city has to offer. Hearing this Drake chuckled gleefully, but quietly as he turned to Karuna who had asked him if he would like to 'hang out' after school. With a shrug of his shoulders, and twirl of his cane he replied.
"Oh I would not mind in the slightest Karuna. I think that it would be quite worthwhile to do so. After all ever since I moved into the city, I have not had much time to actually see the sights. I've been stuck helping to unpack and organize things at the manor. So a bit of fun and touring the city afterwards wouldn't be that bad."

"That decides it!" Karuna announced as she pointed at Misaka and Mirabelle. "I will see you two at Valhalla Public Park after school. Whoever comes last has to buy snacks!"

Housing office for the on-campus dorms was located in a separate building for clubs and sports team administration needs. It was farther down behind the main building, right next to the dorms for the students to easily access the building's many different services, such as indoor and outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and lounge area.
"Here we are." Mutsuki said as she opened the doors to what appeared as the administrative office for an university, rather than for a high school. "Have a seat over there; I'll ask the front desk to call a counselor for us."

The pinkette smirked at the small challenge "Careful blondie, you might want to check your wallet, we wouldn't like to find out you are empty" she said with confidence. Mirabelle was satisfied with how the morning was going, it started a bit odd with the cloaked lady, but it went up soon. Speaking of her, Mira checked the charm on her wrist (Hm.. Would things really go that crazy? I should have asked her more)

A minute or two later, Maya and Rez were summoned to the housing counselor's office.
"Normally I only provide students who've been in a club for longer than a month a dormitory," The counselor said to Rez. Her office was plastered with pictures of her kids and her family, as well as a giant drawing of Snoopy hung on the wall. "But since Mutsuki has such a good record with us, we're going to cut some slack and see if we can provide you a dormitory."

"Anything you can give me would be an immense help. I don't suppose there are any free single room dorms, though, are there?" Rez asked. He'd much rather not deal with a roommate if he could avoid it, and since he wouldn't be allowed to move in with Maya, he saw no point in having anything less than a single-room.

Drake smiled upon Karuna's little wager on whoever arrives at the park after school last, has to purchase snacks.
"If that is the price of being late, then I will try not to. However it is not much of a problem if I am the last one. I do have quite a bit of money to spend. But I will still try to make it as early as possible! After it sounds rather fun~! Turning our little outing into a race of sorts. Though to be honest I would have made the wager a little more... severe." Drake spoke with a rather sly smirk on his face as he turned his back to Karuna and Mirabelle. "Though be glad that I'm not the one making the deal."

"Unfortunately, all our singles room are taken." The counselor told Rez as she searched for any available rooms. "In fact... I don't think we have any availability for boy students. We're building another dormitory for male students, but I don't think it'll be fully constructed by the time you graduate."
Maya fidgeted on her seat after hearing this. For some odd reason, she was worried about Rez not able to get a dorm room in the campus.
"M- Mrs. Springs, my room has a spare area open for him to move into." Maya suddenly blurted out. Both Mutsuki and Mrs. Springs the housing counselor looked at Maya oddly as she covered her mouth with her hand, making a pitiful attempt at rectifying herself.
"Maya, surely you must know that students of opposite genders cannot share a dorm, unless they are given proof of biological relations." Mrs. Springs retorted. Maya knew about it, of course: she knew everything the rulebook said by heart. But surely there's a way to make a loophole... right?
