A woman with blazing red hair approached the central fountain of the Valhalla Public Park, holding what looked like a sac full of purple powder. She was severely underdressed for the cold nights of Valhalla: a see-through black lingerie with black elbow gloves and lacey black thighhighs are very inappropriate outfit to be wearing, both for moral and for her health. However, the woman didn't seem to mind that she was practically next to nude as she opened the sac of purple powder and poured the content into the waters of the fountain.

Immediately, the water of the fountain became dark purple. On top of the fountain, two glowing yellow eyes appeared, staring at the woman who bowed.

"The ritual is almost ready, your Highness." The red-haired woman knelt, her voice so smooth and silky it could tempt men to lunge at her lustfully just from hearing it. In closer look, she had demon horns growing out of her head and had traditional demon tails sprouting from her tailbone. "It will only take a week, if not two."

"Excellent, Fiore. You have pleased me." The gleaming eyes responded, his voice booming yet no one could hear it... in fact, without getting fairly close to the fountain, normal humans won't be able to see or hear the conversation between the two. "I was beginning to grow impatient... I must only wait a little more."

"Yes, your Highness. When your time comes, nothing will stop you from shaping the world in your vision." The red-haired succubus answered, which pleased the glowing eyes as it creased upward.

"That's a good girl." The yellow eyes sighed pleasantly. "I shall wait... patiently. Until then... go have some fun with the humans, Fiore. You are, after all, very good at having those kinds of fun."

The eyes disappeared, leaving the succubus all alone. A smile curled on her lips as she looked up to the skies. The night was still young; and there are many men to drain the life force from. She could already taste them as she licked her lips and sneaked into the wilderness, oblivious to the fact that there was someone watching the charade between her and the mysterious glowing eyes...

The dawn arrived once again in the city of Valhalla. It is time to wake up and go about your day. All of you.

Motel

Koishi woke up slowly, rubbing her eyes and murmuring something unintelligible. She rose, arms stretching as she emitted a yawn. She looked around, vision clearing. What met her eyes was a sight sh'd seen many times before. A somewhat drab, cheap, and moreover somewhat seedy motel room. It was one of the dozens she'd already been to across Japan. It was better than some she'd seen. Fond memories surfaced of the one with the dead body in the bathtub. That was lovely.

Regardless, she got out of bed and did a general routine. Showered, cleaned her clothes, brushed her teeth, etc. Evnetually she was all ready to go out into the world. She pulled out a little calender, figner going down the list until she found today's date.

"Ooo, an off day." Koishi said to herself, putting the calender away. "Explorin' time."

She went out the door and locked the room with it's respective key. She looked off the railing of the second floor of the motel, and promptly moved over it and dropped to ground level, landing on her feet, brushing off her legs from some of the dirt kicked up.

She looked around and rubbed her chin. A smile then came onto her face as an idea struck. She stuck a finger out, closed her eyes and spun for a few seconds before stopping. She opened her eyes, the finger leading her deeper into the city.

"That' a way it is!" Koishi aid excitedly, as she happily skipped in said direction without a care in the world.

En route to school, Valhalla

The sound of fast paced footsteps could be heard as the pinkette kept going on her morning run, she was breathing with some exhaustion since the session was close to its ending, but the excitement on her face showed that she was eager to keep going. "Come on.. you are close to the last stretch" she said to herself.

Mirabelle was getting close to the school, being the gymnasium as final destination. She was breathing harder as she got to the gate and used one of the bars to take a breath. "Damn.. that felt good" she breathed, cooling down her muscles.

It was early in the morning. Misaka had been walking the streas fo the latter portion of the night, finding herself unable to sleep. "Damned insomnia" she whispered to herself as the dark of night faded into the light of day. When the warm light of the sun reached her face she found herself outside her high school. "I guess it's a good a place as any" Misaka went into the school's storage area with a key she BORROWED from the janitor. She took out a table and a small chair to sit on. She went into her locker and took out a dark purple cloak the had been covering a small glass bal she used as a sort of crystal ball. along with an assortment of items one could supposedly use to tell the future. It wasn't' quite as impressive as her usual setup but she really didn't care at the moment. She just wanted to make enough money to buy some breakfast and maybe a coffee.

She sat up the small table and the chair outside the gate of the school and put her crystal ball on the table. With the cloak hiding her body her figure would look mysterious and somewhat ominous to strangers. It didn't take long for her first potential customer to appear. The early bird in question happened to be a rather pretty young woman with long flowing locks of pink hair. she had enchanting sapphire eyes and her skin looked smooth and soft. As if guided by fate the red head stopped at the gate of the school to rest. It seemed she had been running or jogging and she seemed to have just finished her final stretch. Things were going all to well for Misaka to pass this opportunity and so she spoke to the pink head.

"Greetings stranger. It is fortunate that fate has brought you here, for a dark cloud awaits your future. The spirits whisper, they tell me you'll soon face hardship and distress. But i can help you uncover the secrets of your future. " Misaka's smiled was concealed behind her cloak as she awaited a response from the slender pink head. She was excited to meet her and strangely a bit nervous as well.

