I realized Frisk needs a playmate around her age in this RP so I'm going to work on a character JUST for this, and mainly because of the fact it's a rather lax RP with no limits on what kind of character you can bring in. I'm also doing it because I never really did a 'perky friendly childish character' before in an RP. As such I really do want to try and practice with different character types.
It's also a character from a series that I have recently started enjoying because it's one of the FEW good animated shows out there these days (that's NOT ANIME.) Some people in the community might know of the series and the character, others might not.

Character Name: Steven Universe (that is his actual name)
Series they are from: He is from the show Steven Universe. A pretty good cartoon on CN honestly. One of the only ones that I watched, and I got hooked on it from a few Youtube episodes and others. It's actually legitmately funny, has decent drama here and there, and has a really interesting plot and good characters. As well as BEAUTIFUL animation and music. Just because I'm an adult doesn't mean I can't enjoy cartoon's still. Besides this is probably one of the better child characters to interact with Frisk.

Gender: Male.
Age: 14. Slightly older than Frisk, but still young.
Personality:
Steven is an optimistic, friendly, outgoing, and carefree boy with a happy-go-lucky attitude that is appreciated by many of the citizens of Beach City in one way or another. He is musically inclined, a trait he inherits from his father, with a propensity for breaking out into song and occasionally playing on his ukulele. Steven is also very kind-hearted, good-natured, and compassionate, something which Pearl notes he inherits from his mother, and he deeply loves his friends and family. He is friendly toward almost everyone he meets, rarely holds grudges, and is very non-discriminatory, never treating anyone with prejudice, even towards his enemies. No matter the situation, Steven will always go out of his way to support his loved ones, even if it means putting his life on the line, and he will avoid resorting to violence. He would much rather make a compromise and choose reasoning than fighting back.
Steven looks up to his caretakers — Garnet, Amethyst, and Pearl (known as the 'Crystal Gems'. Think Gem based alien beings that actually use magi-tech.)— and considers them family. He wants to be a great hero just like them, and he is eager to go on adventures with the trio, both to prove his worth and to have fun exploring strange lands. Despite his under-developed magical power and lack of experience, he has proven himself to have much heroic potential through his resourcefulness, optimism, and confidence.
Steven though has had a rather isolated upbringing. Living inside of a house built attached to an ancient 'Gem' Temple which his caretakers live in. As such due to his isolated upbringing, and lack of proper education. Steven is rather naive, and often socially oblivious. He has never attended school before, and hasn't really been to a hospital to have his vitals checked and taken due to his half-gem nature. While he is often prepared to go off on adventures with his caretakers and friends, he often bites off far more than he can chew. Which in turn often puts him in trouble and requires the aid of the 'Crystal Gems' to help get him out of trouble.
While Steven initially retains his childlike innocence and obliviousness to the dangers he is frequently put in, his encounter with Homeworld Gems (bad gems from the Gem homeworld/planet) gives him a new level of seriousness about being a Crystal Gem (the GOOD gems and protagonists of the series who have been on Earth for thousands of years). This initially makes Steven self-conscious about his immaturity, but thanks to one of his closest friends he has actually been gaining the resolve needed to keep him from going down a 'bad road'. Steven has since grown more mature and level-headed in dealing with strenuous situations, but his enthusiasm has remained the same. His Maturity has grown to new levels as he helps Lapis and Peridot (two former Homeworld gems that turned and became 'good' and close friends of Steven) acclimate to Earth and trains to master his powers. he is now more wiling to fight than before to aid and protect his friends though he is still willing to help anyone in need even enemies as seen when he tried to heal Jasper (a very hostile, dangerous, and powerful Homeworld Gem) from corruption.
He's also quite easily impressed by things that normally, wouldn't impress anyone. Either because he's genuinely impressed or because he's just trying to be nice to people.

