Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.Comment

Um, Wriggle, you don't really know about Pokemon's past, do you? Arceus was thew first being in creation, and eventually created the Sinnoh region, which, during this, created Mew, along with Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina, and the lake trio. Then, he formed the other regions, sealed Giratina away, and went to sleep.

I thought perhaps the Creationism in Pokemon might "create" some controversial debate. (my pun is worse than that of Elesa's...) It happened before when Platinum first came out: my friends went in a debate whether Mew's biological "modification with descent" is right, or Arceus' creationism is right, and I didn't want to start that again.Comment

Well, in canon, both are right, actually. Mew did pretty much start the whole genetic makeup of most pokemon (except those Arceus directly created, which I listed), while Arceus simply made the land and let things set their own course.