Valhalla High School | Road to the Entrance

Valhalla High School is the largest high school in the metropolitan supercity of Valhalla. With almost 1200 students in its' campus, the school almost feels like its' own town with dormitories for students that take part in special activities like sport teams and orchestra that require nighttime practices, convenient stores, swimming pools, and other services for the students. There are many high schools in Valhalla, but none are as advanced as Valhalla High School.

Most students begin their class at 8:30 AM, unless they do not have 1st period; then they can arrive by 9:45 AM for their 2nd period class. As the time draws near, students hurry their feet to get in class without being late, including a particular girl...

"I'm late!" Karuna dashed through the crowd as she used her track & field skills to run past other students who were similarly running to the gate. She too was wearing the designated school uniform just like everyone else, although her shirt was unbuttoned all the way and, with the wind blowing towards her, the shirt billowed in the wind, dangerously exposing her breasts. Karuna obliviously leaped, sprinted, and jumped through that chaotic street until she hopped and landed on top of the brick wall that surrounded the school.

"Never mind, I made it!" Karuna jovially said as she stared at the vast expanse of the school's "front yard", as the students affectionately call the ground where students can play soccer, basketball, and other sports. Some male students who came to school early to get a quick game of basketball were treated with the sight of Karuna's open shirt.

"Get off the wall, Karuna." The head security guard of the high school passively ordered. It's been so many times where Karuna casually leaped to land on top of the 10-foot tall brick wall in one jump without fail, he wasn't even impressed anymore.

Karuna giggled and hopped down, buttoning her shirt while doing so as she sauntered into the main building which was at the center of campus. She could see the gymnasium where indoor sports facility were located at to the right and the school library to the left. While Karuna didn't like the library because of how boring it was, she did like frequenting the gymnasium in free times... plenty of healthy, beautiful girls and boys to molest! Karuna felt excited as the bell rang, signaling students to hurry to their first class.

After refreshing herself with some water, Mirabelle heard someone talking to her, looking at the source of the voice, the pinkette was surprised and confused to find this cloaked person at the school gates "Um.. hello" she greeted the person.

She then heard the cloaked being talking about a dark future on the road, Mira scratched her head and responded "Well then mysterious lady, you can tell those spirits that I´ll face whatever comes with a smile or a fist if needed" she smirked

Koishi continued to wander, getting deeper into the city, where tall buildings reached into the skies above, and bustle in the street was frantic. Likely heading to work, due to the hours. Koishi somewhat liked all the hutle and bustle. It reminded her of the bee-hive that used to be outside her old home. She went down block after block, making a mental map of the city as she skipped along, avoiding bumping into people a she moved along at a casual jogging pace.

Eventually the somewhat cluttered streets opened up, revealing a park fenced off from the road. Something was going on inside it, however. Koishi couldn't tell from this distance what it was, but that was soon to be rectified as she clossed in and entered the park itself.

The Central Park of Valhalla is famous for the numerous amounts of trees almost creating an artificial forest. Couples looking for a tranquil date, as well as the elderly seeking a serene walk enjoyed the Central Park, while Valhalla Public Park was more geared towards those who wanted to enjoy extreme sports such as skateboarding, in-line skating, and parkours.

While Central Park is usually quiet, today was a rather busy day as folks from the luxury brand Armani was undergoing a photoshoot. Models with superior body proportions posed for the camera under the theme of "Naturally Strolling in the Park," wearing casual and trendy clothes for the late spring, ranging from casual sundresses to flannel shirt and jeans. Everyone looked so elegant and fabulous, but none stood out more than the Korean modeling sensation Bora Choi. Whenever she was posing for the camera in her outfits, she exuded professionalism, even though her modeling career wasn't as smooth as other models in the shoot. From cutesy dresses to chic blouse, whatever clothes Bora wore seemingly came to life in the photos.

Misaka was a bit discouraged by the girls reaction. It seemed she wasn't to interested in a reading, perhaps she didn't believe in such things. However she had fooled nonbelievers before. What made it easier was the fact that she seemed to be a student at the school. All she had to do was search her memory for name that matched her face in the yearbook. It took her a moment before it came to her but when it did she was able to put her plan in motion. "A strong body and mind will serve you well in this world miss Mirabelle. However some problems can not be solved with merely your fists. I wish you good fortune in the days to come my child, may the spirits guid you."

Misaka grinned to herself, knowing at the very least her display would cause the pink haird girl to rethink the situation. Misaka made no further attempts to perswaid the girl to stay for a reading, knowing that being too pushy wold only push her away and at this point if she wasn't convinced the best weapon against her was silance. If she said nothing else and let the girl go about her business there was no doubt she would later meditate on her words. If her assumptions were correct it would only be a mater of time before the girl with pink hair returned with more questions.

Her optimistic nature was kicking when she felt the disappointment of the cloaked female, then she raised an eyebrow when she heard her name from the stranger "All right lady, what is going on?, I have to say because in all honesty, there had been odd sightings and strange rumors around" she said getting serious "And having a fortune teller suddenly appearing would be too coincidental, so" she sighed and looked at the female "What is there to know about this?"
