Personality:

Biography:

Abilities:

Spoiler
Strength - Can lift up to around 7,000 lbs (3.17 metric tonnes) maximum, allowing her to move and lift rather large SUVs and cars, but not buses or armored cars.

Speed - Can fly at speeds of up to 5,479 mph (Mach 7.14; 2449.332 m/s). This allows her to fly from Japan to California in about an hour. Of course, these speeds are not optimal for combat. Not only would many projectiles become essentially useless, but the temperatures they would be subjected to would damage their weaponry. It is best to keep the weapons offline while in hypersonic travel. Combat is possible in supersonic travel, though there are the inherent risks of collisions, possible weapon malfunction, etc. Fortunately, they have only about as much issues with this as most fighter jets do.

Reaction Time -

Durability - Skeleton is composed of a strong titanium alloy and has rather dense metallic artificial muscle. Her very human-like synthetic skin is capable of shrugging of many standard common calibers, but AP and anything with more force than a .45 would go straight through. However, she does have nanomachines that can slowly help her recover from damage.

Misc -

Skills: (Outside of abilities, what are their skills? Are they skill in a certain type of combat, or are they more of a scholar and researcher? Please let me know :3)

Other: (For anything else that might not have fit in the rest of the app. Like extra notes, or questions.)

Appearance: 5 foot 4 inches tall

Bio: Elsie is a chimera cloned from one of the subjects in project chimera. She was given several new experimental augmentations used for creating super soldiers and sent to guard the entrance of the building. Each of her kills is rewarded in some way, weather it be through food or some othe type of pleasure, making her very unempathetic to her victims. Their all prizes waiting to be claimed.

Her claws are made from a titanium allot making them both razor sharp and highly durable. Her wings allow her to fly around for short distances and she can regenerate rather quickly, regrowing enite limbs in only a few minutes.

Skills/Talents: Elsie is stealthy and precise in her movements. She knows where to stab people to ensure they can't get up again.

Chimeras
Spoiler
Vivi
Spoiler
Name: Vivi

Race: Bat Chimera

Appearance: 8 feet tall and covered in green scales. His tail is as long as his body.

Bio: Maximilian Cabell once worked at Project chimera as a researcher. However while working on Lucy he was badly wounded and nearly killed. Rather than reviving the Doctor, The chairmen decided to turn him into a crocodile, an animal he said matched his personality. After being turned, he was sent to the biom with the rest of the chimera where he formed his own little gang.

Abilities: He has a bite force of 5400PSI and the strength to lift 3500 pounds. He can run up to 40 miles per hour and the scales covering his body act as a very resilient armor against blunt impacts. He can hold his breath for a very long time and he's a rather good swimmer.

Skills/Talents: The doctor is an incredibly intelligent man with a vast knowledge of genetics and biological science. While he's a bit of a prick, he may prove helpful for anyone looking to change their genetics.

Sorry for double posting but I need to get this shit done

Logan (previously known as "priest" WIP
Spoiler
Name: Logan Heartman (Code-name Lime Stone)

Race: Super human

Age: 146

Appearance: 6ft tall or 1.83 meters tall
Spoiler

Personality: Logan is a man of logic and reason. He has a strong since of justice, but isn't afraid to use dirty underhanded tactics to achieve what he sees as justice. In fact Logan is quite talented at manipulating to achieve desirable results. Anything from setting up xanatos gambits to manipulating ones emotions and insecurities, anything is fair game if it will further his goals.

The one exception to the aforementioned rule is Logan's nearest and dearest friends. His projects 95-99 are like his children, with 99 being his favorite. He also has a close friend who serves in the army and who occasionally does jobs for them. While he may sometimes use and manipulate them, he would never purposefully bring any harm to them.

Logan may be a liar and a cheater, but anyone who claims to know him would tell you he's an honest and trustworthy man. Logan is quite capable of wearing many faces in order to gain and hold the trust of anyone he might need too. This can make it very difficult to figure out his true intentions, even if you're aware of his lying ways.

