Neither Earth nore any othe planat in existance has any relivance to this story. the timeline in the story will be marked by numbers. each number represents one year after the world was crated. there will be no one liners, no machine gun posting, no godmodding and most of all no arguing. (Time unknown amused to be within 300 years of Lore's creation) Thousands and thousands of years ago when Lore was still young. Fate was dictated by Celestials who treated the inhabitants of that world like toys. The Celestials made games out of war and violence that man thought was there own doing. However there were few who were wise and strong of mind and will. These six brave heroes studied and gained complete mastery over their own individual type of magic, recording everything the learned withing magic tomes. these brave heroes fought back against the heavens and defied the gods in whats remembered as "The war of the Fates" Little is known of the war but in the end the Celestials fell and fate fell to the mortals to control. The magical tomes were taken to six separate locations and shrines were built around them th honor he bravery and sacrifise of the six heros. It didn't take long for the priests and priesteses to realize not only did the tomes provide knowledge but also amplified a specific type of magic beyond what was otherwise possible. The priests and priestesses took it upon themselves to protect the tomes from power hungry people or those who would use it for evil.
(700 after Lore's creation) Invy is a very ugly thing and is often the cause of war and conflict. There was one particular and unfortunate case involving a human named "Nitaro". Nitaro always looked at the Abain with envy. He had a desperate thirst for magic and a hunger for power.
(724 years after Lore was created) Nitaro became a doctor that specialized in treating Abains
(725-730 year after Lore's creation) Nitaru has become a very well known and respected doctor with a nearly perfect record. He had preformed an autopsies on the unfortunate souls that he failed to save. But.... one day while he was examining a supposed corpse he found something he hadn't before. At the core of the girl's chest was a bright glowing blue crystal.
(732 years after Lore's creation) Nitaru's patient have all been dying of mysterious causes. He claimed that the cause was a strange sickness and incoraged everyone to come in for normal checkups.
(733 years after Lore's creation) Nitaru is arrested after it's discovered he's been deliberately Killing the very people he was entrusted to help. A day later when he was sentenced to hang, he and a large gang of humans broke out of prison using the crystals to wield magic as a weapon. He called the crystals "Arcane Stones"
(900 year after Lore's creation.) Humans have been hunting the Abain like wild animals for their cores.
(940 years after Lore's creation) A witch doctor attempts to improve human capabilities in war by giving them the advantages of various animals. the result was a Human, animal hybrid called "The Yaju."
(1200 years after Lore's creation) The currant priests and priestesses attempted to create peace between humans and Abain. Eventually the stress and heartbreak got to the priest protecting the shrine of fire magic and it caused him to do something he would regret for the rest of his life. He was able to unite humans and Abain by giving them a common enemy. He spread lies convincing everyone that Necromancers were the true evil and that humans and Abain would need to work together to defeat this great threat. The Necromantic shrine was burnt down and anyone with known necromantic power was slaughtered. The world was again at peace. the only ones who still hunting Abain where criminals, bandits and all around scum. There were few surviving Necromancer but they did exist. No one knew what happened to the book of Necromancy...
(2200 years after Lore's creation) since the war People have been getting along well. Humans and Abain live together as friends... and as families. The Yaju live out in the wilderness as a proud people. they are sometimes looked at as savages but in reality they aren't They are different and therefore feared by people who can't understand. Technology has only recently brought us thins like catapult ad chariots. People are still trying to make a more efficient bow and arrow.
(2201 years after Lore's creation.) It was an ordinary day like any other. It had been so long that no one ever though it would happen. The one detail overlooked, the one piece of the puzzle gone missing. On this day everything changed. On this day the peace was broken. On this day the tables were turned. For on this day, a necromantress returned. Over the horizon in "The Land Cinders and Ashes" appeared a fiend. an enormous dragon skeleton with an ominous shrine on it's back. the beast landed in the middle of the village where the fire shrine was located. With one wave of it's tail the beast tore through a local residence. Horrid undead creatures came out of the shrine on the dragons back and attacked the city. they killed half a dozen men and women before reaching the shire which was immediately sealed off. The priestess and her followers fought back against the undead creatures, burning them and cutting them down, however their fire magic was greatly restricted in the village area. Fires can be rather hard to put out. While the priestess was fighting the dragon skeleton flew past the priestess and with it's left claw had cut the roof off of the shrine and thrown it far out of the way. It was at that point that the nectomantress emerged from her shrine and jumped off the Dragon's back into the shrine of fire. Once the fire priestess realized what was going on she quickly turned her attention towards the shrine and the girl. The priestess broke down the barricaded entrance to her own shrine before she was quickly evicted from it. The necromantress had formed a sphere of dark energy around her body and the moment the fire maiden entered she allowed it to combust sending a shockwave that destroyed what remained of the shrine while sending the fire priestess skipping across the ground like a pebble on a lake. The necromantace couldn't help but grin from her cloak as she so proudly held up the book of Pyromancy. "You're useless just like your father." was all she said before her, her dragon and her shrine quickly vanished. The dragon took the girl in one hand as it took off into the sky. The maiden wanted to chace after them but had to rescue her people from the undead creatures attacking the village. several people were killed reaching about 30 before the fire maiden and her followers finally killed off the last of the undead. As if that wasn't bad enough the magical tomes pf earth and water had also been stolen sighlently in the night. The people who had been killed by the undead creatures had started attacking what was once their family and friends. The necromantress smiles and looks upon the chaos, knowing soon her people will be avenged. "This battle has been won, but the war has just begun.

Human: You're a normal human. You have no magical power of your own, however you can obtain it by getting an Arcane stone.
Abain: Much like humans, however the Abain race are born with magical abilities. their core/hearts are the same Arcane stones humans so desperately seek. Abain also have extended life but they are NOT immortal.
Yaju: The Yaju are a proud race of beast/human hybrids. They came into being by way of which doctors trying to create super soldiers out of humans with animal DNA only by somewhat unsophisticated measures. They have extended life and all the power, strength and speed of the animal they represent. how beastly or humanly they look is determined by his or her personality. Yaju can be born with magical powers however it is very very rare and as of yet unheard of. (note all Yaju live in the silverwood grove. a treetop village that doesn't look kindly upon outsiders.)
Undead: You are no longer among the living but you've been brought back to life by a necromancer. Maybe you are a mindless zombie or maybe your master favors you enough to give you an Arcane stone to replace your heart. In that case you would have free will and power over the magic your stone can manipulate. You may chose to disobey your master but keep in mind they have power over you and can take away your unlife and any moment.

Sanctuary: The legion of unead lead by the necromantress who has taken on the name "Kami" meaning god. Sanctuary intends to take over the world and make it a safe place for necromancers to live and to right the wrong that was done to them so long ago.
The Alliance: a group of mages, human and abain who have banded together to fight the undead and save their world. There isn't one leader of the alliance, it's controlled by multiple rulers, priests, and priestesses. Probably the man with the most pull would be the king Chromania and current weilder of the book of chronomancy.
Yaju Tribe: a proud tribe of the yaju people who refuse the help the alliance and plan to deal with the undead threat in their own way. yaju are NOT required to be in this faction. the leader told anyone who wasn't completely dedicated to the cause to leave anyway. there are few magic users amung the yuja tribe but they have many strong and swift worriers.
