Which Pokedex entry should I pull from? The Later generations or early?

One of the funny scenarios I had planned was someone thinking that one of his Plasma Grenades was a rare Poke Ball of some kind.:p

Oh and I put Lyrica in a pokecenter kinda wandering around
two things that could happen:
1) The nurse notices Lyrica and asks her if she needs help
2) after the healing of the two pokemon, have someone teach her the ways of the pokemon trainer, so as to give her a reason to really go out and about.

Ya know I was originally thinking of bringing Raven into this RP instead of Chung... if someone does not have a Rival then could I perhaps bring in Raven for that person's rival?

Also if I were allowed to bring Raven in he would't even have been Chung's rival, but rather someone else's rival.

Eh... either way I'm thinking of what to have Chung do next after someone makes a post in the IC.