Over the course of 13-14 years Steven was taken care of by the Crystal Gems, to the point that they were practically family. With Garnet and Pearl becoming like motherly figures to him, and the tomboyish/immature Amethyst being like an older sister to young Steven. While Steven was curious about Gem culture and trained by the Crystal Gems, he still was in constant contact with his father Greg. Who loves him more than anything in the world, and supports him as best as he can.

However Steven is just half-gem. As such he doesn't have as many abilities as normal pure-bred gems, nor does he have solid control over them.
He has however been practicing his abilities and so far he has been able to:
Generate a shield known as 'Rose's Shield' from thin-air, a pink shield with a rose-like pattern on it. Made of magic-based energy it's much similar to a hardlight shield from Halo. As such it's highly durable, and incredibly lightweight. This makes Steven capable of using it as not just a shield, but also a throwing disk whenever he needs some offensive power. Other gems can also generate a weapon SPECIAL to them. Steven's happens to be his mother's shield. It has a drawback in that summoning it too often can and will tire Steven. In the event his shield is knocked away from him, it will just dissipate, of which he can just re-summon it.
Rose's Bubble. Steven can trap himself in a clear, pink bubble that can protect him from the elements, damage, and many other dangerous threats. The bubble is made of a similar hardlight-like energy to his shield, but unlike the shield it can be popped from high-energy, high-impact weapons. The bubble he can generate can have it's size expanded as well, and it seems to generate it's own air-supply. As he has been submerged underwater with the shield protecting him. Then again it could also just run out of air potentially. This is also draining on Steven if he summons it too much.
Steven also possesses strength, and durability far greater than that of a normal kid his age. As he is capable of tearing off the metal command console from a mechanical drill machine with relative ease, and has been slammed into solid stone ground from a high height and was still able to get up and fight despite being cut, bruised, and beaten. Meaning he can still get damaged badly, but he is still durable enough to continue standing and fight if need be. Though getting impaled/shot could still potentially kill him.
Steven also has the ability to shapeshift... to an extent. It's the ability he has the least control over. As he can only shapeshift individual body parts.... mainly fingers, and often times he can't control it once he starts.
He also has the ability to jump to unbelievable heights, and control his descent (he can either speed up his fall or slow it down to a safe speed so he won't break any bones or hurt himself when he lands.)
Last but not least... He also possesses the ability to heal people and objects with his own saliva. Gross yes, but all he has to do is lick his hand and place it on someone or some THING that's broken or injured. He can repair teddy-bears, to fixing a Gem's cracked gemstone (which is really helpful), as well as mending broken bones.
Most of his abilities are tied to his emotions though, and as such if he gets too worked up (like too depressed, or too scared, or his self-esteem starts to drop) he loses control over his powers. Though that's something that doesn't happen often. Thankfully he's almost always happen if not calm.