Honest are not however no one can deny that in his deceit, he often does great things for good people. Weather he is helping them out of good will or for his own selfish gain, only he will know.

To his friends he's kind hearted, loving and very generous. It's no wonder he would be well loved y all of his pears. He'll go out of his way to do nice things for people, often going above and beyond the call of a good friend. This attitude, weather genuine or fabricated is part of what makes him so good at what who does, for who would suspect the cleanest man in a room to be filthy?

Biography: Logan was a well respected soldier in the old war. Although he is Chinese by heritage, he fought loyally for the United States. He died near the end of the war, but was brought back to life as a sort of zombie. The man who brought him back was a scientist named Dallas. Dallas was very well recognized for his research and contribution to nano technology. While he didn't invent nano machines per say, he revolutionized the way people used them.

Logan's resurrection in a time not his own did have a bit of a rocky start, but it wasn't long before the old soldier was getting involved with the infinite project. Logan didn't fully understand what he was getting into at the time, only that the government wanted super soldiers to fight powerful terrorists. As such he volunteered some of his DNA for the last batch, soldiers 95-99.

Specifically his DNA was used to create 95 and 96 while 97, 98 and 99 were from different fathers. For this group, Logan was given full control of the projects, everything from their training to their abilities. Somewhere someone higher up thought letting a veteran build and train his own soldiers would work better than letting a bunch of white coats do it. In the end, Logan's methods were very different from the rest, with his batch being brought up almost like a military school. Granted it's not the most comfy of childhoods, but it's far more pleasant than what most of the IP soldiers could expect.

99, the one he called Iris was especially close to him. They had an almost father daughter relationship. While he wouldn't give her any special treatment in their training, he did set aside a bit of time here and there to have tea with her or do any number of things. Logan's methods were highly contested by the other leaders in the Infinite Project, but no one could argue with his results.

Logan's squad remained loyal to him, even after they dispatched from the project. It was around this time that he too realized the sins of this project, and of Dallas's trickery. Worse yet, Dallas was allready working on his next project. the new "Project Achilles" was all about creating new super soldiers with nano machines. For whatever reason dallas decided that this new project, rather than creating new life specifically for testing, he was going to take one.

Logan was rather upset at this. After all he had been a soldier, and in his day, the job of the government, and the army were to protect the civilians, not to subjugate them. Logan decided to try and sabotage Dallas's project. There were two shipments of nano machines heading towards the project's base of operations. Logan went after one himself, while the other he sent his IP soldiers to collect. Logan was a skilled soldier himself, and he wasn't without his own augments. Being a zombie came with a lot of benefits, and the method they used to reanimate him involved infitus energy as well, which gave him an esper like power. One could almost consider him a prototype to the IP soldiers he helped create.

In the end Logan managed to succeed in his mission, his squad of IP soldiers however was mysteriously defeated with only 95 and 97 making it out alive. He ended up losing contact with the two survivors after a while, it was in their best interests to keep their distance from each other until things cooled down. Logan ended up spending the rest of his money on his own project. He bought a rejected Project Achilles candidate from an auction which he proceeded to experiment on, or rather he hired another man to do it for him.

His new project, Project Chimera would eventually become very successful allowing Logan the funds he needed for the next step in his plans. but for now he waits, acting from the shadows.

Abilities: As a zombie Logan is very hard to kill. He can survive even if most of his organs are punctured. The nano machines all inside his body help speed up his regeneration by 5000% Something that would normally take one weak for a normal man to recover would take about five seconds for him. Things like small cuts and so on. Recovering missing limbs would take much longer but would be possible.

His esper ability is limited teleportation. Logan can teleport any non biological item within 50 feet of his body to any other point also within 50 feet of his body. He can not teleport an object inside a living biological person or creature. This limiter was added by the very nano machines that now keep him alive. While not impossible to remove them, it would be very difficult and risky to Logan's life to do so.

Skills: Logan is very skilled at CQC, stealth and is trained to use over 100 different firearms both modern and old. He's a quik thinker and a master chess player.

Other: This is the short version of his app. I intend to make a longer detailed version after i finish up with Books and 99's bio

Name: Edward [3D-W4R-D]

Race: Artificial intelligence

Personality: A rather philosophical and thoughtful character, Edward's main focus on life is to understand the world, although such goal has been placed in the back burn due to the current events and the group he is affiliated. the Artificial intelligence is usually a support kind of soldier, working more on the sidelines rather than the frontline, unless the situation needs to, where Edward would activate his offensive protocols.

Appearance:
Spoilerhttps://i.redd.it/9p6hzyfs41tz.png

https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/titanfall/images/2/2c/Stim_1.jpg/revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/350?cb=20170524114705

Bio: Eduardo Jimenez was a scientist working for the Mexican government, specially in the Research and Development of Artificial intelligence, his team had the funds that the limits would be their own imagination, each of the scientist working on the project for a Link with an AI had their own reasons to work with it, as this was a joint project between Germany, Japan, India, South Korea and Mexico. The countries were having a stable economic relationship throughout the years and this project was one of the results of their collaboration. Oddly though was the location of the labs, both Japan and Germany wanted the labs on their countries for the sake of protection, but after a month of debates, the country was Mexico, only few knew the scientific and fundamental reasons, but on the off topic talks, one would hear that there was a transparency in the mexican people since everyone knew of the corruption within the government.

It was just easier to look at the governor or mayor who would be corrupt, they barely hid any dirt.

But back with our scientist, one of the actions he made that ensured the progress of the department was the fact that his home country had by far the most economy treaties in the planet, this was the main asset for his team as each and every scientist was of other country or from another culture. Like a dream where the best minds of the era worked together on something that was one of Science's miraculous breakthroughs, transferring a human's entirety into an artificial intelligence.

At first, the project was declined due to the moral and opinion of the people, but after two years of debate, theories and talks, the team received the green light to start the project, this was 10 years ago. Eduardo was hellbent on this project, dedicating most of his day on the labs and computer, slowly taking each step forward, his team would also give their best, since their research would also be used for their own governments.

Their first prototypes were the average AI with simple functions, not the best start, but it was progress, each test and experiment was tightly looked by the scientists and engineers, only after five years of work, they had developed a self-learning AI that would mimic each action it saw, the first experiment with linking a human's brain with the AI's was two years later, with a rather.. interesting result, the AI's brain overloaded with the human's and collapsed, this was labeled as "progress". The team was still learning.

Almost another year passed when the AI was overworked, but not on critical as the brain of the test subject gave simple commands or made twitches that a person would do. Eduardo was ecstatic with the result, which was a mistake as the emotional surge caused the AI to overload, and this time the AI reacted too, giving what he would later describe as a "mental slap to the head.". It seemed that the AI learned how to scold its creators.

The Link to the AI was still in testing process, but it was working, the germans would see this as a way to avoid dangers in industries, the japanese could link their minds with androids for space faring work, the Mexicans could use this for their disaster aid teams, there were many possibilities!

And yet it took one single day to burst the bubble of hope.

No one knew exactly what happened, the Research and Development building had an explosion from the inside, a random witness would have seen what seemed to be soldiers with no marks or symbols going inside, the data would be stolen, the scientists would be kidnapped or killed on the spot, but what Eduardo knew was that whoever was behind this wanted the project he had worked for nearly a decade.

He was ready for this scenario, Jimenez wasn't the head of the project for nothing, which also gave him the total clearance on the Research's data, with the single press of a button, the entirety of the project would be erased, only the most important pieces of his work were in two places, the AI and his own brain. The gunshots could be heard from the hallway, he had not much time as he connected himself to the AI again, the chances of a full Link where on a 58%, which for him was enough to go on full force, if it didn't work, at least the overload would kill both of them.

The soldier clad in black armor kicked the door open and fired at the scientist square on the head, the helmet he had exploded as the bullet went through the brain and out of the head, but before the soldier had the chance to take a step forward, an iron grip held his neck, there was a sort of android with a light coming from a vertical slit. He was thrown with ease to the wall as the android ran away, holding a device with a single switch, with the flick of it, the entire building shook as the computers were destroyed, the data was gone, a nearly decade long project was gone.