Character Name: Nera

Gender: Female
Personality: Usually calm and helpful with the people she interacts with, but can change to a more instinct following one in terms of battle and survival.
Curiously though, is you were to visit her home and meet her family, you would see a cheerful fox with her species, her mother and father work in a blacksmith and have trained both themselves and their daughter, but as they share an optimistic view of life, they also gave their kid the instincts of survival, as Druela is a fast vixen with pinpoint accuracy of her bow, Braxton´s battle axe could slice rocks with the speed and strength of him.
The combined personalites of Nera makes her good when speaking with traders as she can see when they are honest or trying to bargain more than deserved, she is prepared with a silver tongue or a sword
Appearance: Nera´s body is more animal than human and it is covered in a black and white fur, most of the back area is black but has noticeable white areas (, she has a slender body and a height of 1.76 meters (1.83 with her ears), the face is fox-like with purple toned eyes and her ears are perked upwards but can flop down depending on her emotional state, her hair is black as the night and goes down to her shoulder, the chest area has white mane that covers her female attributes, white fur going all the way to her waist. Both her arms, legs and tail have black fur on the limbs with white fur on the hands, feet and tip of the tail. The feet are completely animal, but the hands are more human like. In the clothing area, Nera tends to use an armless leather chest armor for movility and a studded skirt with gaps again for better movility, fingerless gloves in the case the fox has to use her claws to fight. But she has a hooded cloak to hide from both the possibility of scaring civilians and to hide in the shadows from her enemies.
Biography:History: There isn´t much to know about the fox Yaju if you were to meet her, she usually tells you that she has always lived in the forest while also going to the city to keep in touch with civilization. What is behind the cloaked yaju is that she has lived quite a long time, thanks to her species longevity, she has seen how the world has changed.
From the calm balance with the Divines until the war between mortals and them, she was one of the ones who did everything to save the few Yun she could by hiding them within the woods and seeing within the shadows how they became plant like with magic. Then she felt ebbs of magic within her as her own Divine gave her people the advantage as the other Divines did with their creations. As the war raged on, Nera knew that survival was of the one who adapted and kept focused on track, yet her actions could be seen as traitorous to her own species, the fox helped those who were innocent, no matter on which side they were.
It was a time where blood could be smelled from almost everywhere, and anything could happen since the Divines were basically sending everything they got, or that was what she heard from the shamans of villages. She remembered the final showdown between the 7 champions, she knew that something big would happen, yet she didn´t expect that the mortals rebelled against the Divines.
Then came the second Era, The seven races were now working in a peaceful world, they still had grudges between each other, but they were of normal subjects such as economy and politics, it was in general, a peaceful time, then came the Lycans and the vampires. She was close to being killed by both sides on many occasions, either by the feral need to kill or the need for food. This time, the fox used her still slowly growing water magic to at least distract the foul creatures. While she wasn´t a master of the element of water, Nera could use different liquids, from poisons to alluring perfumes, from foul odor liquids to aphrodisiac, they were liquid based and the fox used them as an asset to both survive by herself and help the others, surviving the massacre created by the "Devil" Divines from below.
And so came the third Era, again, time was calm and there was a a bright future for the nine races, Nera was getting closer to civilization due to how living on the edge of civilization started making her have hallucinations mixed with her memories. But again, when there are good times, soon comes the bad ones, this one started with the "Mancers" they were making havoc wherever they pleased to the point of some civilians to take action. The fox was behind the curtains, analyzing how they worked, but she was surprised to see this Jin who, as a race with long lifespan like hers, spent decades studying, the rare cases she manage to spot him between the crowd, the Jin was always studying what could be alchemy. Then Nera saw him again, with the army of espers, another bloodshed that ended with even more blood than when it started
And here she is, it has been possibly centuries since her first memory, still feeling young, but with blocks of memory that could send others to utter madness, witness of traumatic events and someone who worked behind the lines to help the living beings in general. A fox Yaju with water as her magic element, who has seen many things, but also prepared to face new ones