Three years have passed as that event ocurred, the first to blame was the government of the United States, followed by the extremists of the middle east, although it could be biased by the hate that the mexican and U.S. government had with each other, but there was no evidence of the group that attacked the lab. As for the android that had managed to escape, he would soon find a small but efficient group of individuals who had similar goals as him.

The first meeting he had with one of them was with a bullet gracing the edge of his optic slit, it was a warning shot, but he recognized the armored person, mostly by the blonde hair flowing from the helmet and vulpine tail, he had heard of this group and how they were hunting specific individuals, and when he was asked of why he would get into a rogue team of this kind, the AI responded with a simple answer.

"I want to know who wanted my research."

Abilities: Edward's abilities in the cybernetic world are next to perfect as he can "see" it in a way no biological being could, connecting to the servers, hacking his way, even controlling certain electronics to his advantage. This doesn't mean that the AI can't fight as his mechanical body has the speed and strength to crush walls as if they were made of cardboard. But his main asset is the mind, Edward's tactical mind and cold thinking is what makes him a dangerous enemy, he sees everything as if it was a game of chess, knowing which piece to move.

The mechanical body of Edward is prepared for physical warfare as it's systems fluids allows his limbs to get a temporary boost in his speed, senses and reaction time to almost ten times the human brain, overclocking his own mind, Edward can focus where the boost would focus, in some cases he could run as fast as a speeding bullet for a up to a minute before overloading, in other cases, his senses would catch on the tiniest and faintest things, even his strength could be quadrupled until the breaking point of what his mechanical limbs could give him. The AI's body system also has a secondary ability where it can repair itself to certain extent via a limited supply of nanobots, while it isn't a game changer ability, the nanobots would be used more as a patch up to his injuries and keep him alive.

The other skill of the AI is of something he would describe as "Phase shift" in which Edward could become invulnerable to any kind of damage for 2 seconds, this is because the physical form of his becomes invisible with the same fluids and nanobots working together to render him go into a shift of speed, his entire body vibrates at an extreme speed, rendering him next to impossible to track. While it is an extremely powerful asset of his, Edward would be pushing his brain to its limit, taxing his processors and body, but if timed correctly and knowing how much "charges" he could use, the AI would be able to disappear and reappear for a quick fight.

Had some inspiration for a thing. Take it as you will.

Character: Grimm
Spoiler

Name: Grimm (formerly known as Subject: 38)

Race: Vessel

Age: 7

Appearance:
Spoiler

Standard height is around 8’7. Can change on a whim, however.

Personality: Grimm’s personality is fairly somber. There’s a distinct air of emotionless words and actions at times, hidden with a guise of formality, though when worked up properly, and especially in the presence of humans, Grimm can be quite moody, usually leaning towards anger, distrust and almost even paranoia.

They despise humanity, seeing them as terrible beings whom do almost nothing but destroy and throw away, mainly due to their treatment during their days within Void Project. However, this doesn’t mean they can’t trust individual people, but they generally dislike even talking to humans, preferring to get to the point as quickly as possible. They have no qualms with discarding human lives to achieve their goals and consider their sacrifices to be just.

After all, hadn’t humans done the same to them?

During these times, there's a tone of superiority, just bubbling below the surface. It's restrained, but they could argue for hours on why humanity was inferior and repulsive.

Biography: The Void Project was large and spanning. Hundreds of subjects used, and promptly chucked aside, all assumed dead. They were all tested in numerous ways. Different absorptions, different experiments, all cataloged and written down before the subjects outlived their usefulness.

38 was unique in the way they adapted, mainly because at first they didn’t even see any difference in them. No unique psychic energies, no new powers, nothing. While the scientists were intrigued, they were also disappointed.

They were deemed a failure, and what remained of them was chucked away, much like the rest. However, their absorbed abilities only manifested then, a high capability of regeneration. Potent regeneration, able to reform their body and twist it into new shapes, not matter how large, no matter how small. They reformed inside the disposal silo, and escaped through the hatch, much like one other vessel far, far later would.