Curiously though, is you were to visit her home and meet her family, you would see a cheerful fox with her species, her mother and father work in a blacksmith and have trained both themselves and their daughter, but as they share an optimistic view of life, they also gave their kid the instincts of survival, as Druela is a fast vixen with pinpoint accuracy of her bow, Braxton´s battle axe could slice rocks with the speed and strength of him.
The combined personalites of Nera makes her good when speaking with traders as she can see when they are honest or trying to bargain more than deserved, she is prepared with a silver tongue or a sword
Appearance: Nera´s body is more animal than human and it is covered in a black and white fur, most of the back area is black but has noticeable white areas (, she has a slender body and a height of 1.76 meters (1.83 with her ears), the face is fox-like with purple toned eyes and her ears are perked upwards but can flop down depending on her emotional state, her hair is black as the night and goes down to her shoulder, the chest area has white mane that covers her female attributes, white fur going all the way to her waist. Both her arms, legs and tail have black fur on the limbs with white fur on the hands, feet and tip of the tail. The feet are completely animal, but the hands are more human like. In the clothing area, Nera tends to use an armless leather chest armor for movility and a studded skirt with gaps again for better movility, fingerless gloves in the case the fox has to use her claws to fight. But she has a hooded cloak to hide from both the possibility of scaring civilians and to hide in the shadows from her enemies.
Biography:History: There isn´t much to know about the fox Yaju if you were to meet her, she usually tells you that she has always lived in the forest while also going to the city to keep in touch with civilization. What is behind the cloaked yaju is that she has lived quite a long time, thanks to her species longevity, she has seen how the world has changed.
From the calm balance with the Divines until the war between mortals and them, she was one of the ones who did everything to save the few Yun she could by hiding them within the woods and seeing within the shadows how they became plant like with magic. Then she felt ebbs of magic within her as her own Divine gave her people the advantage as the other Divines did with their creations. As the war raged on, Nera knew that survival was of the one who adapted and kept focused on track, yet her actions could be seen as traitorous to her own species, the fox helped those who were innocent, no matter on which side they were.
It was a time where blood could be smelled from almost everywhere, and anything could happen since the Divines were basically sending everything they got, or that was what she heard from the shamans of villages. She remembered the final showdown between the 7 champions, she knew that something big would happen, yet she didn´t expect that the mortals rebelled against the Divines.
Then came the second Era, The seven races were now working in a peaceful world, they still had grudges between each other, but they were of normal subjects such as economy and politics, it was in general, a peaceful time, then came the Lycans and the vampires. She was close to being killed by both sides on many occasions, either by the feral need to kill or the need for food. This time, the fox used her still slowly growing water magic to at least distract the foul creatures. While she wasn´t a master of the element of water, Nera could use different liquids, from poisons to alluring perfumes, from foul odor liquids to aphrodisiac, they were liquid based and the fox used them as an asset to both survive by herself and help the others, surviving the massacre created by the "Devil" Divines from below.
And so came the third Era, again, time was calm and there was a a bright future for the nine races, Nera was getting closer to civilization due to how living on the edge of civilization started making her have hallucinations mixed with her memories. But again, when there are good times, soon comes the bad ones, this one started with the "Mancers" they were making havoc wherever they pleased to the point of some civilians to take action. The fox was behind the curtains, analyzing how they worked, but she was surprised to see this Jin who, as a race with long lifespan like hers, spent decades studying, the rare cases she manage to spot him between the crowd, the Jin was always studying what could be alchemy. Then Nera saw him again, with the army of espers, another bloodshed that ended with even more blood than when it started
And here she is, it has been possibly centuries since her first memory, still feeling young, but with blocks of memory that could send others to utter madness, witness of traumatic events and someone who worked behind the lines to help the living beings in general. A fox Yaju with water as her magic element, who has seen many things, but also prepared to face new ones
Abilities:
Class: all around wanderer, the yaju has a good knowledge of the different weapons and crafts since she has inherited her family's blacksmith knowledge
Magic type: water magic, mainly for survival as she may create whether water or ice from water surfaces to protect herself from the enemy or for other survival needs

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

Appearance: Green cap with a "L" on the front, green shirt, blue overalls with gold buttons, brown shoes.
Biography: Luigi is the green-clad brother to the hero of the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario. Usually seen with his brother, Luigi is kind of cowardly. Even still, he had to put that cowardice aside when he needed to save Mario from the ghostly King Boo.
Abilities: Able to jump higher than Mario, but suffers from low traction, limited lightning-based abilities

You would also probably like to add something in the abilities of his combat skills. In that he is a decent hand-to-hand fighter at least.
Other wise the other thing it lacks is that it doesn't suck enough. If you get the pun I just made on this line Luigi gets a free cookie.
Other than that I'd say accepted. It IS your first app after all and this is like one of the most lax RP's with some of the most tame rules for apps. Also in terms of personality I would add somethings about the fact that he does care about his friends and family, because if something does happen to someone he cares about he usually will try to put his fears behind him.