They blended into the shadows, slipping by countless guards and researchers as they saw them experiment on their brothers and sisters. It sickened them further to see it from the other side.

Alas, knowing that they couldn’t do anything to help without enough power, they escaped and began to plan. By the time they believed they were reayd, it was too late. The project had bored fruit, that which 38, now Grimm considered rancid and an affront to their kind. They needed more, and they did so, following in the tracks of killers and murderers, siphoning their victims before vanishing.

Since then, they’ve absorbed many and grown to be exceptionally powerful. They still seek more, however have grown to have the ultimate goal of destroying the result of Project Void by any means necessary.

Abilities: Grimm has absorbed many, and thus has a wide array of powers and knowledge at his disposal for use in a variety of situations.

Regeneration: If ripped apart, torn to shreds, or anything of a similar nature, they have the capability to regenerate such wounds in seconds, though this can be somewhat tiring AND painful for them. One can eventually take them out or at least exhaust them with enough firepower. Rapid-fire weapons are the best way to overcome this.

Shapeshifting: Grimm can transform into a variety of shapes, even a swarm of individual creatures for distraction and sneaking purposes. This also extends into splitting off small sections of themselves to act as a scout for others and himself. The “cloak” they wear is actually an extension of their body, and thus can extend it for use as a weapon. Shapeshifting is limited by the amount of matter they have available.

Pyromancy/Pyrokinesis: Their most potent offensive capabilities is their very potent control and conjuring of flame. While many psychics have this, through absorbing multiple psychics and honing their own skills physically, they have created their own unique scarlet flame which acts like a mixture of acid and napalm, eating away armor and sticking to it or bare skin. They can emit it as homing projectiles to cover, gouts of flame trailing from their body, spouts from beneath, or simply ignite somebody on fire with a snap of their fingers, although the last option is weaker than most.

Teleportation: Another fairly common psychic ability they’ve absorbed and honed to a fine point. Allows them to flit around the battle for potent hit and run tactics as well as defensive avoidance capability. Usually seen as them disappearing in a puff of red mist before reappearing elsewhere with the same mist flair. Teleportation is around 100 feet max. Farther distance uses more stamina.

Advanced Absorption: The last thing they’ve honed is their natural capabilities of absorption. This doesn’t just include absorbing knowledge, but rather copying it as well, leaving the original set or mind intact. This allows a far less violent manner of not only getting information, but transferring it between others as well.

Lastly, they can also eat through physical matter quite quickly as well, serving to increase the amount of matter they have on disposal and regenerate their stamina, allowing them to keep up their regeneration longer.

Telepathy: Due to a lack of a mouth, this is their main way of communicating to others. Fairly simple, and some alterations to the standard method make it so even synthetic life can receive their voice.

Physical capabilities: Unlike the “Vessel”, they are not as physically powerful (though still stronger than a human), but make it up with their very high speed. While they can still be tracked, dodging physical attacks from them is difficult in tandem with their teleportation, heavier armor or enhanced reflexes are recommended if fighting them is needed.

Skills: Grimm is an excellent teacher in many fields, though actually getting them to like you enough to actually do such is difficult. They don’t just prefer to give people information, but rather actually work for it. They would only do that if it was truly required.

They know many languages and dialects, and can act as a translator in many scenarios.

They’re very picky about organization, and are very good at doing it, able to create a near spotless room from a mess in about a minute.

Other: Grimm doesn’t hate EVERY facet of humanity. They definitely enjoy the many books and stories they’ve created, in fact, it is where they chose their name from.

They have a hobby in collecting lighters. Despite their pyrokinesis, they find it intriguing how many ways one can design a fire-creating device.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.

You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

Okay I said before that I don't mind the character itself at all. I like the concept and design, but one thing I'd like to know is... What are the limitations to it's teleportation abilities?
I would like to know, because I don't want a character who can teleport anywhere at will with little consequences. The same goes for shapeshifting. Just some questions I had thought of after rereading it.
